The Point of Staying Here”
People that visit to go diving should stay here. Lots of bars too. But not the go to place to party. Ark Bayz has comfortable rooms and the shower room is top notch.

I asked for a quite room and they put me near the outside foot traffic, broken door with a defective lock and with a wifi signal that was low signal. I requested another room and was given a better one. Low season so allot of empty rooms. Noisy apartment (construction and party) across from the front of the porch of my room. Transformer exploded loudly around 3am the 2nd nite, unpleasant way to be woke up... Security was lax and vendors would follow one up to the door of the room. Breakfast was on the top floor (no elevator) and basic fare. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had issues due to no more small boats. The manger at front desk was the best. She organised tickets and transport. When the boats were cancelled, she organised a private boat. We can't thank her enough. The rooms are decent but need some maintenance, breakfast was good. No facilities but we didn't mind. We'll return

GOOD OVERALL VALUE”
Located in a good spot in Sabang, rooms are basic but nice. Breakfast included was very decent. Staff were very helpful however, lack of hot water and daily toiletries was the only let down.

A bit of mold smell, the lack of inroom safe deposit box and low water pressure are the only minus points. Good towels, well clean room and very friendly staff are the strong points. I will book again!

Location is good, the room was plenty big enough and clean. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast & pool at Angelyn's was good too.

Poor service ”
I booked a suite room for 3 nights there and when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't give us the room that I had booked, only a cheaper room in their sister hotel. As I had already paid online through Agoda it was too late to cancel my booking. They couldn't offer any discount or dinner vouchers or anything and we only had the room I originally booked for the final night. Apparently it's happened before to other guests also, so best to phone the hotel before booking your room online. I won't stay there again as a result of what happened and staff doing nothing to accommodate us in their mistake.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced on your reservation. Our e-commerce staff was unable to manually close rooms for the dates that are fully booked hence overbooking. However, on the brighter side, our company is now using a new system where in all bookings direct or via online made will automatically be posted to all online travel websites, so no over booking will happen. This system started last October 16,2017 and we are glad that we are no longer experiencing those issues and focus on good service and comfortable stay for our guests. Hence, overbooking occurred. And we have no other choice but to find a room for you. The room we have booked you to the other resort was just as same price as our room if t the total cost you have booked in agoda less their service charge. ネットで調べても正確な場所が分かりませんでした。 ホテルのFaceBookでも間違った場所が出ています。 桟橋から電話したのですが、誰も出てくれず、提携しているAngelyn's Dive Resortを探して聞いてみると、そのResortの食堂を突っ切った裏手にありました。（ビックリ） スタッフの対応や場所、価格は問題なくダイビング目的であれば十分です。
