Good choice”

Had a pleasant stay, clean room, nice pool, across the street from Robinson's. Location on Google maps was incorrect. Popular for functions and celebrations which can be noisy and happen right around the pool.

Wonderful stay at this hotel for 15 days while staying at Puerto Princesa”

Free transfer from airport to hotel. My flight arrived at 5:30 AM, and the hotel staff was already there to pick me up.. Hotel got me a room as soon as I arrived. I've rested so comfortably after a long flight. I enjoyed my entire stay. Staff are well-mannered, helpful, and very attentive. One con I need to point out is for the facility to change older towels to new ones on a regular basis. Hotel is on a great location. Beware of busy traffic if you wanted to cross the street cause Robinson's big mall is just right in front of this hotel which is awesome.

We had a great stay at Holiday Suites for 3 nights. Found their communications through Agoda excellent. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. We spent most of our time laying beside their great pool. The hotel is opposite a large Robinson’s Mall and they provided us a complimentary ride to the airport. The include breakfast was satisfactory enough to let you going in the morning

Would like to note: 1) Friendly staff 2) Excellent location opposite Robinson, this store is an infrastructure center where you can choose your favorite food , buy any products, exchange money and so on. 3) Large rooms, clean in the room. 4) A nice cozy courtyard, nice to sit by the pool (but do not swim in it) Of the minuses: 1) Pretty poor breakfast 2) There is no safe (locker) in room. 3) Hot water has a pretty bad head. 4) In the room do not change the drinking water. 5) Very dirty pool.

We requested for an early check in and they accommodate it. They even had a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. Staff are nice. The hotel is just across Robinsons Palawan where you can shop or dine. We just have a little problem with the key card. The door won't open. Overall it's a good experience.

The hotel is nicely located. Near to the place where I'm going to attend. In front of Robinson's Mall which is very nice. The staff are courteous, my room's aircon was not working properly well when i arrived but they sent somebody at once to fix it. Breakfast is also nice. Will come back again.

The hotel is good so as their staff. But the towels and toilet rag are kind of filthy. They need to clean them well or perhaps replace them with new one. One more thing is that the location of AC in the room where I was in (Room 228) is odd since it is facing the toilet and you would have to wait for a long time just to reach the cold temperature unto the bed area.

Pros: Very close to airport. 10 minutes drive.Hotel just across the street from Robinsons. Includes free airport transpo and was always prompt. Syaff helpful except when you call front desk, it took 3 tries before someone answered the phone. Cons: Breakfast was nothing to get excited about.Tables were not cleaned rightaway after guests were done eating. Wall behind coffee maker was filthy. Food were cold. Fat was thickening on the pork cause it was cold. Not much selection. They had dilis (dried smelt), pork adobo (I think), mixed veg and rice. Had watermelon for fruit and coffee for hot drink. They had a juice (color blue-dont know what it is called).

- Free shuttle is only to and from airport. Not even to and from the Van/Bus Terminal when it's a kilometer less than the airport. So they probably consider guests if you're a "tourist". - Requested for a large bed or double bed but gave me a twin bed. They said it's subject to availability upon arrival but no mention of it until i get to the room. So they just joined the twin beds, which they should've done before arrival since i requested for a large bed/double bed. - No bath towels when we arrived. I had to request and find out because they don't have laundry. So they gave me pool towels instead. They should've set it up before arrival.

The room, was clean, comfortable, no bugs. The breakfast buffet was good, the location was convenient, near the airport, near the shopping mall, the facility had airport transport service except that i didnt know until i got the facility. i guess this was not brought up by Agoda

Staff were exceptional and ready to help. Location is in the city in front of Robinson’s so there is an easy access for shopping and restaurants. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is a plus. I will certainly return and will recommend to family and friends.

The location is very good, in front of the mall. Less facilities like hair dryer, pasta and tooth brush, no elevator and only stairs. If you bring many things while check in/out and heavy luggage it will be a lil bit difficult. Very close to airport, only 10 mins less and more. They provide free shuttle to airport

We stayed here june 9-12, 2018 Pro: 1. the location of the hotel is very convenient because robinson's mall is only a walking distance. 2. The hotel has a free airport transfer and recreational facilities such a billiards, pingpong and swimming pool ... 3. you can also book their tour packages... the hoiliday suites offer various tour such as underground river tour, honda bay , tour, city tour, firefly and more. 4. the staff were friendly and helpful.... all my inquires and request were attended properly 5. the room were clean and spacious, all facilities in the room were functioning properly 6. food was great and price wise; they have also complimentary drinks upon arrival Con 1. the rooms that was first given to me was great but when it started raining; rain water started to seep in through walls and windows ..... BUT upon request the hotel staff was able to transfer me to a room hassle free OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY; I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE VISIT PUERTO PRINCESA

3 Puerto Princesa City Courts packed my hearings June 4 to 8 - and I know the right place for me - Holiday Suites. It is conveniently located near Robinsons Mall, Crossfit Hieroglyphs and 2.1 k. away from San Jose Terminal (New Market where you can buy dried fish at 1/5th the Manila City prices). Holiday Suites is one of the few offering breakfast buffets - which I much need given my busy lawyer schedule
