Like home in KL”

This is my third time staying in Ascott Sentral. My fiance and I love it here. We always stay here whenever we're in Kuala Lumpur. It's near the KL sentral station and shopping mall Nu Sentral which has all the major retail outlets. Has a supermarket there for you to buy groceries if you opt to cook. Sometimes we just stay in and not go out the entire day. Ascott Sentral is like a second home for my fiance and I.

A place I would revisit”

Located just 10 minutes' walk from KL Sentral, it is very convenient for travellers to go to any place within Kuala Lumpur. Besides, the serviced residence offers shuffle service for guests going to or from KL Sentral, once per day, saving me a lot of time and energy to walk a long way with my luggage. The hotel room is also very well equipped. I am especially impressed with the kitchenware. Inside the cupboards are knives, can opener, cups, plates, kettle and pots of different sizes. There are also a fridge and an microwave oven. Very superb if you wanna cook inside the apartment or just reheat some wrapped up food. The only defect I have to say is the cleanliness of the bedding. Impeccable as it seems, I still feel a bit itchy when I snuggle in bed. Hopefully they can enhance disinfection of the bedding to keep up optimal conditions.

Dream Living”

I've been to so many hotels and serviced apartments, Ascott Sentral is now the #1 in my list. Only 15mins away from KLCC convention centre, 3mins walk to the new mall NU Sentral, staff are more than accommodating and friendly, cozy and very elegant receiving area, and the suite... -spacious -new and clean -equipped with the latest technologies -dining area and kitchen and fridge can host 10 people -living room is cute and colorful -small quiet corner if you need to study or work -VERY BIG bedroom with 4 door closet and floor to ceiling mirrors -french windows -bathroom is spacious with tub and shower area -toiletries are branded Ascott Sentral is another reason to visit KL. This is now my only choice. :)

Short but great stay”

Wanted to initially book another hotel nearby but because I booked too late, the price increased and was out of my budget. All turned out to be a blessing in disguise and a great experience. Quickly booked Ascott Sentral to be near my colleagues. Didn't realise that I booked a 2-bedrooom room - thought was just 2 beds. Indeed surprised when I opened the door. Greatly impressed with that the room. It was very well-equipped - with microwave, dish-washer, washing machine and dryer, and last but not least, the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules. There was attached bathroom to each bedroom. Maybe one minor fault was that the drainage of the shower was quite bad. A minor flood occurred with each use. However, overall, I enjoyed my stay at Ascott Sentral.

Reasonable hotel/apts quite close to KL Sentral”

This hotel is very close to KL Sentral. It is supposed to be walking distance if you can find the way. I could not so I had to get a taxi but it took only 2-3 mins. The hotel staff told me there is a way to walk to KL Sentral station in 5-10 mins. This is really more like a serviced apartments than a hotel as my room had a full kitchen, a sofa area, a desk area as well as the bathroom and sleeping area. The room was quite large and the bed was a king-size double bed. I only stayed for one night but it would’ve been comfortable to stay there for a week. There is no restaurant but breakfast is served at the café in the next building which is connected on the fifth floor. On the same floor in the Ascott building there is a nice swimming pool and a small gym as well as a washer and dryer laundry room.

Excellent serviced residence”

Very tentative and heart warming staffs. Very memorable. Spacious, very clean, complete amenities in a unit. Complimentary breakfast is not up to par. I hope Ascott can couple up with COPPER. Too bad COPPER is not opened for breakfast. Location is good. Ascott is kind enough to provide shuttle service to KL sentral or vice versa, for those with heavy luggage. Just book ahead and they will kindly fetch you. Ascott offers better rate than other hotels nearby, which is a great deal.

Awesome place to stay!”

I really enjoyed my stay at Ascott Sentral during September 2018. The staff are very friendly and courteous especially Flora at the reception. She is very helpful, patient and always smiling! I stayed in the studio premium which is very spacious, clean and has a well equipped kitchenette. i.e., you can find most of the standard cutlery, utensils, and even a rice cooker! There are however two things which I do not like about the room: firstly, they are too many mirrors; secondly, the lack of 'movable' chairs to sit down. The fixed sofa settee which is placed at the corner and directly facing the air conditioning is not practical at all! Location wise, it is very good as it is just 10 minutes away (walking distance) from the central station. The hotel do offer complimentary shuttle service to the central station and other places of interests (once a day) when requested. Overall, thumbs up for Ascott Sentral!!

Possibly one of the best suite in the heart of KL”

We planned to do a short staycation to celebrate my Mother's birthday. Choosing the double premier room for a night staycation proved to be something worthwhile for us. Enjoyed our stay in Ascott Sentral KL, Rooms were clean, the kitchen has complete utensils, the finishing is state to the art and we really feel like home. The only downside is the parking can be confusing and you need to pay RM 6 everytime you want to go out with your car. For me it is just a minor issue as we dont go out much using the car. Otherwise, the hotel definitely deserves 5 star review and 10/10 score from me! Will definitely come again for sure!

