              The location was alright for the Carnival time. The air conditioning worked fine.
              First of all the room that we booked was not at all as the one on the pictures of Ayenda Estefania Princess, they where smelly and very humid. The window you see in photos has the views to the inside of the hotel the aisle, which means you will hear EVERYTHING from anyone that is walking by or talking or listening to music till late. The bathroom was in a very poor condition. We went out for a walk before finding that our toilet did not flush and by trying to fix it it broke. The glass door of the shower was very dangerous because it would close properly (see pictures). We tried to cancel our booking and get our money back from the remaining dates but Ayenda Estefania Princess rejected my proposal and kept saying no for two more days, when I had only two more days remaining of my booking with them they offered a &quot;better&quot; hotel which according to them was more expensive, when they said the name I googled they location where the Hote they offered was located and it was in a very dangerous area where tourists are not very welcomed I still remained in the Ayenda Estefania Princess as I could not book anything else if they didn’t return my money back and also refused to move to the &quot;new better&quot; hotel as it could be dangerous for us. I complaint to booking and they chose the Hotel over my complaints and claimed that they won’t reimburse as the Hotel brought a &quot;solution&quot; to me. Which I find completely not true, it would have been easier for them to return my money back than to apparently pay more for a new &quot;better hotel&quot; that was in the same chain of Ayenda. I completely urge you to look for another better Hotel if you can there are plenty around Ayenda at a better price and better quality offering as well better facilities and solutions if you are complaining.
