Excellent as always!”

This is our 2nd time at Lefern, i must say that their service is consistent, staff is friendly and approachable, the rooms are clean, cozy and safe. We stayed in the Royal Blue room. The room we had was spacious. Good bathrooms. Sheets and towels were clean as well! The place is walkable from the bus terminals and Session road. Thank you to Ms. Jenny Juguilon for all the help & for accommodating us. Overall it was a great experience and if ever we'll be back in Baguio will book here again. We recommend this hotel for every traveler.

Everything is exceptional, but had some minor issue during our check-out”

This is our first time at LaFern and all I can say is that we enjoyed our stay. The room we had was spacious and clean. I love their bedding and our stay was really a pleasant one. I also love their complimentary breakfast and their resto bar with a cozy atmosphere on the 2nd floor. It's worth the money I would say. We only had minor issues during our check-out. We booked for only one night, I asked if it's possible for us to extend our stay for some hours since we planned to leave Baguio by night 10PM. The receptionist who attended us was very nice and friendly and offered us to transfer to a different room for a half day rate since our room was already reserved after our check out. We were transferred to a nice spacious room. When it's time for us to leave, we were told by the new receptionist that we need to pay for the whole stay since it's was past 6PM - contrary to what was agreed before. At the end, they chose to honor the half day rate - to which we're happy about.

Very helpful and accommodating staff”

We arrive kind of late or very early like 02.00 am at the hotel but the staff allowed us to check in. So we had time to sleep before sight seeing in Baguio. The location was just near bus station going to Manila.

Convenient Location”

Staff are the asset of this hotel (from security guard to reception counter to housekeeping). Breakfast is ala carte with minimal choices but it's not a problem coz we didn't stay that long. Hotel is in great location with convenience shop just below. SM is walking distance. Just take note when travelling with elderly because you need climb stairs to get into your room. However, their staff will help carry your luggage if there's any. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Location is the best”

We want to book this hotel again. Because it's near to the tourist spot. Just the CR. No Rags entering the Cr. I sprained my ankle because of this incident. But it also my fault I'm not careful. Overall score 90. not perfect.

Exceptional”

Overall experience was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, was close to a lot of spots and dining places, too. The staff were friendly and approachable. We booked 2 rooms, but we were allowed to occupy the first room which was already available earlier with no additional cost. We dined in the restaurant in the second floor twice and loved the food. Thank you for providing great service! Would definitely book again next time.

We stayed in the Light Green room. While really spacious, it requires you to go up a (quite) steep staircase to go to the bedrooms which may be difficult for old people. This is already after climbing the stairs to get to the rooms (imagine 3 floors to get to the rooms).

Cozy and spacious”

The room we had was spacious. Good bathrooms. The staff was very friendly. The place is walkable from the bus terminals and Session road. There is an interesting resto and bar downstairs with good breakfast.

Value for Money”

Everything is exceptional From the breakfast, room accommodation, parking slot, staff and wifi. Only the heater should be replaced, it only keeps the water not to cold but still not warm or hot.

Near the bus stop, as in 3 minutes walk from Victory Liner. Near SM, about 5-10 minutes walk. Near session road, about 10 minutes walk. The toilets and shower is clean, but the building may not be senior citizen/pwd friendly with all the stairs. Check out the restaurant, it’s quirky cool.

There's a cafe at the 2nd floor called Plakafé which serves delicious food and coffee. The ambience is also very nice. It has a retro x hipster vibes but not intimidating.

Awesome place. Good value for money. Staff were friendly. Food was great (we only tried their breakfast buffet though). Location is good also.
