Nice staffs, very child-friendly hotel”

Hotel is located in a center of Sri racha which is easy to find. All staffs are very nice, very welcoming. Our kids are impressed with mini harbour land where they can use the place unlimited time. our room is a bit dark and inadequate air flow but it is clean. Food is good. Overall , we had a happy stay at Balcony courtyard hotel.

Nice stay close to Bangkok”

We stayed 3 days at this hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me& my family. The staff are very kind and helpful. Our room had an issue of hot water, they quickly came to fix it.Later on they arranged another room for us swiftly. This type of place are called as 'serviced apartment' and there is fridge, microwave, stove and kitchenware at a corner of the room which is designed as the kitchen. This was good for us. Our one was a 40 sq meter room and was nicely designed. Bed was comfortable, drawing room has a couch, LCD and dining table. Bathroom was also nice with a good set of amenities. The hotel has been designed mostly for Japanese guests. There are many Japanese channels on TV and dishes are mostly Japanese. The restaurant was nice, neat and again full of smiling personnel. We went there for breakfast, most of the food were not suitable to international taste and due to our religious concern -mostly pork items- there were few options for us. Staff were quite helpful to meet our particular needs. The menu we checked, prices were very reasonable. There is a shop near the lobby also where you can find drinks and snacks ,and its prices are also very reasonable. On the fourth floor of one of the buildings there is swimming pool and gym. We really enjoyed these facilities. There are lockers in the bathroom and these areas are really well-maintained. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much. There are toys and sandbox nearby those added to her enjoyment. We liked the place and are thankful to the staff of the property!

We travel to Sri racha just for staying at the Balcony...and eat there Room service is super star. Maid is so lovely good service in quick time......bathroom amenities are awesome. We loves staff here they are all friendly.... Breakfast is just perfect Food here is very fresh and its taste is so good.

Good for business trip”

Reception staffs are really nice. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The hotel locates in Sri Racha, suitable for business trip or vacation for rest in quiet place. I'd love to stay hear again when we go to Sri Racha.

Quiet location in business area”

The hotel is located in a non-tourist oriented area, it caters mainly to Japanese business market for local industrial development. As such it caters for japanese families who focus on service and quality to a high standard. No drunken tourists or in your face hawking here. Very relaxing atmosphere and modern design like sister hotel, Balcony Courtyard but with advantage of a sea view and fishing boats.

Great place for business travel not so much for va”

We were there on vacation. This hotel trains its staffs well. They are very professional. Everything is organized and clean. Room is very nice and worth the money. Breakfast is superb, It is a full course buffet. We browsed around for hotel in stay in Chonburi and decided to booking this hotel because of facilities. And it was a big disappointment because non of the hotel facilities is functional. Swimming pool was under maintenance. Onsen, Spa ans sauna are still under construction and no scheduled opening date. Besides that everything was nice.

Big room and nice facilities. ”

We rest in one bedroom standard type , 3 person. + Big area enough for small family , separate bedroom. + Kitchen have everything as rental apartment , big refrigerator , stove , microwave , easy for cooking. + Bathroom big area , separate shower and bath tub , towel nice. + Living room have a sofa and small dining table. + 2 air-condition , bedroom and living room. + Nice facilities , especially onsen. + Breakfast 0500-1100 am. on weekend. Nice. + A lot of parking lot. + Location good for family that need to go to Khao keaw zoo. - Location far from sea , Sriracha downtown , if you need that , should looking for other place. - First time , in room , have a lot of dust in room , I feel when sitting on sofa and touch the surface. - Ventilation not good , especially in bathroom , have some bad smell from pipe. - A lot of ant in room , should be careful if you bring food or sweet to eat inside room. - When Im waiting for check in , just only one person before me , Im on the Q but no one reception ask me about check in (3-4 person available) , I stand for several mins , but after that has another girl inside look at me and hurry to service me , good luck for me. So I think hotel should have supervisor at reception to control internship or new staff.

