Always very good”

We came back again after last year and this hotel is always very nice, comfy, good value for money and have super nice staff. Also always have the good smell of their laundry....Maybe the only thing was the aircon not very powerful and needs to be kept at the minimum degrees to have cool but it was cool enough.

A really good hotel which will collect you from the airport free if you ask and supply flight details. We have stayed here 3 times now and the standards have always been high. Staff are excellent. Rooms are very clean and of good quality.. Peaceful location. Thank you for the service you give.

Loved how friendly and accomodating the staff is! Room is very tidy and everything works well from shower, tv, fridge, and ac. Location is just a walk from the main road and it's in a quiet neighborhood - a little help from Google maps might be needed. The affordable accomodation comes with a good breakfast and a free pick-up and drop-off to the airport! One downside are the insects that bug around at the dining area but it's not in their control. Kudos Mariafe Inn! 👌

Friendly staff, near restaurants, stores and airport. They got hot water, although the water is weak. If you are not a picky and bratty person, you will love this place. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my stay here for 3 nights.

Good place to stay in Palawan since it's in the heart of the city. The restaurants are walkable even with a child in tow. Place is clean and bed is comfortable. It is a recommended place to stay if you will be out most of the time.

Great location - easy walking distance to town & 5 mins from airport. Room clean, comfortable & a good size. No safe or fridge but was not a problem. Staff wonderfully helpful -fantastic being met at airport. Breakfast nice -loved the different fruit each day. Laundry just up the road. All a traveller could need. Very few facilities but spent most of the time taking the tours I booked through the front desk.

All staff were very accommodating. We were picked up at the airport on time at the arrivals point seeing a large sign with my name typed on it. Clean, new vehicle to take us to hotel. Room was large, very clean, sheets were fresh and air con great! Staff went the extra mile to check our collection point for onwards travel as we were a bit unsure where we would be collected from. Took us to that location the next day without charge. Thank you all - enjoyed staying at your hotel. Definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean, close to city center”

Pros: Quiet, spacious, clean, fresh room, free airport pick and drop facility, free continental or local breakfast of your choice, Clean and bright sheets and towels, comfy bed, they can arrange El Nido mini bus for 500 PHP per person one way. Walkable distance to almost all major resturants in PP. Cons: weak water pressure in shower, no refrigrator in room, slow internet (max downlink speed less than 1 Mbps) if others are using than it wont browse at all (although Smart 4G-LTE data sim works well in the hotel with downlink speed of upto 10 Mbps)

Clean and new”

We came from El Nido and arrived past midnight. They were expecting us because I called them to confirm my booking. To my delight, the room was already cool when we entered. I was so glad that the room was so clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and smelled clean. I couldnt complain on anything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking "home" feeling while away from home. The price is also reasonable.

The place is quiet. Very accesibble since it is located at the town proper. Near 5-10mins to the airport. 5mins ride to sm and palengke. Accommodating and friendly staff. The room is clean and large for couples. Hot and cold water. Breakfast 👍. Most of all value for money. If ever i'll be back to PPS i'll definitely stay here. 👍👍

Discrimination is in full effect!!!”

Upon check-in, I asked the staff politely if I can check-out late even just by few hours since my return flight was late in the evening. Then she declined without hesitation even without next booking in my room since it was a weekday and low tourist volume at that time in the area. It’s okay since they just follow the 12pm checkout though other hotels in that area are more lenient. And then she asked me what breakfast do I want for the following morning. She didn’t show me the menu so I asked her what are my choices. She gave me 2 choices that I didn’t like and maybe the least popular on their menu. I asked again if there are other choices because I know that from the reviews in the internet, you can see different food choices. But she answered that there are no other choices so I have no choice but to pick from the two. Here comes the breakfast time and I saw other guests eating the food that I was craving for. I don’t know why the staff didn’t include it on the choices. Maybe she didn’t like that I was requesting for a late check-out. So, Iasked for the manager to discuss the discrimination issue but they told me they don’t have a manager (what kind of hotel is this?). Then I asked for the owner instead but they told me that the owner was still sleeping. I told them to tell the owner to knock on my unit when he woke up. But the staff didn’t show me to the owner so I was not able to talk to him when I checked out. She might be afraid that the owner will know the issue.

The location is very convenient: near convenience stores, KaLui, Kinabuch and Nokinoks. The water pressure of the shower is weak though. The staff are friendly. Had a problem regarding booking with Agoda but service was still great

Very nice hotel with nice staff! Large and clean rooms with free airport transportation. Breakfast good but I would have liked to have more in quantity, however, for little price could add more.
