The best hotel in Ho Chi Minh”

If you are coming to Ho Chi Minh and want to experience its hospitality in fullest-look no more! This hotel is the most soulful place in the city for sure: it is very tastefully done, ultra-clean and quiet! Such lovely memories thanks to this place! Location was great

Great Hotel”

I've done a fair bit of travelling around Asia and this hotel has to be one of the best ones I have stayed at. It isn't a place for everyone due to the fact that it is located in an area where you won't find many English speaking people, locals or tourists. There are lots of places to eat, some cheap and some a little more pricey. It will cost you about 50 VND to take a taxi to District 1 tourist area. I walked it myself lots of times instead of taking a taxi but it is a 40 minute walk. The rooms are large and the bathroom is great and even has hot water to the basin. There is a disco bar just around the corner from the hotel and if you are at the front of the hotel you will hear the music a little but it ends at 12:30 anyway. I know that I enjoyed my stay of 12 days there and I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Saigon.

Spacious and clean room”

Staying in this hotel on 5th floor for 5days. Pro: spacious and clean room same as the photo, wifi connection is strong , very quite at night, staff don't really know much English but they are friendly, lots of choices of food outside the main road. Con: lift is very small 3 adult without carry anything is the max, not much facilities, clock ticking and the aircon sound motor in the room is annoying because the room too quite =D. Overall i'm happy with this hotel, recommend!

Everything about the hotel feels nice and new and we were made to feel very welcome during our stay. High quality with afforadable prices. I really like this place and will book it again for my next vacation.

Nice cheap hotel far from the city center”

Staff is friendly and helpfull. Near the hotel you can buy some food cheaper than in the city center. But to reach the city center you should walk by foot approximately 30 minutes.

I love the sincere friendliness of the Vietnamese people. A wonderful vacation. rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Great place to stay! My room is quite big, airy and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Nearby the Hotel , there are a few nice cafes too, walking distance to a few attractions. Great staff and service; very well organized. The room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed. I really like this place and will book it again for my next vacation.

So-so”

We book a double balcony room for 3 nights. When we arrived, they let us rest in a standard double until our room is ready for check-in. No complaint about the room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, very family-friendly. If you are a budget traveler, there are cheaper options such as standard double, which is smaller and without window. The hotel had an elevator but it was tiny. It took 2 turns for both of us and our luggage. When it is full, which is very common, you have to take the steep and narrow stairs. If you don’t have personal vehicle, moving around might be a problem as the hotel is a bit far from tourist attractions. However, it has its own perks that you can try some local foods nearby without getting ripped off. I personally found street foods here much better than those in guide book. There is a smoothie shop just around the corner, my girlfriend loved it. However, staff performance was disappointing. After the first night, our room was not made up despite the “make up room” sign on the front door. We had to ask the staff directly but even when the room was cleaned, new shampoos were not provided. Nonetheless, the manager, Mr. Phong was friendly. He let us park our borrowed bike on the ground floor and allowed us a late check-out.

From the friendly, helpful and professional staff to the beautiful hotel that is centered and super clean. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Its ok to stay here”

Large, cheap, nice staff, however, wardrobe is broken, wifi did not work well and they doesn't have hair dryer in room. But I still recommend it

All the staffs were friendly, courteous and very helpful. It was an incredible place. We have been traveling all over the world for many years, but never stayed at a more beautiful place than this hotel. I will surely be back. We enjoyed this place!

Not coming back”

This is my 2nd time staying at the same hotel as its near to the places i want to go and its very cheap. I wasnt expecting much for what I'd pay but cleanliness is very important, the room adsigned to me has plenty of hair at the corners....some short ones below the pillows and also curly ones(i assumed its pubic hair) on the bathroom floor. I saw many ants on the table, floor too:( Obviously the room wasnt thoroughly clean after the last occupants! The towels given had a yellow stain on it while the other has holes. Luckily I've brought along my towel. Toiletries toothbrush, shower gel, comb were provided this round in excess. I knew what to expect as i stayed here for 13nites last year but i wasnt keen on seeing pubic hair lying in the bathroom:( I will rather pay more and stay in a better place next time.

We had come to the hotel to stay in a different part of the city. It was very good value for the money. It is in the grittier area but that is what I was looking for. I was able able to walk pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. Great coffee shops close by. Pretty quiet for the most part.

The room was big and clean for this area and excellent value for money manager speaks English and is very friendly would stay here again.

2 nights at Anh Ngoc”

bathroom & shower were good, Bed was OK, had small table with 2 chairs & small new refrigeratorwith modern flat screen TV. The aircon also was good. I find a lot of small hotels have A/C problembs

Descent hotel for descent price”

No one really speaks english so really hard to communicate if you need something. There is not much to see nearby enviroment. They tried to charge us double for the room. We paid online our booking and they tried to ask us to pay the room again with cash. We allmost missed our train cause they refused to give our passports back. + Room was big and seemed to be clean. Hot water from the shower and good wifi.

The staff were all very courteous and attentive to our needs. Clean room and comfortable bed. The location is perfect. All the staff here also the nicest people I've met, always smile to us and help to explain all of our concerns about the accommodation and the area. I will recommend this place to my friends.
