Perfect 50's birthday celebration/Vietnam, Hoi An”

Atlas boutique hotel is so upscale it self, small minimalist deco boutique hotel. The staff are trying their best to make sure we had an amazing experience. The English was a barrier but when you have good Will to help that soon it's irrelevant. They welcome us with a drink, a warm wet towel, information, and very welcoming reception. By email wasn't that easy, they don't feel confident with their lenguage skill and limit themselves to a extremely basic communication but as soon you are there in person is a total different matter. They gave flowers, a cake early morning, sing happy birthday to our breakfast table, arrange reservation to the morning glory and secret garden, help is get to the memories Hoi An show, grab all. Plus the room was quite interesting with a window door to a private balcony full of bamboos. The spa, nice, professional and practical. Did one a day in the morning special. Highly recommended

Value for Money Hotel - Clean, New and Chic Design”

This is a new hotel in Hoi An. Close to town (5 mins walk) and they provide free bicycle to use (although I took the motorcycle across the hotel). When I checked in, they were professional and had detailed explanation of the hotel with welcome drink. The hotel room was clean, new and nicely design. It is modern and spacious toilet. They have Wifi and good amenities. Breakfast was good but on the second day, due to low level of customers, they had ala carte style. They do have gym and spa although I didn't had time to visit them. The pool is great to chill out. The taxi transfer is more expensive but if you would like convenience, that will do. Outside the hotel, they have F&B stalls and local food. During check out, I had a late flight out, so I lingered by the pool, have a cool dip and rinse at their shower area. They allowed me to use their towel and their toilet to change. Overall, they were accommodating and friendly staffs.

Lovely new hotel”

Atlas Hotel Hoi An is brand new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a la carte and very delicious. The pool is really good! We would rate the facilities 5 star if it wasn't for the broken treadmill in the fitness centre. The only thing we found is that the staff are a little overbearing at times. I suppose that comes with being a new establishment. It seemed every where we went all eyes were on us and we were constantly asked what we were doing or going. One of the staff kept trying to refer us to the motorbike rental place across the road - we had two different prices from the guy, one more expensive with hotel staff and cheaper on our own. No major complaints and no doubt that this was well-intentioned, we are just independent and quiet people. Was a little bit hard to relax.

Worth money and time spending”

It was our company trip, one day with Atlas but full of great experiences. The staffs are very nice, responsive, lots of smiles, service mind and very helpful. We arranged the Hotel taxi from DAD airport cost 23 USD (save bargaining's time), the driver was punctual appeared on time with my full name written on the paper board. The car was clean, nice and new with wide 6 passenger seats. We're pleased during the time staying at Atlas hotel, especially "Thy Thy", one of the Atlas staffs, she professionally recommended the places to go in Hoi An and took us for a short trip preview the room to see tier design and services on each floor (As we're the architectural design firm company). Will definitely go back there again. :-)

Great experience, wonderful staff, very clean!”

I am traveling with a friend, and we have nothing but great things to say about our stay at the Atlas Hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Giang are so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the bar was a great place to relax in the evening and during the afternoon. We loved to sit there and read or play games by the pool. They offered some nice tours, especially the cooking class and basket boat tour in the countryside. Location is perfect, and the hotels car was so helpful in picking us up on time from Da Nang airport. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Hoi An, and will stay here again if I come back.

We chose to stay at this hotel for our 3-day getaway! The hotel has just opened and they offer more than 50% room promotion! Located very near the old town and easy to access to all the tourist attractions and nice coffee shops in Hoi An. The staff are very nice and friendly. The design of this hotel is just love! We enjoy our stay here very much! Highly recommend!

Little spot of paradise.”

If you are going to book a hotel then this is the one. Hotel offers clean and good sized rooms, great breakfast bar and restaurant, good sized pool, free shuttle to beach twice a day and wonderful staff ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can walk to Hoi An old town in under 5min. Book it you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Atlas Hotel.

Best hotel experience ever”

Nothing to say about my stay. It was PERFECTION from the airport pickup to the airport drop off. Staff is professional as never seen before, room is great, pool is a postal card and breakfast and various and changing everyday. Free bike to rent and location could not be better. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to hoi An.

