Amazing Stay”
I stayed here for a short one day but the hospitality was far before I even arrived. I emailed them about leaving my bag before I go to Lembah Harau, they replied kindly. My personal thanks to Ika, you are amazing and kind. Location : tucked in within short walk from Jalan Jendral Sudirman and the Mosque, very central and nice. I love the ideal location not facing the main road, but close enough to the main road. Check In : Was nice and quick. The receptionists was very attentive to our needs and showed us the way to money changer and petrol station. Room : Clean and nicely sized. I love the small bathroom and it is complete with everything we need. Breakfast : Good choices despite being a hotel of its size. Many food to try and I specially loved the Ikan Masak Lemak. The fried rice is super awesome. Cleanliness : SPOTLESS. Service : Everyone attended to our needs with a big smile and warm response. Much thank. :)

Highly recommended place to stay. Staffs are all very polite. They even allow me to check in at 11.30am. I was just wanted to drop my luggage at first. 😅 Breakfast is good (do not expect 5 star breakfast when you only pay for 1 or 2 star room price). Morning market, restaurant, food stalls are just walking distance. Great service overall.

Staff were so friendly, nice and polite. Location was strategic at it was really near to An Nur Mosque and just beside Gunung Merah Mosque. There were few restaurants near the hotel. Somehow, the toilet was quite smelly and the air conditioner wasn't really cold even though the temperature was set to 18 degree celcius. But it can be improved. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great service and value for money”
Staff made us feel very welcomed. We got a room facing the Grand Mosque as requested, pleasantly surprised as we only booked the std room. Facilities we very basic, as expected of a budget hotel, but the service more than made up for it.

Suitable for those who has business appointment and or for transit one or two days. As part of Santika Group I have nothing to complaint about this hotel. The staff were also fast response. The breakfast was good even better than I expected. My room only has problem the telephone but I didn’t complain because I didn’t use it too often.

After a long bustrip I checked in to Amaris in Pekanbaru. Amaris hotel has never disappointed me so far, the staff is always very friendly and speak english. The rooms are very good value and they are clean with big bathroom. I only stayed one night since I had to catch a flight. There were taxis right outside and then only a short drive to the airport. Near Amaris (which is on a sidestreet very central) there are many local restaurants with good food.

I frequently stay at the hotel for a short one-night stay when I go to Pekanbaru to go shopping. What I like about the hotel is its location at the heart of Pekanbaru city eventhough it is located at a small street, but we only need to walk a few meters to reach main road where the shopping center and mall are located. The room is minimalis yet very clean. At last, since the hotel is designed for bed and breakfast, I would say that the breakfast taste is excellent..!! no need to go to anywhere to have a great Indonesian breakfast..!!

i've stay in amaris for 3 days...for me,it is superb..the price is reasonable..the hotel is still new so it is very comfortable..the staf is handy,nice and friendly..the breakfast is good expecially their rice poridge..the location of the hotel also near to many shopping mall such as ramayana and pekanbaru mall..you just walk to this destination..and it also near to many restaurant..in short this hotel is very convenient..

the amaris hotel is a nice decent hotel if you are looking for a nice comfortable, decent, hotel. it is minutes walk to the city center, food stalls, the malls, markets, everything is available within reach. the staffs are helpful and efficient, and you can see the beautiful and biggest mosque in pekanbaru. the distance to the airport is not far, and easy transportation is available. breakfast is sumptious with a good selection. overall, amaris offers comfort and convenience with a good rate.

My stay in this hotel was good, the staffs were friendly, helpful and even the security guards were quick enough to get me taxis and gave me directions of where the malls and eateries were located. Rooms were prim and proper, clean and presentable. For the price I paid, it was certainly worth the stay. The rooms would be ideal for solo or couples, and the surrounds are neighbourly and friendly within minutes walk to everything there is in Pekanbaru - restaurants, malls, shops, everything you need is within reach. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit. Thanks to all the staffs of this hotel.

My stay was wonderful and I plan to return. I traveled alone and the staff were very welcoming and kind. I felt at home. I received gracious help whenever I needed it. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the coffee was very nice. Above all else the Amaris Pekanbaru staff made my stay most enjoyable. They are a credit to the manager and organisation.

I tried this hotel since got a very good rate from Agoda. Hotel is new and clean, staff were friendly and let me to have an early check in. Room was clean but sound from alley can still be heard, breakfast was simple with few varieties. Location is good, 5 - 10 minutes walking to mall and central market of Pekanbaru, lots of hawkers at night in roadside of Jl. Sudirman. Overall it is a good budget hotel with nice location in the heart of Pekanbaru. Also don't forget to try local breakfast "lontong sayur" opposite Central Mosque near hotel
