Its not my first time staying in this resort, Bakasyunan really improves their amenities, will definitely comeback and stay here again. Location is really good considering no traffics and about 2hrs driving away from the bustling Metro Manila.

I booked an overnight stay in quad standard room for us (me, hubby and 2 kids). The location and view is very relaxing and very nice scenery. Then I confirmed our booking in the reception area and was instructed going to our room. Surprisingly, the room assigned to us is only a private room with 1 queen bed. Because I was already exhausted due to long travel, I just inform the receptionist that we have a wrong room type and asked to look for the correct room one. In fairness, they were quick and offered us a room assistant who escorted us to the new room . I observed that bathrooms has no exhaust fan, water heater did not work, clogged drain, and dirty common CR and shower room. And the food, for us, it's not so good specially the sizzling pork sisig and bangus. It's not a sizzling. It's cold and taste awful. Based on the food that we ordered, only french fries, fried chicken and cornsilog that taste good. But the crew and staff are nice, approachable and friendly.

Short vacation”
Place has got a nice view and swimming pool. It’s just that there were flies in the room and restaurant which they can no longer control. I like their organic garden and they said the plants were for sale. When I tried to buy, they said the plants have just been planted and not for sale, when there were already a lot of leaves on the taragon and mint leaves. Staff was okay, some were so helpful, some were not. Reception kept me waiting for a long time on the plants until I just left because she didnt come back. Generally, it was okay but just probably for an overnight vacation.

It's a pretty good place, the pool area is good surrounding nature, for the rooms, it needs renovation, its kinda old, the restaurant is good with nice view, but a lot in the menu is not available and the flies problem on day time is terrible,

Lots of staff, but mainly on money generating chores. No staff seen to be cleaning and maintaining. Lots of fruits left to rot on the ground making it slippery/unsafe for some. Not to mention the stench from the Casoy fruits on the roof, footpath and on the ground. None to help customers with luggage as some rooms are located on steep hill. Not all of us are able bodied, which is unfortunate for the less mobile individuals. Website not helpful with regards to location of rooms when booking. Perhaps a little description would help tourists who has never visited the place so they can choose rooms suitable for them. Staff were friendly enough. Fast and friendly service at the restaurant. However, food has a lot to be desired. Plenty of good eating places outside, good for people with vehicle. Aircon is not sufficient to cool the room in the heat of the day, but it did cool down at night. We have tried the ATV but not very challenging course, very short track, slow pace.

Ammenities are incomplete(inquired about spa but not available), toiletries given were towel and tissue only good thing we brought our own soap ,shampoo toothbrush and tootpaste, room was ok and staff are friendly, cable channel were only 10(reception was not good even local channels) , wifi is availble near chk in ctr only, mobile signal is weak, on our way to resort no visible signages can be seen if we are near the place good thing google map was helpful. Do not recommended to old people private rooms have steep road difficult to go to chk in/out ctr , pool area and restaurant and vice versa.

Pro- cheap, location, friendly staff Con- bathroom so small, no mirror in the room, food is not fresh. It is cooked somewhere else and food is heated at the premise. Sooooo many flies and a nuisance while eating , cockroach in our room. Just because the resort doesn’t have any competition , they need to keep it clean

The place is beautiful but it was not well maintained. When I check in. I waited for a long time. My room is so filthy and a lot of missing like to towels, bed sheet and other stuff. This place has a lot of flies and a lot of garbage everywhere. The pool is dirty. We never attempted to swim. Short staff and no assistance when we arrive to our room. No coordination and poor assistance of staff.

Some Hotels facilities offered in the website is not working. No free water in the room despite the water in faucet is not potable. Bed sheet is small. Expensive food prices being a 2star property. Good and respectful staffs. Average clean and neatness of the place. Still it's a nice place but won't recommend it to my friends. Will recommend other options
