Absolutely fantastic ”

Location was spot on with the shuttle to Disneyland where we visited and could catch connections to Paris and other locations. The staff during our stay were absolutely amazing. The evening front desk member of staff helped us with all our issues, he gave us extra bedding due to a room mix up. The bar member of staff took it upon himself to help us order food from a local take away as our French was awful! The room itself was lovely, very spacious, clean, exactly what we needed. Although there was an issue as we asked for a twin and not double, but this was rectifying. We left some pots one night with the intention of cleaning them on our return, but the cleaning staff did it for us! Overall can’t fault our stay. Already recommended to my colleagues and family. Absolutely amazing. Can’t find fault

Good location and close to excellent running track”

The hotel fulfilled our needs for a one night stay with the children and on the way to EuroDiney and the Val d´Europe shopping mall. OK buffet breakfast, relatively silent rooms, good space, OK parking outside, bus to Disneyland from outside hotel. Internet worked good. One should however be aware that this is not a business hotel; TV did not work,VERY hot room and AC out of order, the bathroom was not the cleanest, no hairdryer. The number of families on the way to the amusement parks make the breakfast buffet a different experience. To our great surprise, there is an almost new sports arena right behind the hotel, with new running tracks.

it was very worth it for the amount we pay to stay in this beautiful apartment/hotel. it is more than just a hotel. it is a place where you can treat it like a home. however, free wifi was only available at the lobby which was inconvenient for me since i was working from my mobile phone, and will have no need for the cable in the room.

Great location to Disneyland if you drive”

It was great to have a kitchenette, but they hotel changed for all extras including Internet and the shuttle to Disneyland. We ended up driving ourselves there because the shuttle didn't run late enough in the day.

quite and ok hotel”

the location of the hotel is quite far from town and disneyland.. there is nothing surrounding the hotel.. need to take the shuttle to town or disneyland.. luckily, the shuttle service is very fast and convenient.. there's only one food outlet in the hotel.. it took the hotel 2 days to fix the faulty tv in my room..

The rooms and staff is okay and location is also just alright ”

Disneyland is not that far but don't get the idea that you can walk to it no way (cuz I thought I would).. you have to pay for the shuttle bus to Disney land 3 Euros EACH DAY/EACH PERSON from your hotel. I stayed 3 nights and the phone didn't work at all. A strange kinda smell welcomes you every time you enter the hotel. No trains, buses or metros in walking distance. Remote area, no shops, markets or restaurants anywhere near unless you drive for 5-10 minutes.

I love this hotel. I always check-in at early morning or midnight. The staff is so helpful and really friendly. The room is ok. But the bed are very clean. Good for family and friends. Really value for money.

Value for money & very clean hotel”

We have family of 4.One of my daughter is 18 & another daughter is 3. They have such a nice space with clan room.We pull out the sofa bed and its as big as queen bed. Very comfortable. They provide everything for the kitchen as well. At the reception, the guys name ( Jeremy ) is very friendly and helpful. He explain everything and i request for ground floor with facing to the big garden. He check and give us the good room. Dinner place also he explain to us with map how to go there. Lovely service. I will sure go there again.

Ok hotel. Very bad shuttle service. ”

We were there the 11th of may 2018. Went there just for Disney and the very close location to the Parc. Hotel was ok. However the shuttle service was so bad!! There was a misunderstanding about having to have bought shuttle tickets. Nobody told us and we didn’t see a sign if there was any. We wanted to take the first shuttle so had everything ready and waited a half hour before departure to be sure to catch the first one. If it’s full you have to wait for the next one. When we got to board the bus the driver asked for the ticket but in French so I didn’t understand and showed him our hotel room pass and entered. When in the bus he was saying we had to get out and buy a ticket. The line was so long we would mis the first shuttle so I refused and let my wife go and pay for the tickets inside at the reception. But we had to leave the bus anyway. Refused it and the driver than said he wouldn’t leave as long as we stayed in. We ended up with a crying toddler and took our car.

Agoda booking online, I choose the one close to Tower Effiel I don't how the switch my reservation to the one on Disneyland . It was a bad experience I spent a lot money on transportation . I am going to call customer services for this big mistake

Was good. Hard to get there. Close to Disneyland. Have to pay for everything including hair dryer hire, swimming in the pool 26 euro, breakfast was expensive for what it is. No restaurants close by and the hotel only has breakfast

Horrible”

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I first walked in, there was no greeting, a very rude man just took my passport and checked us in. He told us nothing about the hotel and options on shuttles or anything else, once I said I didn’t want to add breakfast he just treated us like 2nd class citizens. Once in the room, mold was founded in the shower, the trash can in the kitchen had a cigarette bud in it, so that made that trash smell disgusting. I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket, it took them two hours to get me one, and the housekeeper man, said I didn’t need one because I had the heat on. The day before check out, we asked about an airport shuttle and the front desk said we should have asked the day before, but that was never explained during check in or even when I made the reservation. All in all, it was a horrible stay. Uncomfortable, rude employees and just so not worth it. The only good thing was the nice man who drove the shuttle to Disneyland. Will never stay here again and will make sure all my friends who are planning to go to Disneyland Paris not to stay here.

Dissapointing”

The Appartment is well located. It claims to sleep four adults and two of the adults are on a sleeper couch unsuitable for adults. I specially called them to see if it sleeps 4 ADULTS. They also don’t have guest amenities for four , they don’t properly service the apartment. Only one bed was made. Didn’t wash dishes or clean bathroom. Also arranged a Refund for a bus ticket we bought and couldn’t use because it was oversibscrived and they agreed the night before , then the sane person refused the next day insisting on Documrntation that was deeply packed in our bags , but didn’t ask the night before. No I certainly would not recommend this to travelers.

WORST HOTEL”

One of the most filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in. On arrival our credit card was incorrectly given to another guest. Our room was dirty when we walked in with food spills on the couch, hair in the basin and old lettuce stuck to the kitchen bench. The actual furniture in the room was extremely worn and dirty. Everything was broken (including phone, safe, door handles, cabinetry). The bathroom cupboard fell and crushed my 1 year old daughters feet while she was brushing her teeth. When speaking with a particular man at reception, he was arrogant and offered no assistance accept write a review. They then tried to charge me for our breakfast in which I refused. I couldn't believe after the horrifying stay we had, they had the nerve to try and charge us for the breakfast. The man who assisted at reception was young and obviously had no experience in complaint handling. Apart from this particular staff member, I have to commend all other staff as they were lovely, polite and helpful.
