    I stay here for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was big and comfortable. There is a cafe which serve variety of food and taste good too. Walking distance to pasar tanjung tawau and kfc.

    Spacious and located near attracted places”

    The room are in good condition, just a little smelly when entering the room. The room was big enough for my chidren to play, the aircond, the water heater, the tv and other electronics are functioning. The parking are available but near to the hotel are limited. The back area of the hotel quite doggy at night.

    Customer service”

    Receptionist have no friendly greetings not even a smile they are the frontliners. Local customers are as good as foreigners so good service is important. Cleaners should clean rooms everyday and should know which rooms are occupied longer and should replenish items in the rooms. The hotel is value for money and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.

    Good location, value for money and very friendly staff. Need to ensure cleanliness of the floor. We step in the room with stain floor until we wiped it with towel and we notice whole floor were dirty. Others were ok for these kind of budget hotel.
