Made our Vacation on Baguio More Memorable, More Convenient, and More Special”

Most convenient location, very affordable yet upscale villas, and, most of all, a warm and accommodating personnel -- Nothing but praises to Baguio Holiday Villa. 1. MOST CONVENIENT LOCATION- the place is located in the heart of Baguio, which means that it is just a walking distance from Burnham Park and other good restaurants. Banks, pharmacies, and few restaurants are literally just beside it. It was a delightful experience to walk around the street and feel the Baguio breeze knowing that your accommodation is just around the corner. Plus, it actually felt safe! 2. VERY AFFORDABLE YET UPSCALE VILLAS - we booked a deluxe villa. My family and I were highly impressed on how modern, sleek, clean and comfortable the villa was given that we got the place for less than 9k for 5 pax, with full amenities of a comfortable home: sala set, TV, kitchen, cooking utensils, dining table, 2 BRs, 2 CRs, 1st and 2nd floor. There was nothing more that we can ask for! 3. WARM AND ACCOMMODATING PERSONNEL - My family celebrated my mom's and little sister's birthday in Baguio. I wanted to surprise them and so I asked Baguio Holiday Villa to print a banner and decorate the room with few balloons to make it a little special. Though they don't often do that, they made it more special and exceeded my expectation. They even added rose petals across the whole villa, including the bathrooms and bedrooms! I would like to commend Tots, their amazing personnel, for making everything extra special and extra personal. His aura gives warmth and friendliness. Thank you Tots and to your manager for the effort and for making my mom happy! :-) Keep being amazing!

Great location, super friendly staff”

We had a great time at Baguio holiday villas and we'll be going back here on our future trip to Baguio. I'm a vegan and the staff accommodated me perfectly when it came to their food. So, are you a vegan? Don't hesitate to ask to have the meat removed from the dish that you like to try. They are super generous with the size of the dish as well. I could divide one dish into two meals. This makes their pricing very reasonable. The room was okay as you could see some wear and tear of the furniture and in the bathroom. The shower was nice even though, sometimes the water suddenly got cold for a few seconds. When choosing a room with views of the city, be prepared to endure the noise of the many cars and trucks that drive by the hotel. I'd love it, though, if the bottled water was free as water is the basic necessity of every person.

Feels like home”

We stayed here at Baguio Holiday Villas just recently for 2 nights and rented 2 Villas. We were very happy that they’ve given us the Villas that have connecting door, so parang isang malaking bahay na rin yung natuluyan namin. The staffs are all very accommodating and kind. Always smiling and not forgetting to greet you whenever they see you. And of course the place, it really feels like home. Maganda, malinis, maaliwalas. Very spacious yung Villa and kumpleto ng gamit. At higit sa lahat, sobrang lapit sa Burnham Park. Kahit gabi-gabi ka gumala nang walang car, okay lang. Location wise? Perfect. Rating? 10/10. And pang-Family talaga siya. Thank you BGV for giving our family a wonderful stay in Baguio. Kahit medyo may mga rules and regulations kami na hindi nafollow, thank you for understaing and giving us a lesser penalty. This pace is like my Home in Baguio City. I feel very comfortable because of the friendliness & courtesy of their team. I also love the place, it feels so homey because I can freely cook for my family or visitors & the area is so spacious & very close to market & restaurants. Plus the flat is complete with kitchen utensils.. name it & they have it for you! I always enjoy an experience that is beyond my expectations. to the Mgt & Staff please keep up the good work! Great Stay!”

I booked a villa based on the reviews and descriptions in Agoda. Thankfully, the place fulfilled my expectations. We loved the place, it has a homey appeal that we all found comfortable. The rooms were clean and the garden out front were cute and well-maintained. I specially appreciated that we were allowed 1 1/2 hour early check in without prior notice. The check out was also a breeze. kudos to the staff, they were helpful and attended to our requests promptly. The security guard was very helpful, so parking was not much of a problem. The place was accessible to Burnham park, the market etc. It was also near to food establishments.'will definitely come back!Thank you Baguio Holiday Villas!

What a Villa!”

Baguio Holiday Villa is strategically located near the city center. The area is surrounded by restaurants so you won't actually get hungry. Lot's of fine dining and fastfood and even Korean buffets! I't very near Burnham Park. They have limited parking so if you don't want to use your car they have gated parking. If I were to go back to Baguio again this is the place where I will stay. The staff were very accomodating and friendly, shoutout to Sir Tots and the receptionist :) I forgot her name sorry. Also the food they serve is good, anyway it's the traveller's choice which they would like. Overall 5 stars for me.

