Nice rural fishing village 5km from the port”

it was located in a small remote fishing village. The owner was really nice and helpful, breakfast was very nice.
Even though the fish and vegetables that were served were really good, there was no menu to choose what you would like you literally got what was caught that day. it was lovely sitting by the sea front at night but what ruined it was the really loud Karoke session that was going on at the other end of the road.

The location was just what we needed, perfect. The guesthouse is next to the beach in a calm and cozy island village. Sea views from Terrasse were perfect for a couple of cold beers and Yoga. Khanh was the perfect host who normally specialises in cooking seafood but made a perfect exception for us vegans, variety plus taste were excellent with big portions. He also provided free snorkel equipment, SUPs were 150k and his buddy rented us a scooter for a day. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable experience, comfortable rooms!”

This is one of the best places you can stay at during your trip to Cham Island. The family will welcome you with great food, comfortable rooms, and unforgettable island hospitality. This place is located on the other side of the island, and the village has a lot of family restaurants and is close the main beaches. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect - a very welcoming homestay and a delightful host. Definitely the best way to experience the Cham Islands!
Maybe give more information on meal costs - they aren't too high but it's good to know before you eat.

Fabulous”

The island is very beautiful, especially during Christmas if you would like to escape from the rushy coast. The owner and his family is very friendly and helps you with anything.
Be careful with the scooters. The roads are sometimes covered with sand.

Dirtiest room we’ve ever slept in!”

the fact that we could leave the place after one night.
The hygiene was horrible, the sink wasn’t attached to a drain so we had no water whatsoever in the bathroom. The room had a permanent smell and since it was directly connected to the restaurant it was very noisy as well. The bathroom is beyond words if you try to discribe the hygiene, the toilet was so dirty that we didn’t dare to sit on it. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Horrible.

STOP. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE”

The owner whas a nice man.
Absolutely nothing. From all the Homestay‘ sand hotels we had in Vietnam, and that is around 10, this was the most expensive and worst place we have been. We booked rooms with see view and a balcony. We ended up in a old crappy room what is normally for the kid, poor things, and in front of the door there was a table from the restaurant. Just see our other review from this place. We spend more time waiting for the room, for scooters, for the boat back for food. A waste of time from our spare days. We had a great meal at the restaurant on the beach with a lovely nice family. That made our day. The people that ate at the Homestay where not happy with the food but didn’t want to upset the owner because he was a nice bloke. We don’t like fish and prefer meat. And we Like to order ourself and not that they decide what we eat. We payed a hole day for the scooters even that we got them at 13.00. It is not the money, just the principle. You are not getting the room you booked, but pay for it as wel. The breakfast whas really poor. A couple of pancakes and green bananas. We spend €57 for this crap hole while we came from a beautiful Homestay in hoi an where we payed €35 incl breakfast and a pool. Al we can say, don’t make the mistake we made. You wil have a horrible time there.

nice sea view from my room
warning: i stayed 6 nights. i have been witness of 5 cases of overbooking (no rooms avaliable); so, also family with chilldren had to find an other accomodation. 2 karaokes in the evening at short distance. The nearest beach - one of the best of the island -now belongs to a big resort Entrance is forbidden.. Motorbike is a must. Overpriced like everything on the island. warning: also in august the boats stop service with a moderate winds
