cozy and comfortable ”

Aurora provides several dishes for breakfast and those r all great! although when i went to eat it was about 10am (they stopped providing on 10:30am), and almost everything was cold but still delicious ! I think the deluxe room is smaller than I expect, but it’s clean and providing very hot water, and also the bed is really comfortable to sleep. but they r not good at sound-proofing, I can clearly hear baby crying in other room. The pool is small but ok, and I really enjoy it!

Great place to stay for family holiday ”

Hotel staff can speak good English and very helpful . restaurant has a good views and serving delicious food . Few choice for coffee and offer hot Pho in the breakfast menu . It will be better if can open for light snack in the afternoon or evening. Opposite hotel has family mart and various store. Can try the local ear cleaning service at the small local store opposite hotel too . We had a two bed room apartment . Rooms are clean and complete with all we need . Cookware , plates & bowls are there . All item in room are well maintained . Hotel location is good , not much noise from street , our room got great night view of landmard 88 . Easy to get Grab to District 1 and return . Grab fee around 80k - 110k Dong each ride and that depend the car model . really appreciate for my birthday surprise prepare by the hotel . We were staying for 3 nights . Will dedicatedly stay here again if we come back to HCMC.

Excellent place to stay! ”

Amazing hotel for this price . Comfy bed, excellent bathroom, very clean, and perfect service. Buffet breakfast was also good with Asian and Western choices. Would certainly stay here again and easy recommendation to other visitors!

Great Option in District 2”

The staff was excellent. Very personable services and made me feel like I was at home. If you are planning to be in District 2 in HCM this is a great option. Within 3 km of a lot of restaurants, as well as the supermarket BigC.

Nice view, nice pool, cleaning room, Staff was friendly and helpful, they will send you a list of restaurant, bar... around. We don't tale many time to find where to go, Breakfast's simple but delicious, I love the city view of restaurant in the morning.

Serenity in Vietnam ”

Staffs are very accommodating, room is clean and well maintained. Our entire stay was awesome!! Buffet breakfast is good. The only thing was it is too far from the city from where the tourist spots were, but value for money if you want peaceful relaxation. (^-^)v

we were pretty satisfied with the service of the hotel, it is in a convenient location, and the staff was great, the only thing is that we felt that the ACs were a bit small for the size of the room, I mean having them at full blast was not enough to properly cool the room, but in any case, that is a minor issue, overall a great experience!

Nice and cozy apartment”

Really fell in love with the apartment. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and everything is so perfect. The apt is well furnished with cozy kitchen and convenient utensils. We especially love the buffet breakfast which is really delicious. Will definitely come back if we have chance.

Stopover between flights ”

This hotel is nothing like I thought it was gong to be. It is in the middle of. Residential area. Even the taxi driver did not know where it was. I think there is a reason why they don’t show a photo from the outside as most people would probably not book. That being said, it was fine for one night and the apartment was very modern and clean. Breakfast was okay and it has a little rooftop pool. As a stopover it was fine but would be looking to book anything more than 1 night

Nice Place but bad customer service”

I booked a family room that was suppose to have 2 bedrooms with queen beds. We arrived at 12:00 noon but was told that that the room would not be available until 2:00 PM which was fine. However the staff asked if I would take 2 single rooms instead and I said no as we have small children and all want to be in one room. We left our luggage and went for lunch until the room was ready. At 2:00 PM I returned and was told that they gave the room that we booked to someone else and therefore we would have to take 2 single rooms. It was only after I got angry and insisted upon talking to the management that they finally put me in a room that was for all intents and purposes the one I booked. In my years of travel I have never had an experience where the hotel made a mistake with a booking and the staff insisted upon downgrading my reservation.

Clean and quiet! ”

Very clean and quiet hotel. Not very busy or crowded which is nice! We stayed 4 nights and would recommend it. It is a little out of the way of the more tourist places but it is worth it and it also has great views!

Service is very good, the staff there including the security inside the booth outside the hotel and the guy at the restaurant serving breakfast was really good and remembered our choice of food.

Comfortable family rooms with useful self catering facilities. Excellent helpful staff, good breakfast, nice rooftop pool. Only issue was a noisy fridge in one of the rooms.
