        Baru pertama saya menginap di hotel ini dengan kesan yang menyenangkan, dimana saya mendapatkan upgrade 2 kamar cuma-cuma dari Deluxe ke Super Executive. Pelayanan dari resepsionisnya (Mbak Amy) yang cepat tidak membuat saya menunggu lama dalam hal check in. Kamar yang besar serta nyaman. Memiliki sarapan/sahur yang lumayan variatif pilihan menunya. Lokasi dekat pusat kota yang mana menggunakan transpotasi umum dan online. Sekali Lagi terimakasih kepada Mbak Amy. 2 thumbs untuk Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru..

        Clean, Close To The Airport

        This is a noice hotel for business travellers looking for decent but not too expensive place to spend the night while you're on official trip. The staff is friendly and their service is good. The food is quite nice, although some of the food is a bit expensive (because of the 21% tax).

        First is location, easy to find it. Second is clarity not noisy and third is value for money I think..

        Not good, I was order executive room but I dissapointed cause the room is small, cable tv is not working and they just provide one tooth brush an soap, that is ridiculous and unacceptable..
