Good hotel, Great location & Great ambience ”

ascott kl hotel ‘s room is a bit old, hope management can renovate soon. our check in and check out were fine, fuss free. requests to the reception were handled promptly and efficiently. the room is large and the bath water is strong. breakfast with only limited choice, but it is enough for us. however, the space of the breakfast is too small, so some of the guest need to wait more than half an hour to get a table. this serviced apartment is suitable for family travelling with more than 4-6 people and i love the location as it is just opposite klcc, within 2 mins walk, the hotel is sorrounded with many many amenities. we can just park our car and walk the area on foot i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ascott kuala lumpur with my family. the room was clean and comfortable to stay in. the service from the staff is excellent, they were very polite and greeted us when we went out/went back to our room. i would definitely come back to stay at the ascott again.

Amazing hotel with an amazing view of City Centre”

Ascott Kuala Lumpur has huge rooms. Me and my family booked the 2 bedroom apartment and we managed to fit 6 young adults comfortably. The rooms were spacious and the toilets are amazingly clean. Kitchen is well equipped to cook but you need to buy your own cooking oil, salt, etc. Kitchen comes with dishwasher so you do not need to waste time washing your own dishes. The breakfast spread is simple but everything was tasty. Would definitely recommend Ascott Kuala Lumpur for families. It is also very affordable for an apartment right in the city centre. KLCC is just walking distance.

I have never written a review but I thought I will for this place because it was pretty darn good. We booked three-room apartment for 6 of us and the place was humongous. It could easily fit a few more people. There were three bathrooms as well which made getting ready in the mornings much easier. The pool and gym were not too bad too although the kids pool was under maintenance. The location is just superb. It is just probably a two-minute walk to Suria KLCC. The only downside is that the breakfast was not too good. They did not have sufficient seats and the food variety was limited. All in all, my family and I had a good stay at Ascott Kuala Lumpur and would definitely recommend it to others!

I'm very pleased with my stay in Ascott, Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is very strategic and the best part is, the price wasn't too expensive. What I'm impressed most was the kitchen facilities. I've been to quite a number of service apartment but I must say Ascott by far is one of the best. The fridge was big enough and it comes with a dishwasher. This has definitely brought convenience and comfort to me during my stay. Also, thumbs up to the security system ( access card). The main entrance door will be close after 12am and only residents with access card could enter which is really good. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ascott Kuala Lumpur with my family. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in, the hotel is very near to Suria KLCC. The service from the staff is excellent, they were very polite and greeted us when we went out/went back to our room. Our stay includes breakfast, and the buffet choice was good. I would definitely come back to stay at the Ascott again.

We had a marvelous stay in Kuala Lumpur at the Ascott Kuala Lumpur. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel's 7ate9 Restaurant for the blini and caviar and some exquisite salmon dishes. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. Overall we had a great evening each night.we will defenitely come back in the future.

Great location, Great staff, super cozy beds!”

My stay in Ascott Kuala Lumpur was super! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really cozy!(It was really hard to get out of it in the morinig!) I liked room amenities, which was Loccitane. I had a little bit of relaxed time in the Jacuzzi on the 22nd floor. The view from Jacuzzi ans swimming pool was quite nice! What I liked the most is "very kind and friendly staff." They did thier best whenever I ask some favor. :) About breakfast, it was not fancy like other big chain hotel, but it was enough to have simple and nice meal. I will definately stay again when I go to KL again.

Beyond Expectations”

Upon stepping on to the lobby we found ourselves endulged with elegance and attentiveness from the staff. The room was beyond expectations. A two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and two full bathrooms surprised us and made us feel at home. We got a take out pizza at the first floor bar around 11pm because room service stops at 1030. The waitress was very courteous and helped us out. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast with the magnificent view of the Petrona Towers. A real treat. The hotel arranged a city tour for us after an early morning visit to the bridge between the towers. We'll definitely go back to the Ascott when visiting Kuala Lumpur

Exceptional”

It was very good and excellent and comfortable ASCOTT KulalaLumpur ! The hotel is very close to KLCC SURIA Mall and Twin tower, It take 5 min. by walk. The staffs are very kind and very quickly responded my asking Thank you very much Manager and staffs who handled our complaint in the middle of the night. After checkout, we could leave our luggages at front desk until 8 pm. If I will visit Kulala Lumpur again, I want to be stay in ASCOTT Kulala Lumpur. because this hotel fee is very reasonable and transpotation also is convenient!

