Great Value”

This was our first stay at the Balcony Seaside Sriracha. We found it to be an excellent value. The facilities are very nice. They have a good gym, a great kid's club, 2 pools, a couple of outdoor play areas for young kids, & several lounges for relaxing/reading. The buffet breakfast is good (not great, but solid), and the service is very friendly (lots of workers, and they try to help even though English is limited for many). The studio was a bit small for a family of 4, but there are larger rooms available, and the staff tried their best to accommodate us. The only real negative is the lack of privacy of the bathroom (in at least the studio). The door to the bathroom is a clear glass that offers no privacy. In addition, there is a clear glass separating the shower area from the bedroom, and the shower curtain provided isn't entirely effective in providing privacy. For a couple, this may work, but for a family, or friends sharing a studio, it's certainly not ideal.

Mixed feelings,but worth the money”

It is by the seaside, but the sea is polluted and advised by the hotel staff not to bath there, not enough sunbeds, the "man made beach" was good enough to sunbathe on, the pool was ok, the gym we used every day, good quality, the breakfast was exellent, wish at least one of the staff could speak english, the rooms were of the best quality and cleaned every day, free unnlimated laundry and free transport to/from town in limo,s made us feel like royalty,if we are ever in sri racha again we will definitly stay at the balcony or even in the new balcony being built next door,the staff in the reception were so friendly and Joe the manager was very helpfull in everything, the balcony is a perfect hotel to relax in, the town is only a five minute drive away and well worth a visit.

Quite and Comfortable”

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are very quite and we had a good rest after our business meeting. The breakfast line might be a bit small but in overall very satisfied. In the near future, if i have a chance to visit sriracha, Sriracha Seaside balcony is a very solid choice for accomodation

Good and over expectation! ”

Good and over expectation! This place is Japanese style room and food even though we cannot walk along the beach but we can enjoy sunset and seaside view from balcony and the place that’s provided with sand. I stayed family room, the room services are good but sound proof need to be fix because I can hear insideroom sound in front of the room. Breakfast begins at 5am-10.30am it has a lot of food and the taste’s quite good. I will come back when I visit Chonburi for sure.

Balcony Seaside Review”

I really enjoyed my stay here. This is a hotel geared up for Japanese clients and the staff are very friendly and polite. It is a new hotel so everything is in order and the rooms are fitted with all the mod cons. The hotel shuttle bus service is very efficient and runs every half an hour which is important as the hotel is a little bit isolated. It drops at the Plaza but they were happy to drop us at the pier to go to koh sriracha, but from the plaza you can get to anywhere you want. The area around the plaza is again geared up for Japanese clients with many establishments for them. The pool and gym are reasonable for a quick workout but you cannot swim in the sea here which was my only disappointment. They are building another wing across the Soi which is not on the google maps when I last checked. Although I didn't hear any noise from it as I was out of the hotel and came in late, it may be worth checking up on this. Again I could easily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Hotel except...”

I loved this hotel and MOST of it's staff. The sea view room I booked was very nice. The food in the restaurant is decent as well. I did have a major problem however. A member of the restaurant staff by the name of NATTY was, at first, very friendly to me. As the days progressed she became extremely rude. I learned after I returned to the United States that she had accused me of rape. She contacted police as well as my Thai companion who lives locally. This outrageous claim was investigated and mysteriously the closed circuit surveillance cameras were not working to provide evidence of her lies. I realize that this is an unusual matter to bring up in a review, but I am merely trying to warn any potential male guests of this dubious employee of the Balcony Hotel. I am traveling to Thailand again next month and I would stay at the Balcony again except for the above mentioned employee Natty. . I eventually learned that it was a conspiracy between her husband, who is also a hotel employee , and her to attempt to extort money from me. This is not a joke and again ovoid contact with this dubious woman !

Good place (but mainly for family with kids)”

The hotel is very nice ans quite good location with a shuttle bus services to the town. The room is clean and comfortable. All staff is friendly and helpful. The downside for this place is the guest are mainly family with kids and the means the noise is everywhere. Also the room isn't good at blocking the noise that much so you could hear the kids crying in the next room (if you kinda sensitive person for the noise it would annoyed you). I'd still recommend this place for a couple who seeking for a good place to stay in Sriracha but strongly recommend for only weekday and definitely not a long weekend where all big families come and take up the whole spaces everywhere in public areas.

