I was worried and worried before I went on a trip with my mother-in-law. Thanks to the Altara Suite, it was a very satisfying trip, especially the staff and the doorman in the hall. The room was very clean, the view was fantastic, and the rooftop swimming pool was very fun. The breakfast was excellent, of course, but I'll remember the birthday cake the hotel made for my mother until the end. Thank you. When I go back to Danang, I really want to stay in Altara again. Altara changed our impression of Vietnam. My mother says Altar was the most comfortable and nice hotel she'd ever been to in her life. 거실 화장실쪽에 뜨거운물 버튼이 따로 있어요. 그걸 끄면 뜨신 물이 안나오니 조심하세요 다낭에 가면 알타라에 다시 묵을거에요!

Good stay with family”

It was so good staying at Altara Suite. When we first arrived (as we arrived earlier) the staff kept out luggages and got suggestions of restaurant which is only 10minutes away from hotel. When we finished our meal and went back, the room was ready for us. The registration procedure is smooth and the view of the check in lobby is stunning and relaxing which me and my family thumb up for that! We were very satisfied with our family suite having two bedrooms and bathrooms and one living room on high floor just one thing the view is not facing to the sea but mostly to city side. We were really happy staying at the hotel with the generous help of the staff during our stay Highly recommend this place for family to stay!

Best in town”

We have been staying in 3 hotels (altara suites, Naman Retreat, The Sheraton Grand) in this trip, the altara suites rated the highest among our family members in terms of cleanliness, staff service, facilities. Staff is very nice, who is so eager to help us to grab the car and recommend us good restaurant. The room is so clean and the bed is very comfortable. The only one problem is the waiting time of the elevator is quite long. Would definitely come back again.

Great Place”

Had a very nice Stay at Altara in a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and clean, there were TV’s in all rooms internet ready (Netflix etc.), washer, dryer and the beds were very comfy. Staff was very supportive and helped arrange transport to and from Hue and Bana Hills. All in all, very satisfied with our stay and Altara will be on top of the list if/when returning to Da Nang, recommended.

Great hotel”

We were very happy with the Altara suites. The location is right on the beach, the staff are great, and the complimentary breakfast is amazing. The only minor downsides (and they are not that serious) is that the pool is not heated so it was a bit cold for my liking and there are only three elevators for the building so sometimes you’re waiting a bit to catch an elevator. Overall though, we were very happy with Altara and would certainly return.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service ”

We had a lovely stay at Altara Suites. Rooms were spacious and clean with lovely views of the coast and city. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. A huge thank you to Tuan the chef who went out of his way to accommodate all our requests, and to Gang who was very helpful. A beautiful modern hotel with a stunning pool and awesome service.

Apartment living opp beach”

The hotel shares the same building as 4 points Sheraton. No grand lobby on ground floor as compared to 4 points. The Recep is on 33rd floor (good view). We booked a family 2 br suite. Staff tried their best to give us a room with view as half the building is blocked by an abandoned construction site (the Mgt shud do something abt it as the view is a letdown). 4 points Sheraton has all the sea view wherelse Altara Suites takes the side and back view. The hotel Managers are good. The staff at Reception are nice. The lifts (only 3 nos ) are always busy and it’s quite a wait esp for check in/ out. Even the hotel Housekeeping and staff use the same lift for their work. The rooms are excellent and well equipped with Electrolux washing machine and dryer. Fittings are new and modern, good quality sinks (Toto), Samsung TVs in living room and bedrooms. The only unfortunate part is really the view... just have to draw the curtain and not look outside from the apt.. Guests can still pop over 4 Points for Spa treatment Beach is across the road (have to cross the busy road) . This section of the beach is just average, found traces of oil stain. The hotel provides a washing point. Regards

Wonderful staff and great suite hotel ”

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The suite and building amenities are outstanding. The hotel is located in Da Nang on the coast, with other great places within walking distance but the better area for food and bars is a very short taxi ride away.

One Of The Best Places I have Every Stayed”

I could not rank this hotel high enough, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. The staff is absolutely incredible. Within 2 days most know me and address me by name, and they could not be friendlier. They go beyond and above, and not just polite and doing their jobs, but actually caring to get to know me, and about my life. This is beyond anything I have found in any other hotel. The food and breakfast are outstanding with a great selection, beautiful view and extremely helpful staff (Especially Thuy in the restaurant is so kind and nice) The room is actually a full apartment with everything you need for a long stay. The windows are double -paned which means no matter what is going on outside I can't hear it. For me this was very important as I work from home and need a quiet place to work (Something not so easy to find here in Vietnam) My only complaint (not really) is the bed is so good I never want to get out of the bed :) One of the best I have stayed in.

Recommend hotel in Da Nang”

Spacious room with well equipped including washing and drying machine , very convenient. Good view opposite to beach. Breakfast buffet with different varieties with good taste. Steam and dry sauna bath are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will book it if I visit Da nang again

Amazing Staff”

Pick city view room! Don’t pick ocean view! Noisy bcoz of the construction site next to the hotel. Started as early as 7am and ended after midnight! Terrible! Ocean view became construction view. We eventually moved to the city view room and problem solved. The staff were all amazingly friendly and sincere! They tried very hard to improve and made us satisfied and happy! Big applause to their attitudes and services! Worth to stay there if there’s no more noise in the future. Room was very clean and spacious. We got 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ensuite. Breakfast was good. They changed the varieties from time to time. Location is good. Convenient to go to everywhere by taxi or Grab with affordable prices. Beach is just across the street from the hotel, Very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our time there.

Our stay was great. Except we hope that the Altara Suites could be more kids friendly in terms of service or facilities for kids as well as reduce fees for kids staying with parents in the same room , For example no charging fees for kids breakfast.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, buffet was top notch. View from 30th floor room was amazing. Extremely clean and quality services. Elevators were a little slow some days but that’s minor and doesn’t really affect much. I will stay here again when I come back to Da Nang.
