AWESOME PLACE”

Value for money, great views, awesome roof top pool, quiet location, easy walking distance to District 1 just over the river or District 4. Professional service from Miss Anna, Austin and Andy, very helpful and courteous . Helpful and assisted with a late checkout. The pool is very clean and the views relaxing and unbelievable. The rooms are a very good size with air con in all, very clean and all modern services. Highly recommend ! A nice change from the noise and madness of HCMC.

Nice condo away from the crowd and noise”

Located outside the busy and noisy tourist areas but close enough to get there (with grab car). We did not actually stay at Icon 56 but at The Tresor condo, so no rooftop pool (there is one at the M level). The room was generally clean except for the floor. Our apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, 3 A/C units, washing machine. Watch out for them bum gun, if you press it full you'll wash your stomach with it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, available at all times. All in all I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay”

This isn’t my first time staying in this apartment . The apartment is very clean and spacious. I really appreciate the staff and host hospitality. Icon 56 has a beautiful rooftop Swimming pool. I would also want to thank the host Annie for making my my stay a wonderful one. I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment again.

Exceptional”

Perfect place where to stay. Very clean apartment and nice rooms. Also, good communication with a host. Only problem was the pool area. There was a security who did not allow to do anything - no snacks near pool, no soft drinks, watched if you go to shower before pool etc. It is good for keeping the area clean, but I would like to enjoy my time in the pool. With such a perfectionism the glasses surrounding the pool should be clear as crystal, but they were very very dirty. You could not see through them.

You need somewhere for a short or long break then be certain to look at this room or one of the others they have listed. Close to the city (an easy walk), views of the river and city, very well priced, roof top pool, secure premises and fully self-contained. It is now my first choice when I have to travel to Saigon.

Good Stay Near the City”

I had booked a 2 the bedroom apartment but when we arrived found that that we had been given the single room. Thankfully friends couldn't not make the trip so we accepted the room. The room itself was spacious and fairly well maintained although the furniture does show signs of wear but overall it was good enough for the price paid. The building , Icon 56, is just a short walk into the city which you do have partial views of from the room however be mindful that the kitchen windows do not have a curtain and let in a lot of light during the morning and throughout the day. I would stay again but would perhaps ensure I received the room booked instead of taking the lesser quality.

Great Place to Stay”

I booked for ICON 56 in a studio apartment but they put me in 2 bedroom unit in the Tresor (just next door). It was great apart from one or two things that needed cleaning I could not fault it. As always the staff were very accommodating as I had to change my arrival time a couple of times but not a problem for them. I certainly recommend either Tresor or Icon 56 if you are looking for value, great rooms and a friendly welcome.

Great staying experience ”

This apartment were located at river side, walking distance to the main town (10-15mins), the view from the swimming pool were stunning. Staff name Sam were very helpful, we booked a studio hse with one bed only but she bring us extra mattress once she realise there were 3 of us. Will definitely come Bck and look for Sam on our next visit.

Unbelievable ”

Excellent in every aspect. The owner Andy and his sister Sam were very helpful. Unfortunately the previous tenants damaged the room, but Andy upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment. Unbelievable value for money. 5 star accommodation and service. Only a couple of minutes away from all the action in an uber or taxi. Very very happy. Thanks Andy and Sam

Fantastic residence”

We has a lovely two bedroom apartments which had an ensuite of the main bedroom. The pool on the roof offered wonderful views and at street level there is a convenience store. Highly recommended.

Lovely brand new apartment. Was clean and had everything we needed. For the price we paid. It was one of the best value places I've ever stayed.

Modern and quiet service apartment right on the river”

Modern service apartment conveniently located near district 1. Up on the 25th floor so very quiet. It was nice to come back to a place of peace and solitude after a day navigating the bustling Saigon streets. Oh, and it had a washer!

I stayed for a week and had a good rest. Good facilities and friendly manager Anna was quick to deal with any problems. She helped me a lot during my stay. There is a convenience store and a vinasun taxi on the first floor, so you can use it conveniently. The disadvantages are that loud construction noise and a little inadequate is clean. But I have a doctor to revisit. ‘◡’✿

Pool and area around are small, good enough just for 1 family. Pool is not in service during best time of the day (09:00 am-13:00pm). room cleanliness is 5-6 points out of 10 points.

We love the swimming pool and the staff was very friendly. They provided lots of help during the stay. Even help to coordinate with the massage center. Although at the end it was fully booked. The location is not very convenient if you are exploring by foot but Grab services are very convenient and cheap. The room is quite cosy but I think the previous tenant did some heavy cooking, the floor are quite sticky. Fortunately, they provide indoor slippers. Maybe to have a thorough cleaning next time cause some areas still have dust.