Top Class place to hang in KL”

The location is near to KL sentral. Easier for me n my family since we have to take KLIA ekspress from KL sentral in order to go to KLIA. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The room is big and comfortable for family stay. The employee was kind and always ready to served you. This is my second stay here, as such will really recommend others to go here too. Thank You Ascott Sentral KL.

Near KL Sentral but not right next to it”

I chose the Ascott as I had to be in offices attached to KL Sentral. I had stayed in some of the other hotels right next to KL Sentral before and wanted a change. The problem is that the Ascott is not connected to the station, mall or nearby office tower which are all interconnected. This means walking outside in the heat with luggage for a short while. Not a big deal but it's just more comfortable to say in a cooled environment. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. For breakfast, you had to go to another building (connected) as there is no bar or restaurant in the Ascott itself. The breakfast was average in that place.

Great Location to conduct business in KL”

Had never stayed here before. The room was clean and spacious. The room was very functional and comfortable in all ways. The location at Sentral Kuala Lumpur was convenient using the KLIA express to reach the Sentral area and then secure lodging, comprehensive shopping opportunities, excellent dining, and multi-functional business offices and facilities. A great experience overall.

Like home”

My fiance and I loved it here. This is the second time we stayed here when we visit Kuala Lumpur. It's convenient, really close to KL sentral station. It feels like home. This time the room was smaller and has more negatives than the first time. The shower head was spoiled and the airconditioner was not as cold even at 20degrees. When we reached the room, the doo was still open and still undergoing cleaning by the housekeeping.

Great Hotel at KL Sentral”

Ascott Sentral KL is a great Hotel and I truly enjoyed my stay there! It is walking distance to the KL Sentral train station and Nu Sentral Mall which was very convenient! The room was very clean and was well cleaned by the housekeeping staff everyday during my stay there. Overall a recommended hotel for anyone wanting to stay there!

Weekend escape in the city”

My friends and I booked the Ascott Sentral for a quick getaway over the weekend to catch up and reconnect and Ascott was the right and perfect choice as it was centrally located, with a mall and lots of eateries nearby, but it didn't come with the chaos and noise of the city. The 1 bedroom Premier Room was plush yet homey, the kitchen was well equipped (with everything!) service was up to par. We had a lovely weekend at the Ascott Sentral.

The location is ideal. 5mins sheltered walk way to KL Sentral n Nu Sentral shopping mall. Rooms are big, clean n furnishing is new n modern. Aircon n shower work perfectly. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly n helpful. The bell hop was kind to remind us to be mindful of our bags when walking on streets. Downside is pool has high chlorine so skin feels tight n scratchy after swim. Wish there was a washer in room. Breakfast served at a cafe was tasty though limited. Overall it was v a pleasant stay n recommend for family who likes to sightsee as KL sentral has many forms of transport accessible to all main parts of kl.city, outskirts n interstate n airport.

Great Room and Great Service.”

We checked in on Dec 25 2020 on Christmas day. The Hotel was still quite full at the time with visitors who celebrate their Christmas eve on the day before. We arrive at 1.30pm and as the previous occupier of our room has just left, we have to wait since the the hotel need to do proper cleaning and sanitization. We then decide to go to Nusentral and have our lunch while waiting. We then receive a call and return back to the hotel and was given the key to our apartment. The 2 bedrooms premier apartment is so spacious. With beautiful decor and most importantly clean. We can see the view of Brickfields and KL from our room. The bathtub in master bedroom is amazingly huge. I throw my bathbomb and had a nice soothing dip in the tub. Everything about this residence is detailed and it makes you want to come again in the future. Overall it was a nice staycation and you guys should consider Ascott Sentral as a place to stay whenever you visit KL.

Excellent serviced apartment in a great location.”

Stayed one night at the Ascott. We have previously stayed at other properties within the Ascott group and this must rank as one of the best. Room is big and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's located within a 10-minute walk to KL Sentral where you can catch the monorail to the other parts of town and also the airport express. Enjoyed my stay!

Great place to stay”

We stay at Ascott Sentral KL for 2d1n, Studio Premiere was awesome, clean and has everything you need for a good stay. Located near Nu Sentral Mall and can reach KL Sentral Station by walking distance. Staff also great and really kind, thank you Ascott.

Perfect Stay”

Excellent location with minimal walking distance to KL Sentral, short drive away from Bangsar. I arrived at the hotel at 9am and was offered an early check in at around 1pm. I appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality offered by the hotel front desk staffs. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette is well-equipped for cooking. Will look forward to another stay with Ascott.

Location was superb as it is only 5 minutes walk (or more if you walk slow) from NU Sentral or KL Sentral station. Value for money! Lots of Indian restaurant opposite the hotel. Check in was fast and immediate despite reaching there at 12pm. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Amenities such as swimming pool were great. Breakfast was at a cafe in an adjacent building. Breakfast was delicious. There were assorted breads, hot items such as eggs and sausages, deserts, drinks section and etc. One downside is that my room had a connecting door to another room and if your neighbour decided to make a lot of noise, you could hear them; which in case happened to me. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back!
