Being a new hotel, the room is very clean and spacious with very nice decoration and layout. All staffs are very friendly. Receptionists are very helpful. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety of Asian and Western cuisines. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are excellent. Fitness center and sauna are well equipped and clean. I am sure that I will come back to this hotel next time. I will bring my customers to this hotel as well.

Good value, attentive staff and good location”
This was our first visit to Ho Chi Minh City to visit our son and meet his wife's family. We were looking for a hotel with good quality at a decent price and the Aristo Hotel fit the bill. It's not a five star, more like a 3.5 star hotel but the staff added value. They were attentive to all of our needs. Most of the staff that we interacted with understood and spoke English well and they responded quickly to our requests. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety with some different options each day (we were there for a week), including an omelet station. We used the coupons we received at check-in for the onsite spa and went for the full body and foot massage package. There is only one changing area shared by men and women. This is something they should address as the only option for privacy in the changing area were the two shower stalls with frosted glass. The massages themselves were wonderful and a great way to relax after our full day tour of the Mekong River which we were able to book at the reception desk. One other note. Any time we went down to the lobby, the doorman would ask if we needed a taxi. When we did, a taxi was at the door within two minutes. There was plenty to see within walking distance. The Independence Palace (or Reunification Palace, depending on where you are from) is only three blocks away, the War Remnants Museum is two blocks away and Notre Dame Cathedral and the Post Office is about a half mile away. If you are looking for a quiet room, this may not be your hotel. It's not overly loud but you will hear the traffic in the morning and you are likely to hear a PA announcement from a nearby center occasionally. On balance, when factoring in the staff, location and the spa, I would say we made the right choice. I would not hesitate to book another stay at the Aristo Hotel.

An excellent place to stay”
We could not fault the Aristo Hotel, our bedroom was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom, complete with bath and shower (Executive King Bed With City View). The staff were most attentive and helpful, the dining room light and spacious with a extensive morning buffet breakfast (catering for both Asian and Western tastes )and a good selection of evening meals. Organizing day trips and taxis from the hotel was easy and efficient. Location was good with most locations within an easy walk or short taxi ride (taxis are not expensive and are a good alternative for return trips to the hotel from wherever you end up). Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Ho Chi Minh City. Cannot compare value for money as we were traveling with our family and they selected it but we were certainly not disappointed and the cost did not seem excessive for the level of service and facilities provided.

Excellent breakfast, services, welcome drink and fruits. Arrive at midnight 4am++, hotel offer the M floor massage room to rest and bath, so that children and adult have the time to rest and refresh energy. The most ever great experience tried before, will stay at Aristo Hotel if for my next trip to Ho Chi Minh.

Very nice hotel, amazing staff!”
This is a very nice hotel in its category.You can walk to some of the sights in Saigon or take a short taxi ride to some of the other sights.The area is good in the sense that it is not crowded for Saigon and there are places to eat around.Its good to have a card of the hotel when you go out at night.It helps with a taxi back. The staff are amazing,each and everyone of them, extremely efficient,warm,and caring. We had late departure from Saigon and they kept our luggage all day for free.They gave us excellent information about the city sights and even let us use the shower facilities hours after we had checked out on departure day. They are polite and kind.They treated us like friends and we thank them for their hospitality.

This place is awesome! Place is located to the nearest tourist attraction like 5mins by walk to Cathedral, Independence Palace, Post Office and War Museum. 10-15mins walk to Saigon Square, Ben Than Market, City Hall, and Saigon Center. The staffs are very helpfull witj all my inquiries and very attentive to my needs since I'm travelling alone. The room is a little bit small but they have an awesome bathroom!!! The highlight of my stay is a very amazing SPA experience with a very low price. Don't think twice when you need a place to stay it Vietnam. This place is totally for you. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives and if given a chance to be in Vietnam again, i'll absolutely stay here. Good job management! Oh wait, the food is nice also.

Summary of Stay”
When we arrived the hotel, the bellboy immediately welcome us and helped us to carry our bags to the lobby. Welcome drinks were served upon arrival. The room was clean and the customer service was good. I think one of the things that has made a visit to Saigon a memorable one would be the bellboy- Nhut Tan. He was welcoming and always helping us to call the taxi, carry our bags and open the door. I think these small gestures made our stay in Aristo Hotel a wonderful one. The Aristo Hotel is terrific value for money. The location is fine allowing for a 20 minute walk into District 1 thru parkland if you take this route. The rooms are normal hotel size with adequate facilities etc .. The breakfast is typical of a 5 star buffet with everything you could wish for. The hotel is situated in district 3.There is no many restaurants surrounding.But we can go 1 kilometer to district one on foot.Korea,Japan,chinese,Vietnamese food ••••,all kinds of food can be satisfied by all demands.Although the room is small,but it's quite clean.Each guest can enjoy the discount of spa.The staffs speak English fluently.There is no doubt that we can communicate with them.The price is reasonable.

Our first week and last night of a 2 month SE Asia trip we stayed at the Aristo and it . During our entire trip, we didn't find another breakfast to match the quality and variety at the Aristo. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is close to many popular atrractions, but not right in the middle of the heavy traffic areas.

It's located between District 3 & 1. Most of the famous visiting places are within walking distance. Some famous local food can be found just nearby. We stayed for 6 days but we did not take any cab services. Staffs here can speak good English and they always wear a smile on their face. I think we may consider coming back if we visit Ho Chi Minh again...

We stayed in the hotel at room 703 for 3 days and 2 nights. Room is great and spacious enough. Staffs are friendly and great location for tourists. Notre Dame Cathedral, War Remnants Museum, Behn Tahn Market, Saigon Square and Reunification Palace are all walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is awesome!!

The hotel is value for money and location is good , not in a noisy location. ”
otel staff able to speak good English and Chinese language. The room is nice and clean. Do note the restaurant is on the top 9 floor, need to climb up one story as the lift only go up to level 8. On noise The room on the 8 floor would heard noise from the event in the ballroom after 9am and sometime still able to noise from the busy Saigon traffic outside. On location The within 1 to 2 km from local tourist attractions and many western and local foods in the area. Able to get taxi from the counter staff easy. On breakfast buffet, their food serve was good, just inform waitress for tea or coffee they would pour for you. The Buffet food selection seem to change daily. Stay for two days different food served. On spa, unfortunately got no time to visit the spa service in the hotel. The room and bathroom is quite big too.

Highly Recommended ”
This is our first time in Saigon, we came at the hotel early in the morning, although there was a bit problematic regarding the airport service that we requested but the reason is quite acceptable. The food is great with a different kind of menu per day. The supervisor handling the restaurant she is very approachable, and keen observant regarding the needs of their clients. Staff was always smiling and pleasant. Receptionist and all the bell boy were really accommodating, they even surprise me with a birthday cake and card. Location is near to almost the tourist spots, no need to get a cab. You can also find a coffee shop in front of the hotel and Jollibee just across the street. We will definitely stay here again and again. Excellent job guys! Thank you so much for the awesome service.