Amazing Stay”

This was the best place we stayed in our whole Vietnam trip. It was so convenient! They arranged for hotel transfer for us. They were super helpful, and even ran to the pharmacy for us late at night. Atlas provides bikes which you can ride into town. It took us maybe 4 minutes to get to the edge of Ancient Town, although their policy is you cannot ride bikes in the town past 3pm. So get out early! There was also a free shuttle offered twice a day to go to An Bang Beach. We only stayed for 3 days, and never had a chance to take advantage of this service. But next time we definitely will! Our last day, we were leaving before breakfast opened and they even offered to wrap up to go boxes for us. They had great breakfast the first day, but the next day they had Chinese food for breakfast. I think this was because there was a big tour group staying at the hotel, but I preferred the Vietnamese breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were super. Our AC was a little slow to get cold, but by then we were a little bit used to the hot weather. The only meh part about our stay was 4 of us decided to get massages, and even though the prices were not bad, I think it would've been better for us to go elsewhere for a massage. It seemed like there was only 1 trained masseuse, who was wearing the official uniform. And 3 others didnt look like they actually worked at the hotel. Overall Amazing Stay! Would definitely stay here again!!

All was great from the time we booked till the end of stay!”

There was a slight hiccup during the booking w agoda, however all was settled fast with the prompt response from Atlas! really appreciate their great service. Once we arrived at the hotel slightly earlier with no further waiting with our luggages, they checked us in and gave us an intro of their hotel. The staff were all friendly and easily to conversed with. I can't further express the customer service offered to us which my parents were praising them on our way to the airport. Certainly will recommend staying here. Thank you once again.

Nice Place”

Will be staying here again on my next visit to Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The staff were amazing!! Do yourself a favour and get a massage at the Hotel Spa. I had several great massages at various spa's around Vietnam but after the one at the Atlas Spa, those seemed like just a bit of a back rub.

Modern hotel in Hoi An with quite high standard”

The room was quite small but very stylish and clean. The swimming pool is very nice and the staff really helpful. It's good to see the hotels in Hoi An are changing in a very positive way! Don't hesitate to take a bike to go to the beach :)

Beautiful hotel with wonderful architecture”

This hotel is a hidden gem. Very close to the Old Town, the Atlas has great rooms, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and furnished in good taste. The pool is reasonable, although a little small. The main thing this hotel has is character, as it has been designed with the environment in mind thanks to the way it allows natural air flow & light, the large amount of greenery spread around and the concrete flooring.

Excellent”

Nice well decorated rooms. There is a bit of construction nearby (as with lots of places in Hoi An) so you probably won't get a lay in. Rooms don't get cleaned until the afternoon so not ideal if you want an afternoon nap. Showers run hot and cold so you have to keep jumping in and out while it's running. Easy location for walking into town. Pool doesn't get the sun which was great for me as I could sit in the shade. Breakfast is okay - not amazing but not awful. Nice local coffee and they are good at doing eggs just right and not overcooked.

Exceptional”

Another amazing stay at The Atlas. We love this Hotel, the Location, the staff, the food and the Pool area are all perfect for a relaxing and easy stay. We will continue to stay at this Hotel on our frequent trips to Hoi An.

Not quite for me”

I don't quite like the layout of the room and I got struck by surprised when opening the door to a dark-wood wardrobe which is not usual for most hotels I've stayed at. Because of this unpleasant 'surprised', I wasn't able to sleep well for two nights. Staff at reception was helpful to try to assign me another room, but that would mean I would be on a different floor as my father. I had no choice but decided on the room originally assigned to me. Staff at breakfast were not able to converse in English very well. They couldn't understand simple English like 'well done', 'raw', or 'refilling the tea'. A few of the guests had similar problem. I was trying to tell the lady who was frying the eggs to make my scrambled eggs half raw/cook but she couldn't understand me. Luckily, a lady from the Reception walked pass and assisted me. Staff were also not proactive to clear the plates after used. However, the hotel is in a quiet location and within minutes walk to Hoi An Ancient Town.

Comfortable Place”

Hotel is new. Comfortable, cosy and relaxing place. It is near to the Hoi An ancient town, within a walking distance and yet it's away from the main crowd. Staff are friendly.

Excellent”

We love that the hotel was off the main street but yet so close to the Old Town. The breakfast spread was good too and the staff was so friendly and helpful. If I come back to Hoi An, I'll definitely stay here again.
