Copacabana Apartment Hotel – (Staycation is Allowed)
Pasay,Manila - View on map
"As Manila is far from being a beautiful city, we decided to find a nice hotel. The district is not the best but the hotel is nice, Deluxe rooms are veeery big and comfortable, we enjoyed it enormously, we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Internet is a bit expensive and not very practical, as you have to pay for every device or use one at a time. For the facilities and the comfort, I would say this hotel is more 4-star than 3-star. The staff is nice but not very practical, everyone has to wait until 2 PM to check-in, so at that time the hotel is full of people, even families with children have to wait until that time. Things would be much better if all the burocracy is completed on your arrival and you are given the key at 2 PM instead of waiting until 2PM to start the whole process."

Prince Plaza II Condotel
Makati,Manila - View on map
" Staying at Prince Plaza II is a relaxing experience. Rooms are equipped with amenities which make you feel you are home. In the room is a kitchen with the necessary kitchen utensils and dinnerware. If you don't feel like going out, you can prepare your own meal and fill up the small refrigerator with your favorite snacks and drinks. You can go shopping at the classy malls like the Greenbelt and Glorietta. Nearby department stores like SM and Landmark is just a stones throw away so you can just take a walk. You have a choice of dining places all around the place. Important place I frequent during my stay is a small chapel within the Greenbelt area. Name it and everything is accessible nearby. Everytime I take a vacation in my hometown Cebu City I always spend some days in Manila and stay at the Prince Plaza II to experience some relaxing time and enjoyment being at a very convenient and nice hotel. Price is affordable. I always encourage my friends to visit the Philippines and choose Prince Plaza for a great vacation."

Regency Grand Suites
Malate,Manila - View on map
"My Filipina girlfriend and I decided to book 6days in the Regency Grand Suite and hoped it would be perfect for my last weeks stay in the Philippines. We were NOT dissappointed! We were greeted by the friendlest receptionist called Joseph who did everything for us from check us in to fixing the WIFI connection :) from there the stay in the hotel just got better. The location is perfect if you want to be central to Malate and it's right next to the mall. We stayed on the 32nd floor so obviously it was very quiet if you wanted to get away from the nightlife. The gym and the pool (very cold water ha) were great perfect to sit beside and relax. There are plenty of lovely Asian restaurants next to the hotel and the hotel is only short drive (100php) from Markati and the Fort. The room (a suite) was perfect it had plenty of power points (universal for 3pin plugs) a kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and fridge perfect for making snacks. The shower room was cozy and modern (don't forget to switch on the water heater) and after switching the water heater on the hot rain shower was wonderful. The view was magnificent from the 32nd floor balcony viewing out onto Manila bay and the cities beyond. The bed is huge but the space around the bed is limited but never the less its very cozy and perfect for me and my filipina girlfriend. The room also had a very modern flat screen TV with satelite channels such as HBO and PBO and other filipino channels. In short our stay in the Regency Grand Suites was wonderful and we shall most certainly be booking to stay here again on my next holiday. Special thanks to Joseph on reception who was amazing at getting us settled and was so attentive throughout our stay there. Many Thanks to all the team."

BSA Twin Tower Ortigas
Mandaluyong,Manila - View on map
"we were a group of 4 and we wanted to stay in any hotel in manila for the long weekend. upon checking agoda, bsa offered the lowest rates for a 2br suite so we booked it right away. the suite looked really new. the suite wasn't that spacious as compared to fraser or somerset but we didn't really mind considering the price we paid. the room was equipped with all the basic amenities. room also came with free wi-fi but the connection was lost at around midnight. we had it checked and the connection was restored in the morning. the kitchen was also helpful as we were able to cook items we bought from the nearby supermarket. although the room was inexpensive, the hotel charged us extra for services that i believe are free in other hotels. there is an overnight parking charge of p150. this fee should already be waived if guests are checking in for the night. also, the hotel only provided 2 bath towels, considering that the room is meant for 4 people. when we ordered extra towels, the front desk mentioned that they were going to charge p35 for each extra towel. we were baffled by these extra charges. hopefully the management considers lifting these additional expenses, or at the very least, includes these charges in the upfront room rate."

Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel (Multi-Use Hotel and Staycation is Allowed)
Makati,Manila - View on map
"To start with the minor inconveniences. The shower in our room seemed to be pulled of the wall and the knob for changing between main- and handshower seemed to be stuck. Also watertemperture, even when running longer, changed from hot to cold and vice-versa often. In the hallway and the room there was a funny smell. What we really liked about the hotel was the location in the CBD of Makati. Super convenient. We chose this hotel primarily because of its location, but were surprised about the luxury look it had. Room felt like a condo, it had an own kitchen complete with flatware and cutlery. Many thanks to the very accommodating security staff Erwin. When looking for a hotel in Manila again this sure will be it. "

OYO 563 Mytown New York - Vaccinated Staff
Bonifacio Global City (BGC) / Taguig,Manila - View on map
"I was coming from the province and decided to book a 3 week stay at Oyo as it was the cheapest i could find in the Makati area. First two rooms i stayed at were “eh” (the first one had lots of short curly hair on the bedsheet, before i even got the chance to lay down the bed🥴), the last room i switched to however, was the best one. I had a nice view of BGC and it was right next to the fire exit. The room itself is small, most especially the bathroom, but its okay since i am very petite. The staff are nice. Location is superb. A lot of restaurants nearby and its about a 15 min walk to Highstreet and 10 min walk to the metro station. There’s also a 24 hour convience store downstairs if you get hungry in the early hours of the morning. Overall, its very worth it for the price and i will stay here again next time. Thanks Oyo! "

Discovery Suites Hotel
Pasig,Manila - View on map
"I am mostly all about the customer service when it comes to everything that i purchase. Discovery suite's people are the nicest and most proffessional. Ive frequented several hotels in manila, intercon, dusit, peninsula, new world and manila hotel. You got my two thumbs up for customer service. Like you serve from the heart. Thank you. Just a little short with the staff at the gym though. The two trainers there were not doing anything . One was a bother because he was working out in his uniform and a rival for the weights and the other i saw hiding behind the wall facebook-ing. Just feel bad for the mngr, but overall i had such a great time. The room was awesome. Again thank you so much #discoverysuitesmnl"

Extremeli Suites
Manila Bay,Manila - View on map
"We booked here for a Deluxe Room with a Balcony and a Queen Bed. Upon check in, the girl in the front desk told us that the room we booked for was "DELUXE A" and it doesn't have a Balcony. We were very tired that day. And just to save us for an argument we settled for the room. Then we went upstairs and entered the room, you could definitely smell cigarette smoke. Then to my surprise, we have a Twin Bed. I was not in the mood for an argument. So yeah, we settled with a Deluxe Room with a twin Bed without the Balcony. I don't know who screwed up. I just checked now, their "DELUXE B" is the one with the TWIN Bed, so how come the lady gave us a "DELUXE A" with a twin bed? But someone should get it fixed to avoid further frustrations. Recommend? Yep! Will definitely book again, after booking, double check your booking with the hotel itself."

Somerset Alabang Manila
Alabang,Manila - View on map
"This was my first trip back to Philippines after 26 years living in the USA. I must say, the place, Alabang, where I grew up, before migrating and becoming a citizen of USA, have changed a lot. Somerset provides you with the class and amenities that foreigners, westerners, balibayan (like me) and travelers around the world are accustomed to. The Service, cleanliness, ambience are definitely way up to the standard. I would rate this as 4 to 5 star hotel. I would just hope that the value still maintains it self thru time. Keep it up Somerset! Don't loose that focus to excellency. Definitely have referred to family an friends here in the USA. Whenever in the Philippines, Somerset is a sure bet. Thanks!"