A very good place to stay in Baguio ”

Me and my family went to Baguio for a vacation. We had a very good stay at Baguio Holiday Villas. Everything was superb. The space and amenities of the unit we booked were cozy. Its location that was so accessible to many Baguio attractions like Burnham Park. Their garden was so pleasant as well and their lobby that was not big but good enough to stay for a couple of minutes because of its designs. The staff were also accommodating. Maybe, the only thing to improve was the speed of their internet inside the unit of the villa. Nevertheless, we will surely back here. Thank you BHV! :)

Value for money! Friendly staffs”

It’s our first time in Baguio and I’ve already booked this hotel way back in May but unfortunately, we had an accident and decided to postpone the trip. Last Friday, Nov 8, our trip finally came to life and we still chose Baguio Holiday Villas because of a good deal which I saw here on Agoda. We arrived at the hotel at around 8 am. The staffs greeted us with smiles on their faces and they nicely let us leave our belongings on their front desk so that we could roam the streets without any hassle! We also got a free upgrade from fan room to deluxe room and unexpectedly they’ve transferred us to a bigger room because the aircon of the deluxe room suddenly stopped working. We thought that we have to pay additional fees for the transfer but luckily we paid nothing on our check out. Complementary breakfasts are good, we tried the corned beef, beef tapa and adobo flakes. Location is good, it is near Burnham park and Session rd is just a walking distance as well. Place is clean though some of the facilities like the shower door was a bit old; cold and hot shower works just fine. Overall, our stay was remarkable! Staffs will greet you every time you pass by the lobby and they are very approachable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The best spot”

My first impression seeing the front view of Baguio Holiday Villas, OH!NO! It's in the main road, noisy and heavy pollution. But once you got inside the lobby and going to your Villas everything changes. The serenity, quite environment and the smell of pine trees. Pros - location, very near in everything, burnham park, market, restaurants, church, 7-11, mercury and gasoline station. - the villas, quite, serene, and relaxing. - the staffs are very helpful and easy to deal with. Cons - bathroom is so small and I think they need to renovate tha bathrooms. The shower area is so small, I'm showering myself sideways the whole time. - the stairs are so steep and the ref very outdated the noise produce like an old aircon.

Affordable and Good place for Family Bonding at Baguio ”

We stayed at a Standard Villa last Oct. 1-2, 2016. We added for an extra person P350 since there were 7 of us (max is 6 pax). I asked the staff if we could be transferred to another Standard Villa since ours is located near the roadside, however, I was informed that it was the ONLY standard room they have (near the reception area). So, I don't have any other choice. I didn't know that they only have 1 standard villa since when I book online, there is another one on Agoda's site. What I was not happy about was that there is an Incidental CASH deposit of 2K which was not detailed in Agoda, they are not accepting Credit Card payment (which is what I have ONLY during check in) for this. Good thing my mother was bringing extra cash. This should be included on their Hotel Reminder Policy. The room on the Standard Villa we stayed in had a SOMEHOW FOUL SMELL esp when the bathroom door is open. The management may put sime air freshener on this room before check in of guests. There's not enough ventilation in the room, and no TV on both rooms, although they have TV at the living room downstairs. The double sized bed (not queen) on our room and on the other (2 single beds) is a plus for this hotel. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. Place is near Burnham, Heritage, Jollibee and Giligan's and other resto. They accommodate large groups / good for family of 6. Price for accommodation is very affordable compared to other hotels with family rooms/villa Room has kitchenette (plates, utensils, thermos, ref) If you'd be booking here, make sure that your room is not near the roadside.. Overall, thumbs up for Baguio Holiday Villas!

Affordable and Quality Stay”

Excellent location (tell cab Legarda then Holiday Villas). You'll never miss this place. Sign is conspicous. Staff were polite. All smiles and always greet. Service is exceptional. They'll offer to reheat take away food from last night's dinner. Cozy and clean rooms (Got the fan room. Who would use AC in Baguio?). 5 min walk to Burnham Park. 5 min walk to Good Taste. 10 min walk to Harrison Rd (Night Market). SM Baguio is in view. Vicinity is dotted with restos and convenient stores. Bang for the buck. Book this place!

Had a very amazing stay here at Baguio Holiday Villas! It was home away from home. The staffs were really accommodating and friendly. They attended to all of my needs superbly. The villa itself was spotless clean and spacious. It's complete with amenities, too. I could see myself staying here for all of my Baguio trips. They serve good food, too! Everything that I've tried from their menu was delicious. Will definitely come back!

