In the heart of walking street, close to many local activities. Very friendly staff, will help in any way. Room was acceptable. Great price. Very good breakfast. Massage on site. Good bed and TV and ac. Great location.

An absolute place for night owls”

Overalls are pretty satisfied with my stay at there, cleanliness was on point, facilities were all working fine, but maybe not suitable for family trip, especially if sb is really sensitive to sound disturbance, and hot shower might not get warm enough for cold weather...but for the price, it’s definitely worthy to what you get, plus the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Lucky us we stayed in the back room”

Bui Vien is an absolutely noisy place where most activities are at night. The hotel is in front of a bar plays very loud music and lasts until morning. We were lucky to stayed in the back room and not the ones with balcony and faces the bar. Overall it’s good if you want to experience the business of the city. And there are a lots of good food and cafe around

This hotel is located opposite a club that plays music all night. The noise is extremely loud and it is impossible for anyone who stays in rooms that are facing Bui Vien street to sleep. I only recommend this hotel to those who enjoy partying & want to sleep during day time. Otherwise, make sure that you book for a room that is located at the back-end of the hotel. One good thing that I’d like to mention is customer service. Front-desk staffs are friendly, helpful & quite honest.

Good Value, but a bit noisy!”

This is certainly a good little hotel, but right in the thick of the action in the backpacker area and the bass beats from the bars can be heard most all of the night. Staff are friendly and breakfast is included though. And of course it’s well priced.

I would recommend this hotel if you wouldn't mind the noise/music coming from bars since this hotel is just along the Bui Vien Walking Street. The staff were really accommodating and the place is actually nice but if you're staying with kids I don't think this would be a good place to stay.

great value for money, excellent service”

The staff was very friendly, proactive and helpful! The hotel room very clean and big, with A/C. It’s in the heart of Districkt 1, so many things in walking distamce although a lottle loud at night.

Great location”

If you're a nightlife partier, than this is the place for you! Located right on Walking Street in the heart of the bar area, you will be right in the middle of it all! If you're looking to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, then I wouldn't recommend this property as you will find it rather noisy with all the bars and nightclubs nearby that operate until the wee hours of the morning. Also, not really good for young children. I was extremely disappointed with the "No guests after 10pm" policy. As a solo traveler, I have a lot of friends in the area and sometimes we like to spend time in the room but we were unable to do so. This is the ONLY hotel I've seen in Saigon with this policy. If I wanted to stay in a room where I couldn't have guests, then I'd just get a hostel! Very disappointing!

Location almost too good”

I really enjoyed my stay. Great room, comfy bed, nice complimentary breakfast. I'm lucky because I can sleep through a hurricane but light sleepers may want to be warned that the street noise is incredibly loud and there's a very very loud night club across the street.

The room size which i booked was not the actual size of the room. a bit disappointed. But the hotel staff upgraded us with more bigger rooms. The hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Nice centrally located hotel.

Great location, cleanliness good but didn’t clean up the room everyday ”

Value for money, very near to the buivien street where most of the tourists will go to experience the night life in HCMC. Breakfast are okay, ask the cleaner to clean up our room but she refused and only provide us with tissue roll and water bottle.

Overall i can say that our stay is good in terms of value for money which includes a buffet breakfast, the location wise coz' the area is situated wherein almost all of the sights in HCMC is just nearby, and also it is literally outside the door that the street party happens. The ambiance is so lively! It is also maintained properly, the staffs are ok, there's no facilities that much but you don't need it if you are there just to sleep and to rest and for tour obviously. The experience is nice! Recommended if you are in HCMC. 😎

Acceptable quality and service with the cost.”

This is located in the middle of Night Life Street. If you like to drink, it is the best place for you because you may get up to hotel even you're drunk XD. If you're not, it's abit noisy with the sound which last until 7am. It's clean, fair facilties, just good in space and friendly staff.

Exceptional”

A great location for those who wants to party all night. Value for money. Grab car charges only 25k to ben thanh market. Rooms are very clean.

Very loud at night”

The hotel was next to pubs and nightclub thus it was very very very loud at night. The music kept going until 2am, so someone who sleeps early at night, this would not be suitable. That being said, it was in the middle of a busy street thus very convenient for night life.

Great Staff, Great Price, Great location”

Staff are really nice, location is great for nightlife, only downside is the massage place downstairs pestering you every time you leave the building. I Showed them though, and got a foot massage every day from the place next door, Muahahahahaa!

Great Party Location, Bad Room”

Right on Bui Vien, so good for partying. Some rooms are loud, so be aware. Rooms were dirty and we had a broken aircon. Staff are helpful though. Breakfast was lacking but tasted great and was much better than it looked. You get pestered whenever you leave or return as their is a massage place inside and their workers stand outside goading you in.

Room old and water heater doesn't work well”

The room is big but the bathroom seriously dirty, when I check in, there is some shit on the bowel which make me feel reluctant to poo there during my stay! And water heater doesn't work normal. Nice to sleep, other than that, forget about it