Cozy, friendly staff”

We had a pleasant stay at Balcony Seaside Si Racha Hotel and if we have a chance to go to Si Racha again, we will definitely stay at this hotel! Staff are very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is japanese-designed hotel, although the hotel itself is quite small but the way they decorated is perfect.

Nice Quite Japanese-service style hotel”

We enjoyed our stay so much that our friend who lives in Sriracha want to come here on another weekend with her family. The room has everything you would need + a small kitchen. The con of the room was the bathroom door is a clear glass - so no privacy. Our rooms came with breakfast which you had to come down to a restaurant on 1st floor but if you couldn't come, the hotel also offers a bento set which can be requested at the reception. note: hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Swimming pool, beach access and restaurant are on 1st floor.

Nice service apartment for vacation ”

Nice room, facilities, breakfast, and staff. Location is a bit far from Chonburi town and Pattaya town, car needed but shuttle service to Chonburi town every half and hour which is very convenience for no car traveller. Most of staff are good service excepted one house keeping which very rude when I asked for additional shampoo and body soap, she loudly asked another maid “when they check out?” It is not a good manner for not trust your customer, very disappointed and shame on her.

Good hotel at Sriracha”

A good hotel to stay if you plan to go for a day trip to Koh Sichang island. Stay at the main hotel block instead of service apartment unless you wish to have do some cooking, as the main activities are at the main hotel block. Have shuttle service to Robinsons and Aeon every half hourly. Overall, decent hotel to stay at Sriracha.

Hotel would be a 6 stars for me. Location, cleanliness, staff and facilities. Location is as the beach is right in front of the beach and hotel provide freetransport service going down town as well as to Pattaya Harbor Mall. Cleanliness was maintained very well. All staff (including those at the Balcony outlet manning the transportation office, drivers) were ever ready, courteous, smiling and pro-active to assist me in whatever I asked. Kudos and thank you very much. You all have made my stay very relaxing and enjoyable indeed. Facilities-wise, a small pool to enjoy sunset, sunrise... A small gym with basic but essential equipment for daily exercise. A restaurant serving reasonably acceptable breakfast (considering the rate of the hotel). I am considering returning for sure...see you again and a Big Thank You once again.

Nice family holiday nearby BKK”

We like - the cleanliness - the Onsen - the swimming pool - the food in hotel restaurant It's a pity that there's no any Japanese food option in the breakfast buffet but only miso soup. There should be more variety of bakery in breakfast. It's only 20 mins driving away from J Park, which is a great place to visit. Please bear in mind that only building 1 is located at seaside. The beautiful sea view seen from website is only available for building 1, but most hotel rooms are located at building 3 which only have swimming pool view and can see the sea from a distance.

this is my 1st time visiting here but it's wonderful! I love them all from the place's vibe till staff. Suddenly you're getting out of the bus there is a hotel's shuttle bus, which is such an excellent service, waiting for you. I love the food, the hot tube and everything. Recommended for who's searching for a place at Sriracha.

A relaxing couple of days”

Had a relaxed couple of days in a very comfortable room - the staff were very friendly and attentive, the complimentary bus was luxurious and the breakfasts were excellent - really great. On the downside, whilst there's a beach at the back door, it's not a beach where many would swim and the website photo of sand with water in the background is a bit of an allusion. However, I'm not a beachy person so it didn't worry me too much, and the views of the water from the restaurant are lovely. A trip into Si Racha proper to the temple is a must, and the restaurants by the pier which cater for the locals provide the freshest of seafood at great value for money. Overall, I'd be more than happy to visit again.

We stay only one night but it wonderful time. Room, area are clean. Staff is very welcome. Save for my favorite hotel in Sri-racha.

Good Hotel in quiet location ”

Hotel situated in a quiet location in Sriracha (they have shuttle bus to take you to supermarkets, shopping malls etc. Staffs are very efficiently and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and quiet. The restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend for someone who wants a quiet and/or private escape.

Relaxing and Quiet”

It's a good place for relaxation for both older folks and younger people. We are a young married couple driving our car from BKK to Chonburi with a young child and our older folks. Good price, easy to locate, plentiful parking lots and clean environment for families.