Spacious apartment and excellent service”

we enjoyed our stay at the ascott tremendously as service was always with a smile and the staff always tried to accommodate our requests as much as they could. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the central location of the hotel also meant that we could walk to most eating and shopping places. given a chnace, i would definately stay at the ascott again and i would recommend it to my friend who will be visiting kuala lumpur.

Great location just a walking distance to KLCC/Pavilion/Bukit Bintang. The 1 bedroom unit was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and kitchenware. Overall, i really enjoyed staying for 3D2N at Ascott Kuala Lumpur.

Fantastic stay”

Ascott Kuala Lumpur is a perfect place for families and group of friends to stay in. Situated in the heart of KL city, across from the Suria KLCC. Apartment was spacious, clean and bright. Kitchen in great working order. The front desk staff really made my trip extremely pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue and they patiently resolved it for me. Highly appreciated. I must come back to Ascott if i come into KL again.

Very Nice Room and Hotel,But Unsafe Surroundings”

My family really enjoyed staying at the Ascott Kuala Lumpur. Spacious and beautiful rooms. And KLCC is only a 3-5 min walk across the road.However , you have to be very careful of your safety while walking out of the hotel especially for women and children.There are a lot of child kidnappings,rape and robbery cases that happened right outside the hotel. Best to walk in groups.

Friendly Reception”

I have booked a 3-room apartment (with breakfast) for my family and I. Despite in the midst of upgrading their lobby, and we have to process our check-in in the makeshift lobby, the staffs were friendly and efficient. Room key was issued within 20 minutes. The apartment was spacious. One room with king size bed, one room with queen size bed and the last with 2 single beds and all rooms come with attached bathroom. The kitchen was self sufficient with utensils and cutlery. We really felt at home. Ascott is located conveniently opposite KLCC which makes it easy for us to go to various popular malls by foot. Staff were friendly and the breakfast served was of intercontinental style with a tinge of local flavor. The restaurant was situated on the same level as the swimming pool and certain tables offer wonderful view of the skylines around KLCC. Not recommended for people who are afraid of heights though. The only down side is that there were many mosquitoes at the makeshift lobby area, including the toilet at the ground level. Very satisfied, on the overall, with the service and condition of the hotel.

Pleasant Stay at 3 Bedroom Deluxe”

We stayed at a 3 bedroom deluxe apartment. - Each room comes with a bathroom and a television. The room is spacious. The only difference is that the master room has bathrobes and a safe but the other 2 rooms do not have. - Breakfast spread was ok. There is an egg station. - Kids favourite: Jacuzzi with good view and swimming pool. - Adult favourite: Gym, walking distance to klcc and the pavilion. - Things to improve: (1) Communication between receptionist and carpark officer. Receptionist did not inform us to get a ticket from them if we are driving out. When we drove to the carpark exit, the officer do not allow us to pass through and insisted us to go up and get the ticket. We drove back and parked our car at a lot and ran up to get the ticket. (2) After a long day, the kids fall asleep in the stroller. We struggled abit pushing the twin stroller through the carpark door to the lift lobby. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Ascott has met our needs. We are likely to stay in Ascott in our next getaway to KL.

luxury hotel in the heart of the city”

spacious room to stay in the heart of the city. greats views of the KLCC. 5 minutes walking distance to KLCC which is just across 1 road. 7ate9 bar downstairs is also a famous and great hangout in kuala lumpur which serves delicious cocktails. for this price, it is a very good deal as it much cheaper than other luxury hotel but at a very good spot. Down the road about 3 minutes is Jln P.Ramlee also another great nightlife spot where it is very happening during the weekends. overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel”

Our family is picky when it comes to choose a place to stay during vacation and Ascott kuala lumpur is one of the best hotel in KL!! It has all a traveller needs, location, space and comfort! Will definitely stay there again!!

Ascott is very nice and comfortable hotel for family holiday, the room is very nice, the location is good because near from KLCC, the fisilities and they hotel staff is very nice also.