It feels like home”

Baguio Holiday Villas is a perfect place to spend the holidays with your family. The location is just a few minutes walk to Burnham Park and surrounded by fast food restaurants such as Jollibee, KFC, Chowking and more. Convenient stores are also nearby like 7 Eleven and a Korean store. There are also banks and ATM machines within the streets. The villa is spacious and complete with facilities. Most of all, the staff are accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Clean rooms & great location for a value of money! Just walking distance to Heritage Buffet, Good Taste Resto, Burnham Park & even Market. The best thing is you can cook a healthy meal for the whole family. I will absolutely stay here everytime we visit Baguio City from now own! Thank you Baguio Holiday Villas!

The place is very close to the tourist sites within the city proper. There are plenty of restaurants that are near the hotel. The villas are quaint and is a different take than the usual places that one would stay at while in Baguio. It’s worth trying and this is definitely a place I would consider staying at again when I go to Baguio.

Splendid hotel; must be best in Baguio”

Baguio Holiday Villas is an absolute gem. Modern, very clean, high quality rooms & food and fabulous location just off Burnham Park. The deal includes strong internet throughout the property with a super free a la carte breakfast. We had the Deluxe double - super bed and nice hit shower. Highly recommended.

Good location, near food establishments, near Burnham Park and Night Market”

The Deluxe Villas we stayed in can fit 6 people. It's a 2-floor apartment, good for a group of friends or family. There's a sofa upon entering the villa, and a small flat screen TV with cable tv. A person can sleep on the sofa. There is also room for an extra bed beside it. There is a kitchette with sink, refrigerator, separate cooking area with 1 burner gas stove (but a part of the roof in the cooking area is open above, to release the smoke when cooking. But when it's raining, the cooking area can get damp though. But it's in a separate room with door so no worries that the kitchen floor will be wet). There were also dining plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cooking pots and pans provided. Although there was no toaster oven or microwave oven in the room. You can have your food reheated in the microwave in their resto but they charge a fee depending on how much food you need to be reheated There's a 4-seater dining table (but I think it can be extended since the table top was like folded into 2). There's 2 bathrooms (one in the 1st floor and 1 in the master bedroom upstairs) with toilet, sink, bidet (yeay!!!), big pail and dipper and shower (with hot water). There's no toiletries though. Probably in the hotel part nila meron. There are towels also provided and bathroom tissues. You can ask for extras. The stairs going upstairs is quite steep and narrow (so better hold on to your kids all the time if you have small children with you). There are 2 rooms upstairs, 1 has a double/queen size bed which can fit 3 slim persons, and the other room has 2 single beds. Both rooms with windows you can open if you want the cool Baguio breeze. There are also standfans in both rooms. There are cabinets with hangers, a vanity/dresser area as well. Rooms are a bit small, not much area to play around if with small kids (but they can play in the living room downstairs). Parking can be a bit tough, especially if the hotel is fully booked. But the guard there can help you find some

A New Year Spent Well”

I would like to commend all the staff of Baguio Holiday Villas, they are courteous, and very accommodating.. This is like a second home for our family. We are glad that we chose this hotel among others, we never felt that we are like tourists, they've treated us like their own family. Thank you everyone and more power to you! This place is highly recommended.

Very good location and good value for money”

We're a family of 6 and we stayed at one of the villas. We requested a separate bed for my nephew at an additional fee. Façade of Baguio Holiday Villas is small and few will know that once inside, there are several townhouse-styled villas. Good and clean facilities. Very good location as it is near a Seven-11 store, Mercury drugstore, Chowking, Jollibee, Giligan's resto, Shakey's etc. One can also cook as there are facilities and some utensils. It would have been better if the hotel provides each villa with a microwave oven so one could reheat food in seconds. Also if they could provide hand soap for the bathroom sinks and dishwashing liquid for the kitchen at the least.

A very family-friendly place ”

I really loved how the rooms were so clean! I am very picky about choosing a hotel when it comes to their comfort room but the BHV was really well-maintained! I also loved their kitchen that already had all the necessary cooking and dining utensils (including can opener!) in case you wanted to prep your own food. The place is located near Burnham park, SM Baguio, Baguio city market, a fastfood chain, a bunch of restaurants and tea shops, gasoline stations, convenience store etc. Everything is walking distance from the place.
