Poor Quality of food at Breakfast ”

The hotel was good in all other aspects.. except their breakfast quality which were poor in taste.. less options, refill time was bad. The hotel should look into hiring experience chef and improve their food quality.

Very convenient location and strategic town area. Just with 5 minutes walking distance to One UTAMA shopping mall.

There are better hotels !”

The plus point going for Avante is that it is new hotel. Checking in was overly long with just 1 staff doing it for at least 30 minutes before a 2nd staff joined in to help. Where was the Duty Manager ? If we are in the vicinity again, we will try the sister hotel, One World.

Reception helpful, nice suite room, SD restaurant good”

4th stay at Avante. Hotel reservations manager Jessica is very helpful, front desk staff are good, suite rooms great so are the deluxe rooms. Areas to improve: Avoid Chek cafe; service is slow, food mediocre at best. Breakfast buffet is low quality and staff are not trained to practice hygiene (e.g. lid falls on floor gets picked up and put back without cleaning). Sky Deck is much better for service and food! House keeping keeps room very tidy but doesn’t sweep or vacuum the floor during the duration of our stay.

We stayed here for approximately 10 days or more and to be honest the nearby is so convenient and just take 5 mins walk ( via link bridge ) you can access to one utama shopping mall and mrt station ( bandar utama ). We are so satisfied for our stay in Avante hotel ( reasonable price, good location and the most of all is the hospitality from the staffs esp mr. Alif and Ms. Adrianna )

Cleanness of room is sub std. rubbish was at a corner till I checkout . OMG. DUN GO FOR THEIR BREAKFAST.

Honestly think this hotel is value for money. Its a 5-10 min walk to the shopping mall and there's a link bridge connected

Buffet Breakfast & room”

Good varieties of Asian food. No Western food. Coffee machine only serve 13 cup, so have to press more time to fill it up. Furthermore the coffee is COLD, no matter which type you wanted. Food & coffee is at extreme end so you have to walk very far to refill your coffee or get fruits. The TV channels are all Bahasa Malay & only 1 Chinese Channel. No English channel. No notices of what the hotel offers nor room service menu. Ambiance is OK as the hotel only opens last November.
