Had to pull some teeth to get the room we paid for... ”
We arrived and they tried to send my wife and I to another location. We did not want to go somewhere else after our travels and we wanted the room we paid for. So next they gave us a room they said was an upgrade to the one we paid for already. It wasn't. It was smaller with a smaller balcony, and smaller kitchen and no dinning room table. We again asked to have the room we paid for and finally after more teeth pulling they got us the room that was shown in the pictures that we paid for. It was considerably larger and a much more happier space. So check in took a long time. Apparently they have done this to another guest and have not learned from their mistake. So in short they first tried to bate and switch me by relocating us to another location, then they tried to hoodwink us into thinking we were getting an upgrade. Then when we were shown the room which was obviously not an upgrade or as good as the room we paid for so they decided to finally give us the room as described.

It seems the room was overbooked”
I booked a deluxe apartment but when I got there the staff said they ran out of the room I booked. I told them it was fine if they canceled the room so I could book somewhere else. After a while the staff offered me a standard room and told me they would give me the deluxe room that I booked the next day. The room condition and location are great but it seem they either overbooked or tried to save the room for a higher price

도착하니 방이 없다고 하네요. 이유는 자신들은 아고다와 이미 계약해지를 해서.. 담날 아고다에 클레임을거니 개뻥인거 뽀록남..결론은 오버부킹인데 거짓말. 이용후기 읽어보니 비슷한 사례가 있네요..조심하세요

Mình sử dụng dịch vụ cho việc công tác dài ngày. Nếu bạn muốn tìm một căn hộ nhỏ xinh thuận tiện di chuyển đến trung tâm và các quận trong thành phố thì nên chọn An Nhiên. Nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo, tuy nhiên về trang trí hay nội thất thì không có gì nổi bật.
