Wonderful hotel. Disappointed at add-on costs”

If the price for the stay was what I had booked on Agoda, it would have been great, but to arrive at the hotel and be informed there that there was the added (and hated) resort fee along with a $16 per day parking fee, was a shock. The housekeeping staff seemed to show up way too early for our schedule, even with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed, but seemed willing to come back later. On the plus side, we were about 4 blocks from Downtown Disney, it was easy access to the interstates. The hotel was clean and the rooms were modern with top brand toiletries, a great view and large flat screen TV. The pool was wonderful. Lots of deck chairs with pool towels at the chairs. Fountains in the pool. My daughter had a wonderful time in the water. Would consider the hotel again, but would also weigh in the Resort and parking fees next time.

Perfect for our needs”

If you just need a basic room, this hotel is great! The lobby is swanky and the rooms are contemporary and clean with comfortable beds and a cute little balcony. The hotel is located close enough to all Disney parks that they offer a bus so you don't have to have your own transportation. We walked to Disney Springs from the hotel. The downside: restaurant service was very SLOW and we had trouble with our TV remote so we tried to call the front desk but neither phone in the room worked so we had to google the hotel in order to get the front desk phone number so we could call from our cell phone! It seems the front desk phone number should have been on paperwork somewhere in our room, but we literally couldn't find it. Once we called the desk, they were very nice and a gentlemen came up a few minutes later with a new remote control.

Excellent”

This hotel is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and the room we were in was large. The bed was large and very comfortable. The staff we encountered, which was minimal, were friendly and helpful. On the negative side the wait time for the lifts was very long. There were only two lifts to accommodate where our room was located, these 2 lifts had to service a large number of rooms and a number of floors. The hotel appeared to be busy which made this issue seem worse. I do not agree with these additional costs we see becoming more common place, these being Resort fee $30 (not sure what this was for) and car park fees $22 per day. Just another way of taking money off guests. We only were there for 2 nights. We did not eat at the restaurant so we cannot make comment on the services there.

B Resort and Spa Hotel ”

Hotel is very nice, good quality food in restaurant and in convenience store/ cafe, nice pool, tiki bar/cafe at the pool, everything is convenient. Free shuttle in every 30 minutes to Disney Parks and Disney Springs . Spa is Aveda. But we could not try the spa, because it was closed for renovation.

The location was great in Disney Springs area with free shuttles running every 30 minutes to the parks and a late night shuttle to Disney Springs Mall area. Staff was friendly and cleaning staff was helpful. Definitely a great value for the price.

Overall, good resort.”

The resort was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located by Disney Springs and the parks which was nice. However, the fees (resort/parking) are a bit much along with the food prices as well. The shuttle buses are not worth the hassle of sitting there hoping that maybe one will show up. Other than that if you don't mind driving or paying crazy fees the resort is nice.

Great hotel, but be prepared.”

Our favorite hotel that we've stayed at in the Disney area. They we're very accommodating about some confusion through Agoda about which room type we booked and let us keep the more expensive room at the cheaper rate. However, they're fees (resort/parking) which are not included in the rate Agoda gives, kind of undo any value.

Good Value, Clean, Fragrant Hotel”

Hotel is nice, is clean and fragrant. Stayed in a "Captivating" Room, 2 queen beds. Room is nice and spacious. Is clean. The Aveda products are awesome. Some cons, my room was facing the parking lot but not a deal breaker. The water in the showers was weak and there wasn't a lot of hot water. Maybe it was a Florida thing because its always hot and you end up taking a cold shower anyways but I thought that was weird. Other than that, loved the hotel. Location is walking distance from Disney Springs (5mins). Some nearby restaurants (McD's, Uno Pizza) but it is a good 10-15min walk. Would I rebook at this hotel? Def. yes

Great stay”

it was great. Comfortable, relaxing (especially after coming back from Disney parks), I enjoyed resort food much more than anything I ate at Disney. Bus service to Disney parks picks up at resort, resort staff are helpful and nice, and the pool is so inviting.

Modern, clean, spacious and sooo affordable!!”

We LOVED our overnight stay and wouldn’t hesitate to do it longer next time! So conveniently located,close to the airport and walking distance from Disney Springs with awesome restaurants, shopping etc! The room was clean, spacious and very up to date! And for a family of 6 the price was GREAT!

Exceptional”

We stayed in a room with two queens, but asked for a king...that was unavailable. It was still nice. We overlooked the pool and the music stayed on until 3 am one night!!! That was the only negative. Location to Disney Springs couldn’t be beat... just be prepared for a 10 minute walk... that’s good for you!

Excellent”

I was scared and apprehensive of making this reservation through ahora of which I had never used. I was happily surprised to learn how simple and true this reservation was. The hotel was in short walking distance to Disney Sorings which is where we celebrated New Years. The only downfall to this hotel is the steep resort fee when in reality they don’t have much to offer for it and parking is Seperate. You’d think when paying $30+ in a resort fee, they would be offering you amenities that keep you st the resort.

We went recently for 3 days for a Disney trip with the family, I was able to check-in early and enjoy the parks , we used their transportation to the parks which they run every 30 minutes and very convinient, room was very confortable with absolute gorgeous views, everyone in the lobby very polite and attentive, thank you B Hotel we enjoyed our stay

Where's the electrical outlets?”

Only one outlet was accessible. Nothing on the night stand nor the desk near the TV. The only one was next to my bed and the rest is difficult to access IF THEY EXIST! Also, the WiFi was very, very spotty. Other than that, its a clean room. I hope this was an exception, but I've to better hotels on Disney property. Though I did get a super good deal and I guess that's what happens when you pay $85 for the room. I believe a nice hotel like the B Resort should be more electronic friendly.

Great bang for your buck”

Was able to get a captivating king room for about $120. When we arrived for checkin at about 4:30 (checkin in at 4:00 which to me is way to late) everything went fairly smooth. When i got to the room it had 2 beds.. my wife and i were in orlando with our twin 2 year old boys for 1st disney trip. We knew going into the trip we had to sleep with the kids in bed so 2 smaller beds were not going to cut it. They looked like 2 full size beds. After going down again they informed me that its 2 queen beds which is odd to me, why have 2 queens beds. They do not offer a room with 1 queen ... its 2 queens or a king. After stating that would not work they were able to switch me to a handicapped accessible king room. Bed was nice and big (seemed bigger than out king at home to be honest) and slept the 4 of us comfortablely. overall everything was great. Would def stay again. Also walking distance to disney springs.

Perfect location for disney”

If your doing a Disney vacation then the location is perfect, right next to Disney springs and only 10 mins away from the parks. I will say that the rooms are a little rundown, we had cracks in the tiles and stains on the furniture plus a window pane that rattled due to the seal being broken but overview I would recommend it purely for the value for money and location

We loved how nice the hotel was and all the Disney perks that came along with it! It was definitely worth the money due to the amenities and location. Just be aware of the $30 resort fee and $22 parking when you’re budgeting for the total per night.

Very good”

The pictures are kinda deceiving, it looks better online. It had a hospital smell that I could not get out of my nose and clothes. Friendly staff at the front desk, bartenders seemed like they didn’t like their job. Hot tub was broken also; after parking it was $160 a night with a “resort fee” I know a lot of hotels are becoming non smoking on property but I’m a cigar smoker. I had to stand out on the sidewalk to smoke it near the street which was kinda uncomfortable :/ Being from Tampa, I consider Clearwater beach a resort stay with more amentities. Disney Springs has really expanded, great night life. Either stay in walking distance like we did or stay off site a mile or two and save yourself about $50 a night
