excellent location..although not exactly in the city center .. Marie de clichy is a very clean and very safe area ,we walked on the streets 12 pm mid night very safe apartment is only 50 meters from the Marie de clichy metro elevator ....we could reach the hotel with heavy bags without difficulty metro network is very good so you can reach any area in city easily apartment cleanliness is okay ..has functional elevator which can take to the top floors reception is good ...check in and check out is easy ..no hassles only negative point is no hot water after 10 pm kitchen has basic requiremnts for short stay and minimum basic coocking... no garbage collection ..self service we have to keep the garbage collection room nera reception ..thats fine at present rooms are bit old but i saw a message that they are rennovating shortly i rec ommend this hotel GOOD

Great VFM, functional kitchenette that allowed us to use the very close Casino supermarket to feed ourselves well & cheaply. Very close also to the Metro, just 15 mins to the heart of Paris.

The staff at the hotel was right on point. We arrived early and they were able to assist us with the check in. Through out the stay the staff were attentive and assisted in all our needs. Location wise, it is right outside the metro Marie De Clichy (line 13). There are 4 supermarkets nearby with the nearest just beside the hotel. Highly recommended

The hotel is at an ok location close to metro. The rooms are very tiny no room to even open luggage. Because it is listed as an apartment they don’t clean your room, supply soap or toilet paper and don’t even refresh your towels. You are better off staying in a hotel as you will get full service.

c est un hotel convenable mais il faut reserver longtemps a l avance pour avoir un bon prix , sans quoi ... pas de wi fi dans les chambres , mon coffre fort ne marchait pas , il m a fallu insister lourdement pour que l on veuille bien nettoyer la chambre ... et une seule fois par semaine , mais le personnel a l accueil est sympathique , mais il y a des efforts a faire compte tenu du prix

Became too expensive for what it's worth”
We returned to this hotel quite a few times but the staff is always different and not very friendly so the customer experience is far from positive when it comes to that. Furthermore, it's become too expensive for what it's worth. Having a kitchenette in the room is still nice, and the entrance to the subway is also good, but it's still far away from the heart of Paris and too expensive. We decided we won't go back next time.

メトロから徒歩3分、ホテルの建物とその向かいにも大きなスーパーがあり、利便性の高いホテルです。夜も人通りがあり治安的にも安心でした。日によって変わりますが、フロントの方がとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれます。ルームキーパーは週に一度しか入らないので、タオルは大切に使ってください。
