Former Amaris Hotel. I usually stay during lebaran for 1-3 nights. The facility, breakfast, and cleanliness are just okay, but I think it's the best budget hotel in town. The room size is more spacious than the average budget hotel.

I stayed just for 1 night. The benefit stayed in this hotel is the location in center of Serang City. Near to famous culinary and some worship, for the breakfast not so much various food but the taste is good. For the staff, there was no bellboy. For COVID protocol not well strict due to when guest coming no staff helping to check guest body temperature. They just provide hand sanitizer . For the cleanliness not really good, When we opened the room, we found baby cockroach, In blanket there some spot, for the towel smelly not fresh and the last is the floor is not clean very well. But overall it is worth compare with the price. Hopefully LYNN hotel can improve their service especially in cleanliness.

When we arrived at the room, the bathroom was dirty, there was a used toothbrush near the liquid soap. Near the glass there was a used cotton bud. The water from the shower and the sink has been stagnant for a long time. On the bed there were a lot of girl's hair. Please improve the cleanliness of the hotel. Because it is a pity even though the location is strategic and the staff is very friendly. Thank you.

- One room provided to us was NOT good! It had very bad Smell. - Room service was Not available! (we had to get bowl, fork & spoon by our self from dinning) BUT, we had charged 10% service fee in the bill. - No Tea, Coffee provided in the room for that 2 stars hotel rate; Well, It is consider very expensive. - Hot water temp was NOT hot, even though already called front desk; It was just warm only. - The tile floor was not clean as should be. -This 2 star hotel price rate with those facilities & service was consider too much. Need to change for the better. - Sorry!

I book 2 room in this hotel. Both of them is dirty. There are so many black mark on the bed linen, the interior also not in a good condition. There are some scratch and dirty wall. Since i think this is the only budget standarized hotel in this town, i have no choice to book another hotel.
