Customer Service beyond our expectations”

My husband and I had a very unforgettable and wonderful experience in Aziza Paradise Hotel. Free shuttle service from and to the airport was very convenient and warm welcome smiles from the Aziza employees. Food is tasty, welcoming feel of the hotel's facade and breathtaking pool area. Special thank you to Sir Glenn who assisted us with our luggage, giving us useful information about Palawan, Sir Adly from King James Travel and Tours who was very professional in booking our Honda Bay Tour, Man-Man from the hotel's main breakfast area who served our food and was very polite, April and the rest of the Front Office team who accommodated our special requests, Sir Jerome Gusto who showed flexibility and professional relationship; we rented a car from him for me and my husband to enjoy our first time adventure in Palawan. Sir Allan the Guest Service Manager who made sure that we are attended well and everything that we need are provided. Thank you Aziza for a wonderful experience, your service and smiles is what made our stay enjoyable. Keep it up!

Great way to end Puerto Princesa trip”

After spending some nights at Dos Palmas, we ended our Puerto Princesa trip by moving back to mainland Puerto Princesa! We weren't disappointed when we arrived at Aziza! It was much spectacular that it is in photos. Check-in was very fast. You'll be greeted by nice staff, spacious lobby and the pool. Every room has access to the garden, which is very nice. We loved chilling by the lounge chairs on the pool and by the poolside after spending our day nature-tripping. The hotel isn't centrally located but it is not necessarily a bad thing. You get the perk of having the feel of a private neighbourhood. The only problems I have with this hotel are (1) the expensive food in their restaurant as compared to others in its class, and (2) the internet wasn't that reliable.

The hotel is great, nice clean room and swimming pool is fine. Maybe extend the use of swimming pool until 12 midnight to have time swimming after the tour in some area in Puerto Princesa. It’s nice and the kids loves the pancake with design. We do have a great time staying in Aziza Paradise Hitel.

Exceptional Customer Service!!! ”

We arrived very early (7:30am) but our check in was 2pm but they allowed us to stay as early as that and take note no additional payment. Upon arrival they gave us welcome drinks and the girl on the front desk (I didn't ask her name but she's slim and short hair) was very helpful and accomodating. Our check out was 12pm but they allowed us to stay until 3pm and they send us to the airport. Nothing to say bad about this hotel and I just chosed this hotel based on the reviews and now I'm doing my own review for them. Guys if you're looking for a nice and pleasant hotel in PPS I highly recommend AZIZA. One of the best hotels ive encountered. And it's affordable knowing the service, amenities and the comfort they offer. I like AZIZA and I'll definitely visit them again. God Bless guys specially to all the staff. Well done guys!

Aziza is there anywhere else this good”

I have travelled a lot all over Asia, coming to the Philippines i wasnt sure what to expect. I stayed at many hotels in Manila that were expensive or poor quality and cheap. Aziza hotel is an inexpensive and very nice property. the staff from manager Alan down to the waiters Mark and John was some of the best experiences i have had. from booking tours, to making sure you had a cold drink in your hand the staff was so accommodating. i didnt just have an experience there. I consider them all my friends and family now. I will go back as often as i can to Aziza hotel. the rooms were very comfortable with nice showers and washroom. views of the garden or pool didnt matter it was nice just to sit in their open air lobby. The night club has different entertainment each night from performers, to comedians with exception local food and traditional bar food. lazer dance floor and locals come so you will have a safe place to be part of the actual culture without leaving the hotel.

Tropical theme hotel”

Aziza is one of the best hotels in the city by far. The staff are very warm and accommodating. I love the landscape of swimming pool. The location of the hotel is near the airport, but a bit too far from tourist spots. Because it is centrally located in the city of Puerto Princesa.

Palawanderful...”

Our Palawan trip was Palawanderful and Aziza Paradise had a lot to do with it. The entire family loved the food, the vibe, the courteous, helpful, and warm staff, the lobby lounge entertainment, the pool, the absence of crowd, the relaxed atmosphere.

Wonderful Hotel ”

My stay at the Aziza Paradise Hotel was a fantastic experience for 14 nights my girlfriend and I enjoyed this wonderful hotel, very friendly staff fantastic entertainment and a great pool , good breakfast, the room was average but clean with house keeping

Beautiful Resort”

It was our first trip to Puerto Princesa. We stopped by the city to see the underground river before heading to El Nido. There was a miscommunication and the staff failed to reserve us tour to see the caves. Fortunately they were still able to get us the tour on that same day. Kudos to the staff for going the extra mile to make sure that the problem was fixed. The hotel is beautifully designed with big modern rooms and a really nice pool. The breakfast is buffet style :) Although it's one of the more expensive hotel around, I think we got our money's worth.

