Amazing view, nice staff, good facility”
The first thing we were impressed by was the location. Most of the resorts there were quite crowded with boats parked all over their front-beaches, but Andaman was very quiet and private. You have the beach to yourself with clearer water then other spots in the island. There’re also benches by the beach for resort guests without paying extra cost. You can rent a paddle board, a canoe, a life west, or snorkeling equipment directly from the resort. The staff was incredibly nice. The room was clean and had all of the facilities. It’s about 700m walking distance to the walking street. My only complaint would be the fact that the resort restaurant and bar were pretty much closed., only soda and one kind of rice dish were available. We had to walk to the walking street for food.

Really a nice place to stay. Right on the beach. We have a bungalow a few rows back and we still can see a sliver of the ocean. We can walk out of door and be on the beach for sunrise in 1 minute! Breakfast is a large buffet with a few types of eggs, rice, pooriage, coffee, milk, cereal, yogurt, fried deliciouslyness, fruit, toast and more. Very satisfying. The beds are comfy and everything is very clean and well kept. We especially like the foot washing station just outside our door. Keeps the sand out of our room. The TV is small, but why are you watching TV in paradise anyway? They offer a free beach towel service and the lounge chairs on the beach are really nice. I hope to return sometime!

Very nice and peaceful resort in the most beautiful place on the whole Lipe island. Very nice and helpful staff. Pick-up and drop-off at the pier free of charge. Tap drinking water available at the reception for free during the whole stay. Nice sunbeds on the beach for free. Over ca 5min to Walking Street. Swimming at low tide possible.

We had a great time at this hotel. Beach is the best in lipe ( by far). Staff is friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. They provide lockers for your valuables which made me feel secure. I highly recommend this place.

Happy Staff, Comfortable Rooms, Great View”
Happiest staff we've ever seen in a resort - most young, enthusiastic, clearly all friends, with an eye on stepping up when anyone needs extra help (eg. when the bar gets busy). It may be because the bar and restaurant closes at 7pm, meaning no late nights dealing with tourists who overimbibe. That may be a negative for some guests, but honestly, there are so many good places to eat within a short walking distance - on Walking Street, the far end of Sunrise Beach, and elsewhere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with hammocks out front, great aircon, and a friendly cleaning policy (drop the key off if you want your room cleaned, otherwise they leave you be). They were pricey, but most rooms on this island are (especially if with air con). Bring your own beach towel and/or beach mat if you want more than the small sarong they offer. Hotel does have a good rental desk with masks, snorkels, soft beach bag beds, underwater cameras, kayaks, and more. Best sunset just around the corner!

The Andaman Resort is located on the best beach on Sunrise Beach on Koh Lipe in our opinion. Unlike many beaches there are few longtail boats anchored close to the beach. You can snorkel right from the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Some problems communicating at times but there was always a staff member to help. The buffet breakfast was just okay - often some of the food was cold. But having breakfast with a view of the beautiful surroundings you soon forget. Walking Street is easily accessible - a 15 minute walk to the start of the street. We always took a Tuk Tuk back as the roads although lit were still darker. The cost was 100 THB - well worth it for the ride. This was our second time to Koh Lipe but our first stay at the Andaman Resort. We had a wonderful week and will definitely return!

Everything was fine but very few people that could help you because of low season. The almost don't speak English but with Google translator we can communicate. The restaurant close at 18 hours. But the beach was amazing!

Beautiful white sand beach location”
We stayed at the Garden View Room with King Bed, the room is just basic but it is clean. Breakfast is ok, staff were friendly and helpful. The only place where no boat parking in front of the resort, this is priceless.

Ideal Location for Family Holiday”
Resort located not far from Jetty and just a walk away to the restaurant. I forgot to take my thumbdrive which I've attached to TV set. After called the reception, they responded cannot find the humbdrive.. very lame excuses.

Best location on the Island! ”
The Superior Room was great and nicely furnished! Book the white Sea View cottages/ rooms for an incredible view! The restaurant and included breakfast could be improved, but all-in-all it was a great place to stay.
