Exceptional”
We stayed a pool accessible room. It is a very nice relaxing experience. The hotel is beachfront and the walking district is just nearby. Although the beach is not so nice, it is forgettable because we were super happy with the pool. We could not be much happier. The beach in the evening is a must try because of the nice breeze, chic beds, and buy-1-get-1-drink promotion. However, we booked a twin bed room but they arranged a doubled bed room. Still, they were able to quickly fix the problem. A few miscommunication happened, but acceptable. Breakfast has no egg menu, but bakery was nice. Wifi is so-so, not very fast, our internet connection is better. The staff are super nice and helpful, we thought we were going to be late for the boat but they were helping out. Overall satisfied, worth the spending.

Good Resort ”
If you’re really looking for a laid-back and relaxed place to stay, you may go for this! You will be amazed by the hotel, it is very luxurious and it is built along the beach. The sand, the beach, the crystal clear water is just a few steps from your doorstep. Massage was really fantastic and not very expensive but of course you can get cheaper massage rate at the walking street, and walking street is just a few minutes away from the resort!

Nicest area on Lipe, very close to walking street and pattaya beach is the most beautiful for us. Great hotel with beautiful swimming pool by the rooms, nice staff and good breakfast! Would recommend + good bar with nice music by the beach

Very friendly and helpful staffs. I have a deluxe pool access room, can just jump into the pool anytime but unfortunately the water is too cold for children during evening time. The resort just right next to the walking street, very convenient. The resort is newly built this year, everything so new....We have a great stays there.

Great place in Lipe with wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Only issue was that they had concerts the first two nights of our stay until 2am, which made sleeping quite difficult. We had friends staying in other places on the island that could hear the music it was so loud. Honestly, wouldn’t stop me from going back there, though.

noisy and overall not the best ”
The resort was very noisy. They had a huge event and they played loud music till late. I wish they informed us. The food at breakfast was very average and by 930am, there was very little left. the room was comfortable and again, very noisy. we could hear people all night running around, moving the furniture.

- Too much concrete, lack of trees - afternoon is like hell. Beach is practically absent as boats docking right in the swim area. Pools smell like chlorine basins. Noisy. Mosquitoes. Cocktails mostly are pity. + Rooms are nice. Water, towels, coffemachine, minibar. Near of walking street and restaurants/bars.
