Fantastic Overall Stay and experience”

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a friendly staff/owner of the premises whose knowledge of the surrounding area was more than we'd expected. The location was absolutely perfect. The grounds and rooms were of a very high standard, value for money. Though some of the appliances seemed a little outdated, we felt very comfortable during the entire stay and highly recommend Aloha Seaview Resort for its friendly staff, cleanliness, well maintained grounds, suitability for people from all walks of life, ages, groups, families.

Relaxing Paihia ”

My partner & I were traveling around bay of island for few days. We stayed in aloha Seaview Paihia for one night. I wish we could stay longer. The place is super clean and close to the center. Hopefully we can visit it again xx

Exceptional”

I would thoroughly recommend the Aloha Seaview Resort. It was well positioned, very quiet location,well equipped kitchen, very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view. Rohit the owner and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be going back on the future.

It was a lovely stay with a lovely view. The owner was very helpful and took time to share about the attractions, amenities in the vicinity. Seeing that we have young kids and huge luggage, he kindly offered us a ground floor unit and WIFI vouchers for our first world connectivity needs. From our room (#1), we were greeted with a pool view and a view of the bay of islands. Lovely sunset and sunrise greeted us during our stay and it was really enchanting, especially during the sunset when sky turned pink and blue. The estate was well kept and the room was clean and tidy. We wanted to cook and had issues with the stove. The owner was prompt to fix this this (just a loose connection) and he readily exchange the frying pan when asked. This estate also has a small play area and offer nice views of the bay of islands from different points. The location is barely 5 minutes drive to the Paihia town centre where we ate, bought groceries, took the cruises. Highly recommended!

Cute Place & Good Value”

My husband and I stayed at Aloha for 3 nights and were very happy with everything. Its grounds are spacious and full of amenities. I commented to my partner that it would be a great place to bring children since they would be easily entertained. The furniture in the room was a bit out of style but functional and clean. It was a great value for all its perks. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paihia, as it was a quick and pleasant walk into town.

Aloha 'Oe Paihia!”

Decor, room ware was a tad outdated, ants visited the kitchen but apart from this I really enjoyed my stay here. Super comfortable and spacious and located close (walking distance) to the town centre. Would go back and recommend staying here if you're in Paihia!

Good stay at covenience location”

We had a good time at a great location stay. It was a bit disappointing that spa pool wasn't available and the pool wasn't tidy. But the room and service was good so I would recommend if you are looking for a stay in Paihia.

Great views, good facilities”

This is a great location to stay at in Paihia, so long as you have a car to get in/out of town.

Great facilities and lovely outlook but some cleanliness issues”

Very tidy unit, well fitted out. Fantastic pool and spa areas. Very disappointing to see algae growing on the walls of the pool. Previous reviewers have mentioned this so it should have been rectified. The pool needs to be emptied and the walls scrubbed down with a regular cleaning regime instated going forwards to keep it hygienic. The shower curtain could also do with a good clean. The property was otherwise in great shape with lovely grounds.

The place is good, but up on a hill”

The place is nice, but needs a 20min walk from paihia visitor center. Good value for money

Awesome spot”

Very happily surprised by the beautiful location of this resort and all there is to do onsite. Fab pool and loungers. The size of the apartment with a full kitchen was brilliant too. Already booked our return visit.

Exceptional”

We loved our stay it had everything we needed. Our room had been partly renovated and we can tell the owners are working to revive some of the older areas. Beautiful view and great value for money. Would recommend

Nice, clean Motel. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom pool facing unit. Unit had a full kitchen. WIFI worked well. Older kids enjoyed games room and pool. Spa was lovely. Short drive to the beach. Lovely views from Room 3. Thank you to Sandeep who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

It was a great experience. We got upgraded to the beach view. The staff was very friendly. The heater was turned on proe to our arrival. There was a menu for all the restaurants the the area. We had also been given map for the town. You just won't be disappointed!

Great time at seaview”

Not in pahia downtown but easy drive and many guests walked. Pool was great. View is really lovely. Units roomy with everything we needed. Due for an update but super clean and very good value. The staff were so helpful. - really exceptional

No sea view”

We booked this hotel because of the advertised sea view but we were shoved in a back room with no sea view even after asking the receptionist for a sea view room especially when there were vacant rooms with sea views available. Hotel is very clean and in a good location.

Just make sure you get a top floor”

Slightly out of town. Nice and quiet and large rooms. Noisy on bottom floor as people staying above us were very noisy with thumping on the floor ongoing during the evening and night.

Disappointing”

We stayed in a studio apartment for 1 night - ground level, very dated, no view overpriced for what it was, so very disappointing. If you book this property book an apartment on the 2nd level where you will get a seaview and newer accommodation.

Ok location although small distance from paihia town center. Room is decent but shower space is relatively small :-)

comfortable, clean and relax”

The room was clean, we were allowed in early, and given good advice and arrangements made for our tours. We were only there for one night and they allowed us to park our car there while we went on a tour, with courtesy bus provided.
