The Artisan Eco Hotel is my most favourite hotel. The room was clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Their lobby was clean and attractive. The room size was just okay for me but the design was the best part of the hotel.The room design was make you feel like at home, not like other hotel's design, the room design environmentally friendly style. There's got wood table, wood chair, big mirror, little plant in the toilet and their bed was very comfortable. It make you feel you are surrounded by natural. The lighting inthe room was so nice! There's got three modes of lightings that you can choose! Is very nice for someone that like take photos. One more thing that I really like is the toilet! The toilet was bigger then you imagine. Clean and nice shower system. Rainfall shower and normal shower head was available in the toilet! The heating system was function. They also provide the shampoo, shower gel and hand soap, it was very nice smell! Two modes of lightning and also a tiny window at the toilet. Their design was combination of metal and vintage. Even they didn't provide breakfast but there's many restaurants, just walk not until 3min. There have Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon just walk in 7min. The location was very nice. I really really really suggest you guys come this hotel if you're visiting bandar sunway! Here will give you a very best experience for stay.

Minimal, clean and comfortable stay”
We checked in during the night after our makan trip around Sunway and Damansara during the day. Location is ideal as it is central to both ends of the LDP (Damansara and Puchong/Bukit Jalil), Subang Jaya and of course, Sunway Pyramid! Parking will be a hassle before 1030pm but we managed to get one right in front of the hotel entrance as we only got back after 12am! Room and bathroom was clean. I am very impressed by the cleanliness and hope they keep this up as this is important to me. I will definitely come back here again! :D

I can say, this is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. it’s super duper clean, scheduled housekeeping, spacious room, extra largeeee bathroom (which i love the most about the hotel. modern & elegant style) & sunway pyramid is just a walkaway from the hotel. below the hotel got mamak pelita if you’re hungry and in need of “fast food”. would definitely want to stay here again if i got the chance. every picture posted inside the agoda is the same as the reality. love itt !!!

I love it! Love everything from the receptionist to the room. I’m extremely surprised once I entered the room.. i love the wall its well decorated with art. The room is quite neat & attractive! Love the bathroom especially the sink ...n its spacious! I felt comfortable during my stay n the receptionist is so welcoming n helpful! One of the cheapest budget hotel with a Pleasant Room!!

Had a very good stay here in the hotel. Room was cozy and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't thank more for the help and attentiveness of the staff during my one-week stay here. Location is a plus point- all the attractions in Sunway, eateries, convenient stores are within walking distance. Thumbs up!

I got a room under RM100, but what they provide is a good room (mine without windows, I don't mind that much), clean, and I truly love the decorations inside the bathroom. They do provide filtered water dispenser at floor entrance with large glass jar. Love it!

the hotel is clean & comfy, the location is strategic as u can find 7E, Kkmart etc around the hotel area. It also near to Sunway Pyramid Mall. However, its a bit noisy in the morning, u can hear people walk & talk as the door maybe isn't soundproof enough. Overall is perfect, will come again & recommend this Hotel to my friends.

Would have been tremendously excellent if they were able to advice how to get back from Sunway to Singapore by coach. For those needing this inforamtion, there is a nearby coach "Aeroline" (office at entrace of Sunway Lagoon) with estimated departure 11am and 6pm. Otherwise the best would be to go Berjaya Times Square, lots of coaches and available timings to return Singapore. Hope the staff can do some homework to help fellow travellers.

Unique Experience ”
My family and I have very unique experience during our 1 night stay at this hotel. We just love the pallet style bed, desk & chair and even mirror. Toilet and bathroom very spacious and superb, they have raining shower with good hot water, sink basin was very specially design and we love it! Last one, we really impressed with the painting & decoration on hotel wall & lobby! Will be my favourite hotel in sunway, next time if coming to sunway surely I will stay at this hotel again.

Had book a stay during MCO 3.0 . Room were very comfortable and clean . Locatian was perfect . Hotel did'nt look unmaintanance due to covid19 and business are down but this hotel kept their hotel clean and good

Walking distance to sunway pyramid. Interior design amazing. Comfortable bed and toilet is spacious and clean. We can refill drinking water. They have water filter at lobby area. The only downside is that you have to bring own toiletries.

We stayed at family triple and it was amazing. The tv offers plenty of channel (which not many similar hotel offers). Its weird having steps to enter the toilet but the toilet was clean. Many food options nearby as well as convenience store, banks.

You will be surprised with this hotel as it looks simple on the outside, but the room is great. Clean, spacious, artistically decorated with eco-friendly ideas. They even have live plants which is a plus. Loved their concept of using refillable bottles and water dispenser rather than plastic bottles. I always stay here when I’m visiting PJ.
