Everything were great but....”
The check in process, the facility, cleanliness were great - even though more variety on breakfast menu will be highly appreciated. But one downside was on the cafe they have at the lobby. I was there after check out and was thinking of ordering a coffee. But no one was there. I saw other people also trying to do the same. And even after i did ordering and finished my coffee - again no one was there. Because the waiter left again after serving. I need to go to the reception to ask for the guy so i could pay. Even after that i need to wait for quite some time for him to show up. Anyone could just walk out of there unnoticed and without paying - because the cafe has its own exit door.

Sena - Room attendant, Aldo & Septo - Receptionist, Ibu Dita - Sales dan security team were very friendly and helpful. Waiter and cook at breakfast/lunch were a bit stiff and not smiling, sometimes they gather at corner and talking to each other and not pay attention to guests. I asked for an extend until 5 pm cause my flight hours suddenly changed. All staff quickly responded, i was even give a discount price for the extand which was originally 50% from the price of one night to 25% only. All staff are friendly and pleasant. city view at this hotel is awesome..meanwhile this hotel didn't have a swimming pool but we can do another activities to spend our staycation. i will recomended this hotel to another guess when they visit to jakarta or staycation for spending a weekend

+ Best location: MRT, LRT, Bus Station, and Convenient Store right in front of the hotel. + 3min walking distance to the malls. + nice bed, friendly and helpful staff + nice and quite environment + at the end I stayed here for almost 3weeks - I'm not sure if it's because the breakfast is in the rooftop area (1/3 of the place is outdoor) but I always find the plates and teacups kinda dusty. Just a little bit but it's fine. Can't wait to be back 👋🏻👍🏻

Amazing city view from our room. It's located just walking distance to BNI City Stasiun, Sudirman Stasiun and MRT station. It's close to Bundaran HI. Breakfast was good. Very nice staffs as well. Thanks to Wulan for taking care of us.

Check-In was super smooth. We booked Superior Queen Room with free breakfast and it was spacious enough to put 2 large and 1 small luggage. Room are super clean. Also less than 20mins walk to Grand Indonesia. On Sunday morning, you can just cross the road from the hotel to get to the main road and join the crowd for Car Free Day. The breakfast are on the Skyloft (rooftop) level. Great view indeed! And food are tasty.
