Nice simple hotel with great staff”
Ambun Suri was a great introduction to the fun city of Bukittinggi, Indonesia. Although there were some minor language barriers, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. From prompt room cleanings to efficient and quick laundry service to helping us attempt to understand the public transportation system, the staff really went above and beyond. The only negatives that I have are that the bed was a little hard and the room could be noisy at times. Overall a great experience!

Centrally located and friendly staff”
ambun suri hotel is centrally located at a road junction, making it easy access. however the downside is that most rooms are street facing. therefore it is extremely noisy, especially during weekend. people here seem to be 'honking-happy' type. they would honk their vehicle all the time. plus point, the hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and friendly. thank you very much to ian and another bell-boy (sorry, we didn'y get your name) who went out late at night to get us mineral water.

We arrived at Bukit Tinggi at late noon.. When we enter and went to the reception desk, our room keys were already prepared since it been booked online and it take us less than 10 min to be in the room...It's so relief to get a rest after a long day trip from Padang..The hotel is very near to Pasar Atas and Jam Gadang. So convenience for people who like shopping and sight seeing...

Alhamdulillah. Pretty good. Suitable with price. As the hotel is one of favorite spots for tourists like us, maybe could consider having a weighing scale. Nanti boleh pinjam. We ended-up paying idr315,000 for the baggage excess at the bandara :-|

Good cause its location is in town centre ”
To near to main road not suitable for family with infants and ederly folks cause of the trafics busy till 2am. The room with old furniture and some window left open without any mosquito net. Therefore a lots of mosquito in the room at night. The aircondtioning not in good condition require priodically services. Room quite big

スーペリアに1泊しました。角部屋の様な造りで2面に広い窓とバルコニーがあり、とても落ち着けました。早い到着にもかかわらず、部屋に入れてくれました。パノラマ公園は是非訪れてみてください。市場のパダン料理屋も楽しめました。

ジャム・ガダンやパサル・アタスからすぐで、バスターミナルに行くにもホテルの前からミニバスに乗れてとても便利です。 朝食はまあ美味しかったです。 窓も大きく明るくていいのですが、道に面しているので、夜は外の音が聞こえて静かとは言えないです。 フロントの方は対応は悪くないですが、観光についていろいろ聞いても大雑把な返答しか得られませんでした。街中の人に聞いた方が 倍親切な答えが返ってきます。

Bilik agak suram..lantai berkarpet kuang bersih untuk anak-anak. Bilik air agak kotor dengan pelapik mangkuk tandas yang tercabut. Lantai bilik air yang licin kurang selamat untuk anak-anak. Tetapi pujian untuk saiz bilik yang besar boleh memuatkan dua extra bed. Berhampiran jalanraya utama agak bising hingga larut malam. Mudah sangat ke tarikan utama iaitu jam gadang.
