Friendly staff, location is near the beach and great restaurants (Queens Kitchen on the river was amazing) just up the street. Beds were 3/5 comfortable. The only issue I had there where the bugs. Tiny little bugs all over the walls and some spiders behind the bed. They do have a bug net so that’s a bonus but needless to say I caught a couple dragonflies and released them in the room in hopes that it would help. But overall nice place and location if you’re on a budget and not spending much time in the room.

Clean and beautiful rooms, very good breakfast for cheap price, 100m from the beach, such a good fruit shop and Jenny is lovely, she helped us with all our need! Could not be happier! 6km from center but you can rent motorbike or bicycles cheaply!

We stayed 2 nights. Our stay was confortable and nice. The family is very helpful. The location is good if you want to stay close to the beach for a good price. For the breakfast you have a lot and it’s tasty! I recommended!

An Thi are located right by the beach with a local village wibe, and with a rented bikecyckle there's onely 15 min (slow ;) ride to bussy and beautiful center. I stayed 2 weeks in the smallest room - still spacious and bright. The two room family appartment are super with own balconey. Everything works; air con, fridge and hot shower. Beds are big and comfy. The host family are absolutely wonderful - I felt very wellcome and good taken care of. The jung daugther - Jenny - speaks very good english and will help you with everything. The elder lady of the house dish up with great soups in the morning. My 100 % fullhearted recomendation :))

We enjoyed staying at this homestay. The host family are so kind and hospitable. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again because of value.

Pros: Great value, very clean and nicely made rooms, air-con, Jenny is very nice, set me up on a great bike tour, and she is very friendly, free breakfast was homemade, just steps from Hoi An Beach. A steal at the price listed. Wasn't sure since it had no Agoda reviews but had plenty of positive Airbnb reviews and glad I stayed here Cons: May have just been bad luck but laundry service that was sent out did not come back smelling great. Baby was crying early in the morning but quiet atmosphere otherwise from my room.

Chambre au calme, ménage pas parfait (miroir et robinetterie pleins de dentifrice), vieille tv, air conditionné qui marche bien et le wifi aussi. Famille accueillante et serviable. Location de vélo à la journée (env 1€), laundry réalisable dans la journée. Petit déjeuner limité en choix mais très bon.
