Very hospitable + caring”
Bahay ni Tuding is in the midst of Davao -- near the public market Bangkerohan, and you can take a jeepney outside going to almost anywhere. This is a great location if you are looking to see the everyday bustle of Davao -- take note the area is not upscale, but a main thoroughfare. But everywhere in Davao is clean and orderly, and the people are friendly and accommodating. We got around commuting by asking for directions from passers-by and jeepney drivers. Bahay ni Tuding is very clean, and props to them -- we got there early (around 11am) and we asked if could check-in early. Our room wasn't available yet so they upgraded our room (couple to family room) so we could already get some rest. They're also very helpful giving advice on how to get to Samal Island, getting around the city, and giving tips on where to eat. On the day of our check-out they found out that we were going to a faraway beach in Samal, they suggested we leave our luggage safe with them and just come back for it before heading to the airport so we won't be traveling with heavy stuff. They are genuinely hospitable, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a good feeling ”
I have been to a number of places in the world and has stayed in several accommodations. At this point in my life, I'm confident in terms of accessing conditions of accommodations through pictures. When I saw Bahay ni Tuding Inn & Resto, I was drawn to the aesthetics of the place and had a good feel towards it. Though we got a bit lost in finding the area, the place was worth it.

Perfect accommodation in Davao”
Clean accommodation in a quiet compound. Near all kinds of stores, fast food, restaurants, fruit stand, church and park. Easy to get public transportation. Staff are nice, courteous and accommodating. They gave us a room with a connecting door to my senior parents' room. Breakfast is always good, complete with yogurt, unique jams and fruits abundant in Davao. Bahay ni Tuding is the meeting place for Mel's Davao Food Tour, a must-try especially for first timers in Davao.

Bahay ni Tuding is best described as a home away from home. - Good location , public transportation is available to go to tourist destinations and walkable distance to People's Park, city Hall, San Pedro Church etc - Simple, Light breakfast but they have the best yogurt - Helpful staff - Clean - I have chosen this place for this main reason and I was not disappointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay and will be back soon

Your Home Away From Home”
Their location is in the heart of the city. The Church is just 5-10mins away from Bahay Ni Tuding. There's a Mercury Drug store nearby. The staff were all accommodating. The room is always clean. You should try their home-made yogurt. It's really good!

First Time in Davao”
For first time traveller in Davao, Bahay ni Tuding is one of the best place to start with, situated in Poblacion and is walking distance away from City Hall and other popular places in the City. The place is decent and well kept with classic and welcoming feeling. Tried the famous yougart which is included in the breakfast. Only stayed for one night but I will definitely stay again if I will go back in Davao!

Great value for your money”
I stayed at Bahay ni Tuding for three nights. The staff were friendly and courteous. The reservation comes with breakfast, although I would suggest to the owner to have an option of silog meals.

Nice stay!”
We had a decent stay at Bahay ni Tuding. Room was clean. Space was enough for the 4 of us to move. Strong wifi signal inside the room. But breakfast was not my type, only coffee and bread with yoghurt and needed to add PhP200 for a heavy one. The location is just walking distance to cathedral, city hall, museo dabawenyo and near to fast food chains as well.

GREAT STAY”
I actually have no idea choosing a hotel that is very near to the venue of the activity I attended. I based my choice because this hotel has a very good review from its customer. It is situated in one of the oldest commercial districts of Davao City. Its name is very conspicuous and theres no way of getting lost. To my surprise the hotel is very HOMEY should I say. From its design up top the interiors, its very FILIPINO. The surrounding is very quiet and theres ample space for vehicles. Dont be deceived by the pictures you see in the internet. Dont miss this hotel when in Davao for youll always feel home staying here.

Excellent stay”
We booked the family room for three pax when we stayed in Davao last month. We were surprised that the room was very spacious. It had a mini kitchen with a lavatory, fridge, and microwave oven. The room also had a hanger rack, dresser, and a lot of side tables. For a budget hotel, we were really surprised with these inclusions. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel is very accessible. It is located in downtown Davao (on the street where the city hall is located). There are a lot of restaurants and fast food joints around. Breakfast is free, but it only consists of toast and coffee. You can order from their restaurant if you feel it won't suffice. For lunch, we tried their bulalo, fish and barbecue, and we were not disappointed. The staff is also very friendly. They gave us tips on which jeepneys to ride. The front desk staff also allowed us to use their computer and printer so that we could check in on our flight and print our boarding passes. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Good Location and Nice Staff”
Exactly what we need during our Davao city tour. Rooms are relatively quiet despite being located in the busy street of San Pedro. Place is very accessible, we don't have problems commuting to different tourist destinations. Taxis are always available nearby. Their staffs are helpful. Their free continental breakfast is good too, I enjoyed the unlimited bread and jam, yogurt and fruits. If you're fond of walking/commuting, there are great stores/places nearby such as Mercury Drug Store (24hrs), Jollibee, Kusina Dabaw, Dencias, Museo Dabawenyo, D Bone Collector Museum, Davao City Hall, Bangkerohan Public Market, Peoples Park, Rizal Park, San Pedro Cathedral etc. They allowed late check out for a reasonable fee, you just need to arrange it earlier. Advantage for those that are waiting for evening flights. Will definitely come back next time. Thanks BNT.