Fantastic stay”

This place is great for families with young kids. We are definitely coming back as we live only an hour away! The hotel is clean, modern and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is well organized, great varieties with lots of kid friendly stuff. Tons of Japanese families here, so the hotel has good Japanese food as part of the breakfast, Onsen and a social room. Everything is geared for a comfortable, enjoyable stay for a family. Harborland is included in the price!! My 2 and 5 year old kids would not want to leave. They have a lot of good, wooden toys (Hape mostly), dress up, and climbing structures in the two story space. Pool on the roof top is good, has a big slide. There is also a totally separate kids room with daily activities and a huge movie screen. There is a putting green and an indoor golf simulator. (didn't try those). The free shuttle takes you to the nearby Aeon shopping center that has a Maxvalue store, restaurants, banks or to Robinsons. Great place!

Great hotel ever recommend!!!”

The staffs are trained very well. The hotel is really nice and well organized as well as well design. There are the Onsen in the hotel. All facilities are new and modern. The room is perfect and it is worth to pay. You can take photos everywhere you walk. Extremely beautiful. There is the van service until midnight. Breakfast also very various and tasty.

This hotel is also serves long term stays because it is more of apartment settings with full service and equipped with facilities. We stayed in 1 bedroom type. Room is big in size with kitchen and bathtub. My son had good fun with friends in the Mini Harborland (fun place for kids).

Excellent for family with toddlers.”

The hotel provides lot of good facilities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. This place always impresses me every time I visit. However, after Balcony provides Harbor land most of the things have been changed. There are way too many people in the dining hall. The seats are not enough for the customers in the morning. We had to wait in the long line plus the place is way too crowded Weekend is such a nightmare for a couple. The pool was full of little kids and also in the Ofuro and they were super noisy. This place is a family friendly hotel especially for the weekend. Anyway. It is still a hidden gem for people who seek for the relax time but just only for the weekdays.

Compared to Balcony seaside...it is different”

Balcony courtyard is.. basically just ok. Conpared to the price we paid, the room is so so. Staffs are so much different and less profesional conpared to Balcony seaside. We can feel that there was not much hospitality or service mind from staffs here including staff in onsen. They should not just standing there and point out where tea was, please help us. Not meaning serve or anythjng fancy, but just okease express some feeling that you would want our stay ti be bettee than other cheaper service apartment jn this area. If you look at this place, go to balcony seaside or somewhere cheap around...

Very comfortable”

This is also the service apartment which a lot of Japanese people living in, so the atmosphere is very quite and polite, very good for the people want to have a peaceful relax in such kind hotel! And the breakfast is very good!

kids-friendly hotel ”

Hotel staff is super nice and very good service mind. Room layout is practical and equipped with all neccesary things. Surprisingly, facilities are beyond my expectation at this price such as Onsen, golf simulation, lounge, kids club and outdoor playground.

Great Hotel in Sriracha”

We visit Balcony for the second time. The hotel is decorated by lovely japanese style. The facility including library, swimming pool, golf simulation and Ofuru Bahtroom are very appreciated. We love all of the facilities. The staff is so nice. Room size in functional and comfrotable.

Nice but not the best location”

I was hoping for a nice getaway to a relaxing place and this hotel was OK. It was well kept with a nice courtyard. Very Japanese with a beautiful lounge area for reading. I wish the location was a little closer to town for restaurants and shopping purposes. Luckily we had a truck and were able to get out on our own.

Best hotel for family. Worth for money!”

Pro Service is excellent. Facilities is superb. There are coffee and tea serving all day. Value for money. Breakfast provides lots of choices. Con No balcony in room. Will definitely go back!

Spacious room with great staff”

Overall, I was very satisfied with the room. It was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Love the sense of Japanese in the room. Staff service was superb. Love the deck pool and the pool float, very relaxing. It's obvious that it's a golf hotel, unfortunately I don't play golf. Breakfast was very tasty and variety, from European style, Thai style, and Japanese style. Will definitely go back there if I'm around.
