The hotel is situated just inside the boyz town compound. Although it is inside the busy, party-filled compound, you cannot even hear the noise outside. The hotel has the ambiance of a 5-star feels. Nice, clean rooms; elegant hallway and the staffs itself are courteous and will make you feel comfortable. Thus, it's highly recommended. 😊

The location is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 7-minute walk from Walking Street. Seven-Eleven is located 30M from the hotel. There are many bars and inexpensive restaurants for boys around the hotel. owever, I could not hear the noise in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. I probably stayed in the Penthouse Suite. From the 5th floor you can see the beach. There are tables and chairs in the passage on the 5th floor, and you can smoke. The room is very large and clean. Air conditioning is enough. A fan is suspended from the ceiling. There are towels and hair dryers. But there is no toothbrush. Shower can always use hot water. There are two large TVs. There is also a security box and sofa.

Was there last year for meals and drinks with mates, now this time as a customer for 14 days I can really only say the staff are magic always friendly and very helpful. the meals are tasty and good price. rooms have double glazing so the noise is at a minimum (and my room was facing the clubs) I shall be back with no problems, already miss the staff and the chicken spring rolls ps sorry for drinking all the whisky haha

Great place in a great location with easy access to the Walking Street. Our room was spacious and newly renovated and seems like everything from the floor tiles to the beds and bathroom fixtures are new. Will be staying here again next time!

Rooms are very compact but very stylish & clean.Staff's are really very polite , especially the Receptionist ( She will assist /help you in every possible way ). And if you are a solo / couple guests in this hotel,whenever a visitor leaves the room, Definitely you will get a call from the reception,if everything is fine ........... they also keep an ID proof of all visitors & return it when they leave. So, you are always safe in this Hotel.

Boutique hotel in Boys Town”
Good, renovated hotel but unfortunately becoming less and less focused on gay travellers. Unlike the fantastic Arthur And Paul Hotel in Phnom Penh, the Ambiance accepts female guests and straight men who bring women into the hotel. So, if you’re looking for a purely gay hotel, you will be disappointed. I don’t understand why the current owners refuse to continue the year long tradition of dedicating this hotel to gay guests only. If this process continues, it will soon become just another of thousand nondescript hotels in Pattaya and will lose longtime gay clients.

Very relexed experence staying @ this hotel ”
Pros: Really friendly and caring staff. Always going the extra mile for to help you with anything you need. Cons: During my stay there a lot of constrution was going on in the next building. The drilling and hammer loud noises starts at 10am sometimes earlier and keeps going until 5pm. Did not sleep well in the morning time which i like to do having a rest and keeping my body clock on my countries time zone.

Renovated Penthouse”
Stayed in newly renovated penthouse room on fifth floor. Giant TV, digital safe, spotless room. Bathroom was large and amenities were provided. Small table and chairs outside room should you wish to smoke or just peer down at the nightlife down below. Hotel restaurant is open early and closes late, although there are so many food and entertainment options nearby. Staff is friendly and as others have noted, this hotel is smack dab in the center of Boystown.

Great location and friendly staff”
The location is quite near to a plaza and central festival mall. The room I stayed (211) has a water drainage issue where the the water clogged and flood at the shower room. But my room superior queen (free upgrade) has an extra door, so I won’t get disturbed by the sound outside. This also caused me cannot find my room as I was checking in with the extra door opened, but when I come back, my room suddenly disappeared haha!

Newly renovated, comfortable stay”
Ambiance hotel is a nice little oasis in Boyz Town. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated. The bathroom seemed brand new with a lovely shower. There is a fan and an air conditioner which is nice. Very ornate marble and maze like structure to get to the room. An interesting hotel. Very good value for the quality of the fittings and furnishings. Lots of attention to detail here. A really nice big TV. Would highly recommend.

The Ambiance Hotel is a great value, as long as you are not homophobic. I'm a straight male and had no problems being in "Boyz Town". The hotel guests included couples, solo travelers, and families. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Have been in Ambiance dozens of times and it's nice hotel in the middle of Boystown. Penthouse rooms are nice but a bit pricy. Staff is friendly and newly renovated hotel is nice and clean. Hotel restaurant serves nice food and good breakfast, even it should be included at these prices. Will come back!
