Nice place”

The hotel seems new. The facilities are very clean. The room is good size. The bed was the best I have had in Asia so far. The shower was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I did not know the area so I felt a little uncomfortable walking at night. (The street lighting is not the best). I would suggest exploring the neighborhood during the day or at least using grab to get to your restaurant rather than walking if you feel uncomfortable. But I would stay at that hotel again any time.

This hotel was one of the cheaper hotels I stayed in in the Philippines but also one of the better. It had more to offer than some higher rated hotels I stayed in. The room was very clean and there was daily housekeeping. Good quality toiletries were provided. Staff were extremely polite and helpful with information for travel and day trips. The hotel is let down by a limited options for breakfast and poor sound proofing. Despite being on the 6th floor I still had traffic noise and the sound of roosters crowing. Overall this was a comfortable, clean hotel and good value for money. I would stay here again.

Brand New Hotel”

When I first entered the room there was a mould smell but as soon as I turned on the aircon and left it on for a little, it soon cleared. The bed is comfy and the room is brand new and spacious. I didn't get to have food there but theres a massage place next door which closes at 1am. Very good massage. The customer service of this hotel is also amazing. Id definitely stay here again :)

Calming and peaceful ”

The name of the hotel says it all! It was a pleasant, clean and nice room. It made us feel warm and calming. All of the toiletries were tastefully thought. It is accessible to nearby restaurants, convenience stores and a massage place downstairs. Breakfast buffet could be better.

A well appointed hotel and stayed for 3 nights. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very clean. Rooms are quiet. The restaurant was expensive as expected. Would have liked an in room bar. Well recommend.

An Average Stay with issues”

We stayed for 2D1N & it was our final stay in Cebu. Pros: 1. We were given a free upgrade when we arrived as they mentioned that they no longer had double bed, that was a bonus for us. 2. Bed and Pillows were comfy. Cons: 1. TV did not work which resulted in the maintenance guy making several trips to fix it. In the end, they had to switch the TV for us to a smaller one. 2. The heater under the Basin was not turned on, thus we did not have any water when we first take a shower until we made it known to the reception. Shouldn't all these be checked before allocating us the room? 3. Noticed a stench in the toilet, could it be due to sewage problem? 4. Breakfast was nothing worth mentioning, limited options, super basic. 5. Pillows & Bed Sheets were very rough. Perhaps to increase the thread count? 6. The reception staff needs to up their game and be more friendly. Overall, it's your very average hotel. I would recommend topping up more for a more luxurious hotel.

Pros: This facility is clean and smells fresh all the time. The toiletries provided are of good quality and staff are friendly and nice. Having a massage place close to the hotel is also a bonus. Cons: Limited breakfast options.

Lobby is very nice and clean, and the rooms as well. Room was spacious enough, clean sheets, with complete complimentaries such as bath soap, shower gel, shampoo, dental kit. Aircon, heated shower, lights, bidet and tv works fine! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Definitely worth the money !

a clean hotel, standard layout of a budget hotel but very clean and everything worked - a surprise for the Philippines. Only problem was the distance from the airport - over an hour in the taxi - but still only P400.

Comfortable bed. Very good WiFi in the room. Complimentary breakfast that is actually good. Very clean. Great location. And a staff that is friendly and helpful with very quick response time.