A feel good place to rest at the heart of the city”

Well! This is our first time in puerto princesa, and our stay is not for leisure traveling rather i sponsor my friend's son's baptismal, its so good that i booked this hotel recommended for our short stay... Good service van with nice drivers, the room is sooo spacious and beautiful, good food... The only downside we encountered is the internet connection, its a bit slow to connect which unfortunately sometimes doesnt connect at all... Otherwise, the hotel is worth coming back 😉

Hotel ok but staff needs further service training ”

Hotel is new that's why we chose it. Price is a bit high but ok for us since it's new and room is ok for a family of 4. Transportation is easy going to restaurants. Staff training needs to be prioritized since the front desk staff did not handle our tour concerns well. Flexibility was NON EXISTENT. Every request was declined, even a request for a tour upgrade wherein we will pay more was not given consideration. So we weren't able to enjoy all the things Puerto Princesa has to offer. Staff named Ezra did not know how to KINDLY answer our concerns. We gave our phone number to request for follow up but we did not receive any calls, or SMS for that matter. We always had to follow up on our own. Every time we ask them why we didn't get updates, Ezra rudely answers that she just knew about it. No apologies given, just REASONS and MORE REASONS. Having second thoughts on recommending the hotel to friends and family since the hotel is new and facilities were clean but staff ( the front desk) was terrible. The worse in our experience. My take, try other hotels. There are a lot in Puerto Princesa where I can assure you that the staff(front desk) would be better than Aziza. As i said staff here (front desk) is the worse in my experience.

One of the best resort hotels in Puerto Princesa”

One of the best resort hotels I've stayed at in Puerto Princesa. Good vacation hotel for couples and families. Hotel rooms are decorated nicely with a tropical feel. At night, you can stay at the lobby and listen to some music played by a live band. Overall, a great place to stay when in Puerto Princesa City.

Clean and Beautiful Hotel”

Hotel is located close to the Robinson's mall in Puerto Princesa. Really convenient if you need to go to the supermarket or eat at a restaurant. You could take a tricycle and it's about 3 minutes ride. The hotel fairly new so the facilities are nice, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Princesa.

Their staff are attentive, the customer service is flawless and my stay was absolutely divine. I can't believe that this hotel is only listed as 3 stars as I have received better service here than other 5 star hotels and resorts. The rooms are clean and the facilities are great. Highly recommended. One minor constructive criticism is to improve the buffet breakfast menu and ensure that breakfast items are warm. the swiimming pool wow , only small thing i want add the bathroom finishing need more care. my stay was perfect!

Good Hotel but more improve specifically on Mainta”

We stayed in Aziza for one night only. The overall design of Hotel is beautiful but it seems that the place is not well maintained given that the Hotel is just there for 2 years. The pool is really nice with the villas around it; it looks really attractive. The place is really picture perfect, since it feels like Bali Villa Style. There are no special with the rooms. Hopefully they focus more on cleaning the bathroom and maintaining shower and sink (observed some malfunctioning shower cup and dirty sink area). They didn’t offer free upgrade even though there are a lot of empty rooms available. The wifi doesn’t work well, and data sucks also on this area. There is no water during night time which really gives a down side on the Hotel. I weren’t able to take bath, brush teeth, flush the toilet and wash face since no water. The food is just ok, fair enough for the visitor to be satisfied. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are free airport pick up and drop which is a good thing since its like 10-20mins away from the Airport. Over all, it is very nice place to stay with a just price. I can recommend this place, but hopefully Aziza Management will focus more in maintaining the Place especially maintaining Furniture, Exterior etc.

I have only good things to say about this place. The staff were wonderful. The hotel manager Mark was amazing and so helpful. The pool was beautiful. The rooms were amazing and clean. The food was delicious. If you are looking for a top quality resort in Puerto Princesa this is the one.

Wonderful Hotel”

Loved it! Loved it! Free airport pick up and drop off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tricycles right out the front to take you anywhere you wanted to go. (40peso to Robinsons shopping center & 100Peso into town. The gardens and pool setting were beautiful. 1 negative though about the pool... You have to pay from memory 150Peso to have the spa jets turned on if you want to sit in the bubbles. Whats with that??? Breakfast was good but it didn't change over the 6nights that we were there and only 1 small toaster that toasted 2 pieces of bread at one time. We spent new years at the hotel that put on a nice buffet dinner with entertainment and a fireworks show to top the night off. Happy new year! I would recommend the Aziza Hotel.

Great Location and Overall Look”

My husband and I basically stayed here for less than 24 hours as we were just on transit from El Nido to Puerto Princesa airport. We needed a place to sleep for the night and saw that Aziza had nice overnight rates at that time. It was a good looking resort, however we were not so impressed by the showers, as it had molds on the sides, and the breakfast buffet. Other than that, it was a good sleep and that's what matters.

Paradise in Palawan”

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aziza. The staff go out of their way to please. The room was clean and the location quiet and peaceful.We will definitely be staying there again when next we visit Palawan.
