Silverpark is nearest is Apartmentb to Clock Tower, about 1km only.
This is Private Apartment, please follow Housing rules to avoid unnecessary issue, expected QUIET hour after 10pm
This is 2 Room apartment, Each room 1 Queen sized bed, plus additional singlemattress set (2 sets), accommodate for Max 6 pax.
Both masteroom & 2nd bedroom with private bathroom
Very big balcony unblocking jungle view.

Kitchen with cooking utensils ( induction cooker rice cooker frying pan & pot, turner &scope.)
kitchen ware each one 1 set of Cup, bowl, plate, spoon & fork

I am responsible operator at Silverpark Resort, who always send staff to stand by at guard house during prime check in time 3pm to 5pm, therefore you hardly facing issue long waiting at Guard house waiting for key & excess card to enter into apartment We also provide self check in by picking the key from key box upon Green light from us( it is at Guard house, Green color box) FH Comfy Home with strong operations team who covers cleaning & sanitising works, we promised Clean, Sanitised unit for all Guest, we never compromise Cleaning in the apartment. Many different operator run the renting, Resort staff eg security guard is beyong our control, anything ps text us, make sure yiu get help

Comfortable apartment”

Main door very close to carpark, nice balcony view facing the nature. It has all the kitchen utensils, fridge, and cutlery for our steamboat meal. Equipped with water heater. Overall well maintained and clean for an old apartment.
