Clean room, quiet neighborhood”

We really enjoyed our stay at Baan Siri. The hotel is new and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was quiet and not too far from the night market area, which has a lot of restaurants. Would gladly stay here again. I visit Chiang Rai frequently, and this is the nicest budget establishment by far.

Simple, Clean, Lovely Staff”

I liked staying at. Wan Siri. It’s a good 1 kilometre walk to the heart of the tourist area but I prefer that to staying where it’s busy all the time. The staff were so pleasant that it makes up for a little walking. The room was stellar with a nice deck and large size. A nice retreat after a day around Chiang Rai.

Great value”

Baan Siri is well-located, away from the hustlers of the city centre, but easily accessible to amenities. The staff speaks great English, are on duty 24 hrs a day, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rooms are spotless and quiet, with A/C and fridge. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel, located 15 minutes walk from Chiang Rai center in a quiet area. The room is clean and big, the bed is very comfortable, the staff are very helpful and speak English very well. Wifi connection is good, the hostel is well kept. There is free coffee/tea in the lobby area throughout the day and night. The street where the hostel is located is quiet so no noise in the area. Very recommended, loved this place !!!

Very nice for a short stay”

About a 10-15 minute walk from the clock tower and night bazaar, the location is ideal. The staff were lovely and friendly and offered to help sorting out bike/scooter rental, although we weren't there for long enough to take them up on it. The room was spotless with a nice little balcony. Nothing bad to say about the hotel really. I would highly recommend the Saturday/Sunday walking Street market - I know a lot of people have said it's not nearly as impressive as the Sunday night market in Chiang Mai, which is true in part, but we found the selection of food to be amazing, and the prices for hand crafted/leather goods to be much better!

Great place even though a bit of a walk”

We stayed 6 nights in this place! Rooms are big, bright and super clean. It is a walk to central Chiang Rai, but that means it’s quiet. Staff speak some English and are happy to help.

Nice and Friendly Staff, Good Quality - Price ratio, well located, about 1,5 km from the bus station. The bed was a bit hard but they gave us an extra bed sheet so it would be softer. Thank you Baan Siri. Best Regards.

11 bucks a night... are you serious!! Amazing!”

Booked this hotel last minute because I didn't want to drive back to Chiang Mai the same day. All the temple and waterfall sight seeing had taken it's toll. Saw on Agoda for 11 bucks on a Friday night and since I'm from Vegas, I decided to roll the dice on this one! Place is like new, this rates to me as a 4 star hotel in my book. Everything was clean and new, awesome WiFi and TV service. I cannot say enough about this place. Staff was friendly and spoke really good English. The only small gripe I might have is the bed was pretty firm. I like a firm mattress, but I Know other travelers are turned off by this. Could be because everything was newer, and not broke in yet, but didn't bother me too much. Only other thing is it is just off the main road down a small soi, but that's a good thing. very quiet and peaceful. If I didn't have to start back towards Bangkok, I would have stayed a few more days here. Close to the night market, and just about anything else you may need.

Bland but does the job”

This hotel is pretty plain; white lobby. white room, white linens. The latter is a good thing. It is down a quiet soi about 15-20 minutes walk away from the bus station in Chiang Rai. Other than that, there's not much to say. The room is clean and at this price point, that's the most important thing. However, the day staff are much friendlier than the night staff who spend their time drinking and watching Thai soaps. The woman on reception did try and help us to order McDonald's delivery though as it was chucking down with rain and we couldn't get our bandages wet. That was fruitless though and we ended up having to buy cup noodles as there is no restaurant at the hotel. Free tea and coffee is provided but you have to go down to the lobby to get it. I think there are probably better options in Chiang Rai.

Great stay”

Stayed in Thailand for almost a month, this hotel was one of our favorite. Except from the location, which is a 10 minutes walk from city center, everything was perfect. New hotel, very clean, lots of amenities in the room, very friendly and English speaking staff.

Amazing”

Damn good, this hotel is SO GOD! We loved our room: clean, beautiful and big. They speak english very well, we can ask a lot of things and they give some tips about the places for ur. Isn’t is at city center (you need walk for 15 minutes to get there). But, sometimes can be loud

Modern and Clean.”

Although this property is a little outside of the center, about 10 minutes from the bus station. I would still reccomend it. It is very modern, spotlessly clean, the bathroom and shower specifically were great. It was nice to have a balcony with a view over the surrounding area. The bed was comfortable and great wifi. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Only downside is there are no snacks/food available. But lots of shops and cafes nearby.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both times the rooms were immaculate and modern and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Good clean and comftable hotel, with friendly staff”

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean and new hotel. Set back down a small soi,, so quiet location halfway between night bazar and central shopping mall..You will probably need to walk to get songtaew pickup on the main road through town, or rent a motorbike to get around. I have my own car so location was OK for me. Only problem I had was operating the TV and air con remotes as not as easy as other brands. Took a bit of time, but worked it out in the end.. No breakfast available.only coffee/tea at reception.. Good room, good price. Overall very happy. Would certainly stay again.
