Perfect short getaway”

This is my 2nd time staying at Arte S and it never fails to amaze me. I've stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment before and it was spacious, fits 2 families (at least 10 pax) . This time i booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it fits only my family (with 4 little kids). Facilities in the apartment is complete : microwave, fridge, plates, bowls, cutleries, washing machine, iron board, iron, hair dryer and towels. The best thing about Arte S is its outdoor pool. My kids enjoyed it so much they didnt want to leave 😅 Overall, i'm really satisfied with the stay, check in was smooth, Mr Kenny explained everything when handing us the key. Thanks for this enjoyable short getaway.

1. Nice interior design & super comfortable place to stay as well easy to find. 2. This service apartment has a nice view balcony, can get the sea view and Penang bridge view from the balcony 3. Clean, Safe, Convenient ”

Was in Penang to attend Convocation Ceremony at USM. Strategic location just across the road from USM. New place, clean and safe. Rented the two-bedroom apartment with view of both First Penang bridge and second bridge. The view from the sky lounge was amazing and great decor. Lots of food outlets available within walking distance. Highly recommended.

got two car park provided; the bed are comfortable; quiet; the view from sky lounge is best, as can see both penang bridge; opposite of this service apartment got one rows of shops, got mamak, cafe and convenient shops.

check in easy parking easy, dedicated to apartment. personal elevator/lift easy checking out prcedure washing machine, microwave oven and electric kettle working and in clean condition. nice setting and good view of Penang Bridge (first bridge) . good sunrise view.

Big and spacious apartment”

Very pleasant experience staying in arte apartment. Very clean, spacious & safe as well. The only thing missing is mirror in 2 other rooms, only master bedroom got mirror & the rest 2 rooms got no mirror.

Clean unit, cool place, reasonable price, private lift to your unit, carpark, central, it takes 10-20 mins & all in under 30 mins to everywhere such as airport, penang hill, Georgetown, etc..will definitely be back in future.

Pros Lovely unit, definitely worth the money spent Spacious unit. More than ample for the five of us Well kept and clean Lift access to the unit is strictly accessible to us, so privacy and I guess safety is at the optimum Unfortunately due to MCO, all the facilities are closed so we missed spending time at the lovely lounge😭😭😭 But it meant more time spending in the lovely unit after all day nasi kandar binge 🥰🥰🥰 Highly recommended and will be the place to stay next time we're in Penang

Modern Homestay With Great Amneties and Near City Center”

It was a perfect place for family cum work trip since it is centrally located in the city and nearby attraction places and shops. The place is minimalist decorated and functional with washing facility and amneties such as pool, gym, lounge area and observation pods with full view of 1st and 2nd penang bridge.

Recommended choice”

Nice apartment with great facilities , swimming pool , gym, jacuzzi, sauna and spacious lobby. As for apartment itself spacious hall private access lift, basic kitchen cabinet with fridge, kettle, oven and some small utensils and the only advise ia bring your own toiletries thay only probide a bottle of pink detergent ( i believe) without proper labelling.overall are acceptable.

Pleasant stay”

We stayed at two room apartment (without balcony). on the bright side, beautiful place, private parking slot, private lift straight up to the room door. the room was relatively spacious. love the high speed internet provided. nice vantage point from apartment overlooking usm. plenty of mini mart/stalls down below. downside/to improve, hot shower not working, fridge was quite smelly (durian-ish), tv located at floor level (curve wall behind). overall, a good place to stay if you are looking for a place away from the hectic town. we are surely looking forward for the next stay.

Great location for holiday family”

Great apartment can fi up to 8 pax for family stay. Would suggest to do some touch up on the renovation as the paint of wall is peeling. Apart from that, would suggest to fix the door knob for main entrance and door to balcony.

Excellent”

It is spacious,clean and comfortable. Equip with wifi,kitchenware,fridge & washing machine.(It will be better if provide dry machine) My kids enjoy so much with the swimming pool. Private lift from carpark direct to the unit. The location is good. Everything overall is great except Maxis line signal is not good there,sometimes no service.

New apartment with polite owner”

This apartment is new and the location is good. Just in the town, 20 mins to Bukit Bendera and 15 mins to the Queensway Mall, largest shopping mall in town. Easy to get Grab car and go to any place. House was very clean, only the washing machine no function.

luck of the draw”

These are individually owned serviced apartments with poor overall built quality once inside the unit. There may be better units elsewhere in these apartments but I wouldn't want to be going there again to find out. The water pipes were leaking in the bathroom, the "bidet" was only a PVC hose like in public toilets. The whole night there was the sound of water in the pipes within the walls which was disturbing. The rooms I had was tiny with minimal space around the beds to walk in the room. The water heater in the 2nd bathroom was not functioning either which made it inconvenient for the group of us. The access into the apartments for the first time can be a bit of a hassle and would be a bit inconvenient if you were traveling alone or had lots of luggage with you as there are many instructions to follow from 1 place to another just to get to the designated apartment. But the communication by the individual owner was good enough to get the access card and keys.

Clean apartment in a new building”

The apartment was in immaculate condition and was housed in a new high rise probably recently completed. The whole unit was accessed through a private elevator - which was convenient. Parking was a breeze. The downside - the unit lacked basic supplies such as tea towels, drinking glasses, mops, brooms, dust pans; stuff u needed for cleaning. Also, there was ni stove to cook but there was a microwave. Not a great place if u wanted to prepare meals. Drying clothes was alsona challenge since the unit did not come with a clothes dryer nor an air dryer so after washing, we basucally hung clothes on the balcony railing to dry - was also challenging as the gusty wind did not make this easy. Tv lacked entertainment as there were only basic boring channels .. not good if ure travelling with kids. Wifi was fast though. All in all a good place to rest and relax but not the apartment if ure into meal prep.
