Hotel Service at its beat”
Its easy to see that their service is geared towards Jaapnese travelers in mind. It is appearant the first moment you step into the hotel. I had never experienced that good service standard anywhere outside of Japan. By that, I dokt mean what they do, but small details like how they respond to your conplaint, how they speak to you, how they care about tiny details of your request and how they attend to it. They make sure your requests are fulfilled, and are always there to make sure your stay is to the maximum comfort. I had stayed in many of other 5 star hotels in Central Jakarta. None of them is a match to Ayana's service standard and food quality. I feel I finally find a place that I dont hesitate to spend money knowing their service is worth every penny.

Great Short Escape In Town”
1st time stayed in this hotel. Did not expect much for the room at the beginning. But we had a great experience, great bed, great linen, cool air conditioned, Shower need more attention in cleaning the details, clean room. Great pool and jaccuzi, awesome gym and spa, helpful and attentive staffs. Great location, easy to find food because located just beside citiwalk. Really enjoy the breakfast.... surely we will come back for our short escape in town

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed”
The room was lovely, comfortable with all its features clean and exquisite. The service by all the staff, from the concierge to check-in counter to room service to the breakfast restaurant were impeccable and detailed. The overall ambiance of the hotel also suits my tastes. In sum, it really is one of the best hotels to stay in, with the added convenience of being near a metro station as well. I will definitely wish to stay here again.

Room was comfortable, clean and decent 5 star size. Service was excellent, the hotel remember my room preferences. Not a new hotel but very well maintained even better than some of the newly build hotels in the city. Location was exceptional, located in the more quite street while being in the center of the city with the new mrt station a few minutes from the hotel.

When I worked in Indonesia from 1999 till 2003, I stayed at Pvilion Apartment in front of your hotel. Dualing the time I often made our guest including my family stay at your hotel. After leaving there, I often visited Jakarta to attend the management meeting. After a long time, I stayed only 1 night this time. I was satisfied with every service at your hotel. I felt everything has not been changed even though the name of the hotel has been changed. Beyond perfect”
Overall it was beyond perfect. We will definetly plan to stay here again or recommend it to our friends and families. The only flaw is that we have to wait for a long time for the main course and desert of our Set Menu order at Jimbaran Lounge on 25th nite. We even cancel our ala carte order that was taking too much time. And some of it were pre-ordered earlier in the afternoon. Other than that it was a great hibernation staycation for us. Great ambience and good services”
It was our first time to stay at Ayana Mid Plaza. We stayed for one night. I put a request for connected room etc, and the staff responded it well. The rooms and facilities are comfortable and clean. The services was great. We had dinner at Jimbaran lounge and the server (Ms Hanny) was friendly and delivered a good service. In room dining also a great experience:). Some menus are delicious. Others are okay. It was an impulsive plan for a staycation yet we had a great time. Thank you, Ayana:)

We stayed here to celebrate a family member's birthday and to enjoy hotel's facilities as well as Central Jakarta (MRT, TJ, car free day, etc). 1 of the biggest reason we chose Ayana was the location. It's a very short walk to the nearest MRT station. We also went on car free day on sunday and it was fun. The service: all the staffs were very warm & friendly. Two thumbs up to the Japanese staff who can speak Bahasa Indonesia fluently. The room: Spacious room with enough lighting. Our son loves the view to the swimming pool. The bed was soft and fluffy. The bathroom: We love the bathtub. The variety of amenities provided was more than enough. They also provide a scale in the bathroom. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again some other time. Thank you Ayana :)

It was really a pleasant staycation during NYE. - The room was spacious, clean - The bathroom was also big and clean with complete amenities - The jacuzzi and sauna was also very nice - The breakfast was delicious and complete choice from Asian to Western - The staffs were really kind and helpful - The lounge were really nice and evening cocktail was really enjoyable, there was a lot of different kind of food and drinks Overall, we're really happy with the stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in strategic Location”
I really enjoyed to spend weekend in this hotel. Swimming in nice pool, having afternoon tea in Jimbaran outdoor resto and we can go sight seeing to central Jakarta by using MRT. the gate to MRT station is very near with this hotel.

I love everything about this hotel. Location is great, on sunday we do car free day walking and on our way back we get tired, but don’t worry you can ride mrt and stop at Setiabudo Astra station. Staff was really nice, helpful and sweet during our stay. Thanks to ms Tasya for arranging a nice room as per our request. The bed, pillow and bath room was specataculer. Swimming pool not too big but the kids really love it. If you stay here and like japanese food dont forget to try Kado restaurants they have the best satay. We’re so happy to stay in Ayana Mid plaza and definitely will come back in the future.

Good location, near MRT gate, we can walk underground from hotel to mid plaza. There is many resto inside mid plaza. Breakfast is good, gym is great. Overall this hotell is good, recomended
