Graet location and marvelous view”
Stayed with my 3 kids, the room is very clean, sanitised and have a great view of the city and Btg Rejang River. Friendly staff, lovely reception area, cafe and ample parking space. You can even park beside it @ riverside hotel multi car park and can validate the parking coupon here at astana wing. Located in the city centre opposite waterfront just 3 minutes walk. They provide in room dining for breakfast to avoid crowd at the cafe.

Good but do improve the cons i stated”
Pro- large room, big space, friendly staff, clean, friendly housekeeping , nice view and located at the center of the city. 2 minute walk to the waterfront. Cons- ordering room service take like an hour to arrive(due to the room service is from the old wing?) and the room service staff is rude and not friendly when we called to order. the mini refrigerator very slow to become cold. And when it does, it doesnt really cold. You cannot put an ice in it because it will melt.

One of best hotel in Kuching”
As honest review, I totally love this hotel so much. Their staff are friendly & staying 3 days 2 nights there really comfortable also fun since it's near to waterfront. The room very clean & you are lucky if you choose for waterfront view room. The breakfast also nice. I would repeat to stay there again in future when I visiting Kuching.

The staffs were helpful, friendly & nice! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, internet was fast. Clean & hygienic too! The toilet flush was broken but the hotel staffs were very responsive & effective. They even called back my room for a follow up. Location is strategic. Would totally recommended this hotel!

The best hotel that im choose to stay at Kuching City was excellent its because on the strategic area or easy to say in front of waterfront only which is you gonna walk nearby to go thru the waterfront and some nearby area such as the street food, shopping complex and some best place to chill or a bite of food that recommended. The view on my room was amazing also. One things, can enjoyed the city background view when u feel tried.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Terrific view out over the river. The room itself was nothing spectacular. King bed with 4 big pillows that looked impressively luxurious when the bed was all made up but were terribly uncomfortable to try to sleep on. It helped to remove the pillow case, which was like a sausage casing, forcing the pillow into a tight hard tube. There was not a single outlet in the bathroom, which meant using the hair-dryer in the bedroom. And the bathroom failed one of our tests of a truly good hotel room: a place to hang your towels once you've used them. I measured: at least 3 meters of available wall space for a towel rack, but not a rack to be had. Other than those mostly minor complaints, the room was fine.

Great value & superb location ”
Beautiful new wing hotel, directly opposite of waterfront with helpful and dedicated staffs. Reception allowed me to check-in early without question, and room is fantastic! A short walk to all major eateries and shopping, with waterfront taxi just opposite the hotel. Only con I could think of were stray ants on the desks. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

The staffs are super amazing and very helpful. Starting from the check in till check out, I felt very welcoming and happy with my stay. Location very strategic. Can just walk to nearby mall plaza merdeka, kuching waterfront and many shops to buy kek lapis and souvenirs. Definitely going to stay here again whenever I come to Kuching!

I like this hotel because the location is very strategic, located in the heart of Kuching city. I enjoyed stay at this hotel and breakfast also was good. But my only concern is that my room is a little bit dirty (rubbish beside the sofa - maybe from previous guest) and no towel provided. I have to call the housekeeping and request for the new towel. Other than that, I'm ok.

The queen bed mentioned it's actually not a queen bed. It's a super single bed. Slightly smaller than queen bed. Overall experience, no complains. All good and there'a water dispenser outside our room.