NICE STAY”
We were allowed to check in late because our flight was delayed and checked out late because hubby had stomach ache which was greatly appreciated. The staff were very very nice and polite. The hotel is very quiet despite it being in the main street of Davao City. Free breakfast is coffee and bread while full breakfast is ok but a bit expensive. My complaint is mosquitos. To people who are sensitive to mosquitos is a negative but some in my family did not complain. I will recommend this hotel to friends who will visit Davao City.

A surprisingly good place to stay”
A good place to stay when you are in Davao. The family room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The Inn is located in the heart of the city, a short walking distance to Davao City Hall, Jollibee and Chowking but surprisingly quiet and peaceful day and night.

This is not a hotel or inn, it's a home!”
Charming. Lovely. Serene. I love its size. It's not a big place (so we were quite lucky to have gotten a booking) and that's the charming aspect about it. There's no hustle and bustle and noise of other tourists or anything which is magical given that it's right in the heart of the city where just outside the inn there's a construction of a mall going on. None of that was present during out stay. It was very peaceful. Then the staff was superb. We didn't fancy the breakfast of jam and bread too much BUT they did everything they could to help us find the food that we wanted, so talk about going the extra mile for service. They were, of course, very courteous and they knew all the right spots of where to go and what to do in Davao. Lastly, the layout was very nice. The hotel landing is designed to be extremely welcoming and absolutely charming.

Exceptional”
I love how the beddings and pillows smells fresh and clean.Pillows are soft, we had a good night sleep. A budget friendly inn with well maintained and clean rooms. Homey feeling. A walking distance to tourist attractions like Museo dabawenyo,Davao city hall,San pedro Cathedral, Osmeña and Rizal Park. The inn served a healthy breakfast. I just notice the guard on duty is always busy with his laptop. Not attentive.

Home Far Away from Home”
A quaint inn right in the middle of the bustling city of Davao. Rooms are clean and tidy. There's also a restaurant where they serve very good food. For thrifty travelers who want to spend more on other things like souvenirs, this is the perfect place for recharging.

Good value for money and it’s at the city center of Davao”
Barely stayed in the room due to touring the city. But the first receptionist who assisted me upon arrival was very accommodating. Explained their breakfast time and wifi. The room is very cute. Old school style. With reliable wifi, hot and cold shower. Shampoo and soap. There is no toothbrush included in the room. Second day, had to leave early for a tour. Asked if the included breakfast in the room and be wrapped to go. Unfortunately the receptionist is very unfriendly. It was a hard NO given to me. So unfortunate i forgot her name. Petite girl manning the reception. The accommodating lady has a pleasing personality and also mentioned that if she would be the one manning the reception the nextday, she can do that for us. Here is the funny thing, the breakfast included on my room is just 3 slices of bread, yogurt, and a jam. Could have been easily wrapped. Their in room service depends on their bistro hours. On mondays it is only until 2pm. Sad. Anyway there is a lot of restaurants near this inn. It is also near a catholic church, market and banks as well as drug store. Overall experience of the room is great! Minus the masungit ate

Each time I go to Davao, staying here is a must. A lot of character here.”
Tucked away behind Mercury Drug on San Pedro Street (via the little alley next to Mercury), this place is a bit hard to find for the first timer, but everyone knows where the Mercury Drug is on San Pedro Street, it's a stone's throw from Chow King, Dunkin Donuts, and even San Pedro Cathedral and the Municipal Hall. This is a great place to stay if you want to catch downtown fesivities during the Araw ng Dabaw every March or the Kadayawan every August. This place makes their own jams and yogurt, so make sure you try those on toast, and I always put some in my yogurt too. Few places around town make me feel as welcome as Bahay and have this much character. I'll be back in March, 2018.
