We were very satisfied with everything in this hotel......nice room.....clean....friendly and very helpful people work there....veyr good food......Thank u for that..............except one thing.. they let their guests entered the coffee shop for breakfast in thier pijamas......The waiters should refused them and asked them to take a bath dan change their outfit...

Excellent overall stay at the place. The rooms are big and spacious, and for the price rate, excellent! The air conditioner is also cool and very good. Swimming pool is quite big, though the place for shower at the swimming pool is lacking. Breakfast is good, with nice views to the town. Staffs are all friendly and very helpful during the whole stay.

I adore a staff who always smile and always comfort with the question how am I and my children in the swimming pool. He offer me a kimono and dry and clean towel when he see my children get a wet towel. Aryaduta, keep up the hospitality. Thanks for the happy experience staycation

Great hotel staff”
Hotel counter staff were great and courteous, rooms were clean and fabulous too. The only downside was the bar/ restaurant at the hotel lobby which had very rude staff who basically ignored us and left us standing at the entrance for a whole ten min although there was nobody at the bar/ restaurant when we got there (about 10pm). Prob didn’t want to waste their effort to serve us so he told us the cheaper cocktails were out but the more expensive ones were still on the menu when seriously the base alcohols and ingredients for some are the same. Proceeded to take the wrong order, and upon returning told us what we wanted was sold out, and I got so pissed at his attitude I didn’t mind paying double for Go-Jek to deliver what I wanted. Won’t recommend dining there; you’re better off asking the reception for recommendations around the hotel.

It’s located in the center of the city so it’s easy to navigate from there. The facilities are also pretty complete. The only downside of this place is, should you drive a car, you must park it at the 8th floor. The hotel lobby is actually located at 9th floor. Overall, great experience!

A pleasant surprise”
It's our first stay. Its not the newest hotel but facilities are well kept. I love the cleanliness and the beautiful pool. Also, i was pleasantly surprised by the large deluxe room (facing the pool but was not noisy). The photos on Agoda did no justice to actual venue, I was a little worried as the hotel room looked 'old' in the photos. Staff are pleasant and we were greeted even by the housekeeping staff. And they allowed us a late check out at 1pm (with no extra charge) upon our request. Cons: I stayed at 11th flr and a long walk of corridor before i got to the lift area. Hotel lobby is at 9th flr. Lobby is nice and clean but the air-con was lacking. Would definitely come again.
