Free wifi was an expectation when I made the reservation.”

The wifi was reasonably good on the first day but was essentially useless the rest of the time. For example I could not confirm my return air reservation or pay for a checked bag. I had no confidence that something initiated would be completed correctly. When I checked in I was told explicitly that refunds were not possible, leaving me with no alternatives.

Nice clean reasonably priced motel.”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't much, but we got there towards the end.
By the time we got to the breakfast, around 8:30, there was just one up of coffee left and no milk for cereal. That is the only complaint that I had.

I liked the quietness.
I thought the pool looked a bit dirty and the location is bad, off a busy road, and not close to the beach at all. Millsboro is depressing. I also thought the front desk was not very attentive. They didn't seem too happy here. The buildings could use a total renovation and have more fresh options for breakfast instead of sugary cereal and Poptarts. It's good for kids but not for adults visiting.

Great Stay”

The facility had a fantastic location. There was so much writhing walking distance. The pool was great too for the kids. The beds were comfortable which for me is rare when having to stay somewhere.
Kept getting flies in our room when we opened the door but not the hotels fault.

Room was clean and internet was decent. Frig was leaking water due to high humidity. AC worked fine. Breakfast was very plain but coffee was good which was a plus. Nice location next to grocery store and other food places. Staff was very helpful. This is not a 3 or 4 star hotel but a nice basic staycation place.

Overall, just a mediocre MOTEL room. Stayed 2 nights, had to hunt down a housekeeper to get clean towels for 2nd morning. No cleaning of room, I guess since we only stayed 2 nights.
Not real clean, no coffee maker in room. Too high priced for what we got.

I would never stay there again”

location was super convenient for why i was in town. Housekeeper helped resolve an issue with non functioning lamps. Very pleasant.
2 of the 4 lamps in the room were not working when I checked in. Room was full of flies. musty smelling rooms. Very old looking furniture. No breakfast available. Front desk person very distant. Asked me my name 3 times when I checked in even though I offered a credit card with my name on it. Showed not appreciation for my choosing that hotel to stay in.
