Modern and well maintained apartment”

I had a very pleasant stay at the ariva trillion. their rooms are very large, new and well equipped apartment. TV reception is very good, much better than Fraser Residence thay I stayed just yesterday. the view is not blocked by other buildings. in fact I told the sales lady I met i will come again next year. if you are looking for comfortable and new apartment then I would definitely recommend Ariva to you.

New service apartment in the heart on KL”

Aviva Trillion Residence is a new apartment, in the heart of KL. Location is strategic, close the attractive places in KL. Price is reasonable with exceptional facilities.

Good stay and facilities ”

Stayed with my family - 2 kids 8 and 2 and wife. Able to check in early as we arrived around 9 AM, and team were able to accomodate. Got a late checkout for 180 RM till 6 PM, which also helped us as we had a late flight. Inter mark next door is a large shopping centre and has heaps of food options. There is a nice stall centre next door called taste of trillion if your after a open air food stall style. Biggest pool I’ve ever seen which kept the kids amused . Staff were helpful and accommodating. Could have improved if some single use laundry powder was made available.

Decent Place”

We stayed 3 nights just before New Year 2019. Decent and spacious serviced accommodation, quite well run and has free parking. Main pros are the apartments are large for Asia standards, of decent build quality and carry most amenities including towels, toiletries etc you’d expect in a hotel. Cleaners come every day too. Has large enjoyable pool, medium fitness gym, fast lifts, good communal space. Location pretty good, mall right next door, walkable to Twin Towers in 20-25 mins. Great view from higher floors. Cons are there is road noise (normal in KLCC but) Trillion lies next to a very busy arterial road, so external areas can be dusty. One of our unit’s toilets was damp, quite smelly from bad drainage. Although nearish KLCC area, Trillion isn’t close to train or Monorail stations. Prepare to walk / taxi / drive to Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, Petaling etc. Lastly don’t bother with breakfast, VERY basic. Staff were great tho, overall family had a very enjoyable stay.

Extreme Friendliness, Accessibility, Trusted”

Just a two minutes walk to the shopping mall beside the apartment, nice view of the KLCC, centralised location and easy accessible to places like Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Uptown and many more. Grab prices are cheap too.

Good apartment close to KLCC Twin Towers”

Firstly, you should note that this is not a 100% full fledge hotels, but apartments that has been converted to a hotel. Stayed a night for a simple staycation with the kids. Was initially given a room that was not what was shown in the photos. The receptionist was kind enough to offer me another room at the higher floors which was good. Unit was spacious, with a full functioning kitchen, washing machine + dryer, television and everything you would expect. Unit was clean and tidy. Air conditioning was good as well. The facilities are adequate. Pool is large, and has a separate kids pool. Also has a mini playground. The only issue for me is the noise, as the unit is facing the mainroad. Soundproofing is not the best, hence you could be hearing noises from the main road in front. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Quality serviced residence”

A short walk from Ampang Park LRT station and next to Intermark with many food outlets and Jaya Grocers supermarket, these serviced residences are comfortable, spacious and well furnished. Great leather sofa, near new appliances and firm bed. Perfect quiet air conditioning. Recommended.

Best apartment like hotel near KLCC”

If you are travelling with family this is the best suite you can find in town i think with an affordable price! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Although it's a service apartment, the hotel-like service will make your stay easier. The apartment equipped with full board amenities such as a huge fridge and a huge kitchen top with basin. We prepare all our Christmas meals with no hassle. The bed is a little hard but it's ok for us. Will come back again!

Home feeling manged by professionals ”

Excellent choice for families, very good location since it is a 3 minutes walk to Inter Mark mall and 15 minutes to KLCC, very clean, wide space and well decorated with a swimming pool and a gym. Rather than the poor breakfast? Every thing else is almost perfect.

5 day trip”

It's was a steal for the amount of money I paid. I would happily recommend the hotel to anyone. High quality furnishings throughout, no noise from neighbouring apartments, & masses of room. I was sad to leave. Take note however that balconies are vertigo inducing as the guardrail is only hip height, & a 200 ringot deposit is taken at check-in. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to have fragrance in the apartments to freshen the air.

Horrible Security Guards.”

During this trip, we required a car parking space. They were no clear communication/instruction given by the receptionist on the evening shift on how to access the carpark at the hotel. The ones that are working during the day were excellent. The security guards at the carpark doesn't seem to communicate well, not fluent in english nor Malay (which is fine by me) but they were extremely rude.

Exceptional”

Good location with well rounded facilities. The room is comfortable. However, we had an unpleasant experience of our skin care product being stolen by the housekeeper. My aunt’s cream was new originally and after a day trip she found only one third remained. My sister’s serum was stolen from half full to few drops remained. Those misconduct behaviour of the housekeeper ruined the game of the hotel

Spacious apartment with great KLCC view”

The apartment is very spacious and has excellent KLCC view from the balcony. However, the wardrobe in master bedroom is torn off and looks old... water is stuck in the bathroom and cant run down to the drain. There is strong sewerage smell coming out from both of the bedroom toilet which makes the place not so welcoming. The kitchen and living room is very nice and spacious which can easily fit 10 pax. I would like to suggest that the management put more floor towels in the unit because there is really a need. Overall a satisfied stay .

Pricey but OK la”

Price is on a higher side but location and the staffs are good. Great view of KLCC from the balcony. Expect some noise as it is located in front of a busy road

Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped apartment”

Stayed here instead of Doubletree Hilton as we had our son with us. Very close, less than 5 min walk to Intermark. Fully equipped, spacious apartment. Comes with fully functional washing machine, fridge, oven, induction cooker, microwave and full set of pots, pans, cutlery and plates. Would recommend staying here instead if you're coming with family. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in,
