Value for money and a good rest, but don't expect any Bells and Whistles!!!”

The Good: King Koil beds, that is pretty impressive for a budget hotel, so you can certainly expect a good night's sleep at the Amaris. The Bad: Room very basic, towel was frayed and limited channels on the TV. The Ugly: Room service stops at 9pm so make sure you make a trip to Alfa mart at the end of the day to get some provisions.

There is not enough voice proof on the room. everytime when there is people walking in the hallway, you can even listen to every of their footsteps. when they close their room's door, oohh,, you will definitely hear it. when other guests are talking, you can listen to them too. I had difficulty to sleep at night during my stay

One night stay in Amaris Bintoro, overall is good but it has bad WIFI connection.

Accommodation was good value for money. Clean, simple rooms with large double bed and satellite TV. Not too noisy. Indonesian breakfast with egg station was tasty, but nil western options aside from toast. Coffee and fruit were slow to be replenished. Thanks for the stay!

A good 'transit' hotel”

Don't expect any special facilities. This hotel is perfect for people who only seek place to sleep. Good value for money and your basic needs is fulfilled. Plus it's include breakfast.

They have no room left for us so they transferred us to another hotel nearby. I have no concern because the hotel was brand new and everything went well.

Check in time 15 minutes”

I am booking by agoda and the staff reception waiting until 15 minutes to got confirmation my booked. I do not know whether system trouble or staff do not trust to me.

The long check-in process, the staff did not recognize my booking and my request at Agoda, and my room isn't ready yet even I already give remarks "early check-in". Wi-Fi is not working properly. Thank you to for the female staff at the front desk who was very friendly and very kind.

first time stay. inexperienced housekeeping and reception front desk, otherwise it is a good hotel. problem lies on the hotel staff. management need to take a good look at their attitude and expertise. there are reasons why this hotel is rated 2- 3 stars. think about it.

The sink is clogged. I checked in at 15 pm and the room has not been readied yet. I was exhausted and waited for 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will be a good budget hotel. Great surroundings.
