i lived in Bekasi for 14 years and i know how great Aston Imperial's location is. situated in Bekasi Cyber Park mall, surrounded by Metropolitan Mall, giant hypermart, Bekasi Square *they changed the name but i forgot, LOL*, summarecon mall bekasi, near the main gate of the jakarta - cikampek highway. it is indeed a perfect location. so when i decided to go home *currently i live abroad* for christmas holiday, i booked Aston. the room is nice, for breakfast, there are food varieties from west to east and, of course, indonesian traditional food. i hangout in the sjylounge and the view is amazing. you can go directly to the infinity pool on the 15th floor. it's just the pool is too small but still, instagramable :D would definitely go back to Aston when i go home.

Been booked a day before new year eve, last minute, been find out from another online booking, and only Agoda gimme the best best rate, and good hotel thou, very kind staff Aston Imperial Hotel Bekasi, even quite hecktic when check in, coz it was neu year eve, but they do a good job, always smile and calm, and luckly i got 1106 room, in the middle of the Bekasi city view, and at the night of neu year eve, right in front of my room a lot of fire works which make my 1.7 yo son very happy and excited... My kids love it .. we request early check in becoz we are from bandung they said ok. Room was ok. The most complimentary is breakfast so many item and they change the menu for the next day. We would like to go back and spend the day with aston imperial bekasi. Thank you

I stay in Aston bekasi so many times, just near to Metropolitan Mall and Giant. Also the hotel just beside Bekasi Cyber Center. The building is new, so the room also still new. The bed thing is their gym, not complete and i dnt like it (never use).

New and modern hotel with best location in Bekasi. Good food at the restaurant, and easy to find food outside of the hotel since it's connecting to the mall. Friendly staffs, good service, clean, high-speed complimentary wifi access, really value for money. I will definitely come back again!

Top quality hotel, staffed by wonderfully courteous people, and surrounded by good malls although only appropriate for those wanting to be situated near Bekasi, as it is a long drive from the airport/city.

Have always stayed in Aston whenever I'm in Bekasi area. This time round I had a broken door latch in my room and the service staff got it fixed for me quickly even though it was already night time. Really appreciate the good service!

Staff was very friendly, had a great room and view. Hotel has an amazing location surrounded by few shopping malls. You really can get anything you desire. The sky lounge is a big plus and the breakfast range was incredible huge. So no worries if you are a fussy eater. Only can recommend it, even great price for a last minute booking. Thanks Aston staff for making the stay that pleasant

I came during peak season and have to wait until around 2.30 pm (more than 30 minutes waiting) since room was still under cleaning. Fortunately, my son can go to the pool while waiting. One cup was dirty with coffee stain. I asked room boy for cleaning the floor and extra towel for mat and he came so fast. Excellent service. Overall it was a nice experience in Aston. My input, during peak season perhaps you can manage the room set-up time by increasing your staff number, or else And perhaps one day you can expand your pool or equipped it with some child things facilities hehehe. Anyway, thank you Aston and Agoda. Best luck for you.

I think Aston is more better than Harris except to convenient facility. There is a clean room, the best service, delicious breakfast, and kindness. I also wanna use this hotel everywhere.

Accessible. Surrounded by malls around the vicinity. Many food options. U can take the damri bus from airport and if u dun have luggage, u can alight at the bustop right beside the hotel. With luggage, u alight at the last stop which is the bus terminal. Its a short walk to Aston by the back alleys

Nice big rooms with big windows. Easy access to mcd n dominos pizza. Nice pool and sky lounge. But a little disappointed at breakfast where my 7 year old get charged. Especially that she never like to eat hotel buffet. I don’t mind if it was the rules for everyone. But I saw lots of family just passing by with 3 adults 4 adults in a room. A family with 3 teenagers also just passed...I booked 2 rooms at that time and that’s what I got at the breakfast time. Kinda ruin my morning mood really.

It Was OK”

Second time here. Price was 50% higher than 2 months ago. Local chain hotel. Rooms fairly new, more importantly, clean. Just bath towels, no face or hand towels (need to ask). Wi-Fi signal is good with my mobile phone but not computer. Breakfast variety not plentiful but meet my needs. Location cannot be beat with proximity to shopping malls. All in all, no hesitation to come back.

I was very satisfied with this hotel service. The staffs were so helpful and nice, the room was clean, but there is some annoying sound from the AC that they need to repair it. The location is great too. You can find McD and Domino Pizza just in front of the hotel with the same parking lot.

Location ”

I don't have much complaint because of its location although the room is rather small and basic and service is just average. The swimming pool is small but suitable for kids. I might stay elsewhere for my next visit in Bekasi but I am not sure yet.
